The service itself was pretty standard and I am thankful that my pedicure looks and feels great. With that being said I have couple frustrations. I booked an appointment the day prior for a mani and pedi. I arrived the day of the appointment and was seated for my pedicure in a massage chair. I sat in the massage chair for 30 minutes before anyone came over to begin my pedicure. During the pedicure the staff member who was completing the service was pulling double duty and continued to get up to run the desk. As I sat there other patrons came and went to include walk ins. I understand being busy and staffing is challenging but, what is the point of appointments? The staff rendering the services needs the support from someone dedicated to running the front.I chose to not get the manicure because they all looked too busy and I couldn't wait anymore. Overall I like the salon, the staff is kind, the service is pretty standard. I just think staffing and management may be the issue. I wish the salon the very best moving forward read more

I made an appointment for my daughter and her friend to get full sets for my daughter's birthday. They had availability and were ready when we arrived. They had a chair next to them for me to sit with them while they got their nails done. The girls had inspo photos which were welcomed. The two artists were so great. My daughter had Mya who was so talented and quick! Her nails look just like the inspo. Her friend had Brianna who was equally amazing and fun to talk to! Really enjoyed the service we received. The pricing seemed a bit steep, but I know that nails aren't cheap these days. One of the girls did fun designs on each nail, the other did French tips with chrome topping. Waiting for a car repair at Christian Bros, my daughter and I saw the specials on the sidewalk board and decided to book. I had the "F2" Pedicure and my daughter the "F4" along with "F3" with gel add on for both ($15 each) She had Lan for pedicure and I had Ivy. For her manicure she is with Jenny. We both enjoyed our experiences. LAN's massage could have been a little deeper and Ivy was good in strength. My daughter's pedicure treatment being more elaborate ($75) looked very relaxing. Their new chairs have added features as well. Hand and arm compression and roller balls up the thighs and buttocks. Shoulder compression as well. read more

I came to this place because I needed to get my dip polish removed. My usual place is in Scottsdale & I was pressed for time. The place is new, very clean, and looks very nice inside. The service; I would say the people are very friendly. What is not good is the pricing. I paid $78 with a discount for the most basic pedicure & manicure. Come to find out the charge for dip removal on top of a manicure even tho they didn't even polish my nails because i didn't want it. Also, I'm guessing there was a charge for gel (which is normal) & a charge for French. I did a gel French pedicure. I do not like the pedicure at all. I showed the lady a pic of what I wanted and they still came out super thick. I don't know that the quality I'm looking for is at this salon & I won't be back. read more

The prices are a bit high in my opinion which is why I deducted a star... not sure the price matches what you receive. I've had many good experiences here, but what happened today was completely unacceptable and I will probably not go back. I had a 2 pm appointment. Sat in a massage chair until 2:30. Then I finally got moved to a table where my normal girl started on my nails. She finished about half of the service, then abruptly moved me to another chair and I waited over 15 minutes for someone else to come finish my service while the girl I was originally with took another customer. I am genuinely shocked at this terrible service. There's really no excuse to do this to a regular customer. read more

Worst experience ever! First and last time going to this nail salon. I walked in asking for 2 pedis as well I had the courtesy to ask if they had time to do a full gel x set. They said yes and sat me down I should the girl my design didn't say anything towards it but ok. Once she had already token of my old set she ask if I can come back tomorrow. Then again she ask when she was getting to the design. Spend all this time for her not to do her job the right way. If they couldn't deliver what was asked for they should have never started the work. The girl doing my nails named Ivy just laughed about the situation. wanted to love this place, as its close to my home. I made an appointment, didnt get my pedicure for almost an hour. After quite a while, someone finally came over and put water in the footbath. When she started filing my nail, it snagged and tore. hurt pretty bad, moved on and it just got worse. She cut too short on my cuticle which started to burn/bleed. Then afterwards started massaging my calves which actually almost made me cry with how hard she was squeezing. Then she got a hot towel which burned my right leg pretty bad. at this point i just want to leave, im trying not to cry. She then started painting my toes which wasnt the right color. Im not picky so i just shook it off. but now im looking at them and they are swollen and hurting. I was excited to come here because i wanted a good pedicure, I had surgery recently and wasnt able to go get them done. Everyone else looked happy, so maybe i just got a really bad tech. Im not sure, but I hope no one else has to go through that. read more
