This was my first visit here and I'm disappointed. Won't be coming back. First off I told the lady doing my pedi that she was hurting me while filing my toenails and filed close to the skin breaking it and it burned, she laughed when I told her this. Then she stopped in middle the massage mind you it's only 6mins, she stopped to write out a whole text on her phone. I was so irritated I couldn't even enjoy the massage. I'm really disappointed with my recent visits to Krazy Nail nail salon. I paid for a full-service manicure and pedicure, but I did not receive the full service that was advertised. The salon was very busy, which I understand, but that shouldn't mean the quality of service suffers--especially when customers are paying full price. If the service can't be completed properly due to time constraints, there should at least be a discount offered. Unfortunately, this isn't just a one-time issue. My last three appointments have been less than satisfactory. At the same time, prices have gone up, yet the level of care, attention to detail, and overall experience have clearly gone down. It feels rushed, incomplete, and not worth what I'm being charged. terrible service. my friend went to get her nails done and the owner is the one that did her nails. they came out terrible, slanted, not shaped right, and thick. she went back to get them taken off and the owner refused to refund her and take them off. instead upon arrival the owner was with another client, she made my friend stand there next to her other client and she filed her nails aggressively. her other client offered her chair to my friend and the owner said "no she can stand." she then made my friend go to the back and filed them more, the whole time my friend was asking her to just take them off and she would not, she just kept filing, and then told her their fine. crazy that this was the owner treating her clients this way, would definitely not recommend going here unless u want to be mistreated. read more

Every time you go to this place they try to put you with one of the men who do nails. It has been my experience with them that the chip they break and they lift. So I only use Annie. However, today after making an appointment two weeks ago with her I went in I caught her in a lie. She said that they forgot to put my name down on the list and she couldn't do me until the afternoon when I had other appointments. She had taken someone before me and I pointed out my name was actually listed at 10:00 today so that she had screwed up in midline. I walked out. I do not have patience for liars. Despite the fact that she had done a good job up until that point, the lack of professionalism cannot be denied at this place. I would advise them when using them in the future if you make an appointment because you can not be guaranteed that they will show up that they have not been there, or they will lie to you and give you an excuse as to why they can't do your nails done time. read more

This WAS my go to place but not after today. My friend said the past couple times she has come here that the pedicures sucked. I haven't been able to come in so finally I go to try it for myself and get a pedi and eyebrow wax. I get right in (a Monday around 3pm) and only one other person getting a pedicure. She's done, gets up and gets herself a water in the refrigerator next to me...um, no - I wasn't thirsty! Thanks for asking - NOT!! I realized after I left I don't even think she did half the stuff she was supposed to. Exactly an hour later (I got the hour pedicure) she was done WTF?!? She leaves me there for my toes to dry and NEVER comes back. Never sets me up for the eyebrow wax but she gets up fast to take my payment. We were visiting our daughter and grandkids. We decided to have our nails done. We called a few places around 1 pm on Sunday and most of them they can only take 1 or 2 people and there was 3 in our party. Kraft nails had no problem taking us in. We came in and they gave us a warm welcome and even gave us a cold bottle water each. I didn't get the name of the lady that did my nails but she is good and listened to my requests. She did a good job with my pedicure and awesome job with my nails. I told her that I always have issues with my gel feeling off after 4 days. This place was super packed since it was Labor Day (but I was celebrating a place was open), so I picked this place by there being limited selection. I'm so glad I did. The place itself has nice decor, plays good slow jams, and has a huge selection of Dip powders, gel, and polish colors to choose from. I got dip. Let's start by acknowledging it's RARE to find people who do it good. My nail tech, Lindsey, is absolutely amazing. She has excellent customer service & I loved how even though someone was waiting for her after me she didn't rush my nail job. I hate when people do that. My dip is so even, not spotty, and she still made it work with broken nails. Plus, my top coat was a quick dry, no gel! I get dip specifically to not put my hands under the UV. I was so happy. Finally!! Found a nail salon with an amazing technician..,her name is Crystal. Walking in on a Sunday afternoon place is busy, was a little nervous because of my last experience. They offer me a bottle of water, Crystal she greets me with a smile super pleasant lady, I initially asked for just a Pedicure $27 so I figure if was not going to be done right, no sweat paying that small amount. Well, was so happy to see her technique and precise as to how she is so detail, I came in with cat's claw nails Lol!! You ladies know what I mean and she made them look so pretty after, so I asked her for manicure, as I made my way to her station she ask, why not do gel, I said it will ruin my own nails, she responded NO'n it will not! Very confident, instead protect your nails, I said well had bad experiences, so she went on to say I do it right and or if you want the DIP that's even better, she promised I would be very pleased and I didn't like them or had issues later, she said don't have to pay or come back to get it fix, Say what!! She really wants my business what a difference from the last experience at another salon, this is what I call caring for your business. Well all I can say she DELIVERED I'm so happy I found this place and Crystal was the icing on the cake, I'm keeping her, this place is in the shopping center of frys where I come practically 3-4 times a week, never bother to notice the nail salon. It's kind of hidden where the corner of Char Pizza which by the way I don't like..maybe that's why I never took notice because don't go to that corner. But can I say Ooh-la-la!! If you're looking to get a gel manicure that is QUICK and efficient - go for it. At least for a 9:30 appointment on a Friday. I was in at 9:30 and done by 10:01. My end result isn't very precise or clean, hence the lack of time they spent on my nails. Although, sometimes you're in a rush & need that! I gave 2 stars because I would have liked a better gel manicure and a cleaner facility. I sat down in the chair after I arrived (along with the staff as my appointment was at opening) and there were still nail clippings on the surface from the night before. Very disappointed. They don't hit their quota for the day and up your ticket price. My daughter and I had our nails done. She's 12 and we were separated. I went to my normal guy and she went to Annie. Somehow her nails cost almost double mine and Annie assumed she could take advantage of my 12 year old and keep adding on charges without communicating with me. Our appointments were at 12 and we didn't get out of there until 2 hours later. I was mad she manipulated my daughter, took forever and never once communicated price with me. Horrible experience!!! I waited for 30 minutes in the chair for a pedicure. Not a problem love a good soak. There was one person doing pedicures and six doing manicures. Again fine, loved the soak. So the techs finally finished and were able to take care of the people waiting for pedicure. My tech brought her cart over and said she'd be right back. So 10 minutes later she starts. Takes out clippers from the cart and I asked are they sanitized. Oh yes of course...then she opens the sanitized packet after she already used the non sanitized on me. Filed, clipped my cuticle, added oil, buffed, used the scrub brush all within 10 minutes. Then started to let the water out. I said you didn't push down my cuticles, she insisted she did. Well I'm sure you can imagine what a 10 minute pedicure would look like. I dried my feet and left. Will never return. As well not very clean. read more

I have been a customer for over 7 years and I have watched the service def go downhill both with mantis and pedis. I had a pedi several months ago and it was so rushed that my feet seriously were only in the water less than a minute before she started and every aspect of their "luxury" pedicure was done in warp speed and was far from luxurious . I forgot to mention, there was only one other customer in the pedicure chairs so that was not the problem. A few weeks later I got a dip powder manicure and the tech who I have had before drilled off the ALL of the old polish instead of using acetone which is never done on a natural nail. Shecwent so thin on the nail bed that there was a noticeable ridge from the middle of nail to where it comes from the cuticle. She then proceeded to make 5 out of the 10 nails bleed at the cuticle all while telling me to look at the tv and not at her. After the dip powder was done this (see pics) is the final result. Loads of pink powder stuck to the underside of all 10 nails, which she even looked at and didn't bother to remove or correct. Plus she charged me $5 more than I have paid with other techs. Sorry, you have lost this customer to a neighboring salon that takes pride in the way their customers nails look. I broke a nail and it was repaired at no charge to me today. I didn't expect that. I usually get gel nails with pink and white polish. This seems most natural for me. I've enjoyed going to this shop. Enjoyed the lady that did my mani and pedi extremely sweet and my pedi massage was amazing!! But as you can see from the pictures my nails do not look like I had them done on Saturday afternoon. The polish took over 3 hours to dry and after an hour of getting them painted I noticed the ripples and air bubbles in the polish. Also, my nails are already chipping. I know getting regular nail polish it doesn't last very long but I have never had the paint start chipping after 1 day. Paid $50 just for services (mani and pedi) and disappointed that my nails already need to be redone. *do not go here if you are in a rush or on a time limit, when I went in it wasn't too busy and they did my mani after my pedi. I usually see Lindsey, but if she isn't available I see Angel who is just as great. They always get the nail shape just right and my gel polish never lifts. My mom sees April. Make an appointment beforehand and request one of these three! Another thing I absolutely love is when I have a crack or low break in my nail, instead of cutting all of my nails short, they help maintain the length and integrity of my nails by glueing or adding the smallest amount of powder so you don't even notice the break! On top of the great nail technicians Krazy Nails is clean, you never feel as if your service is rushed, the final product is above par, and the massage chairs are great quality and well maintained. read more
