I made an appointment with Yuki after reading so many great recommendations, and the experience definitely lived up to the hype. Yuki was incredibly friendly, warm, and even had me laughing during the appointment, which made the visit feel relaxed and enjoyable. The service was very well done, and while there were a couple of small details I might mention next time, that's more on me for not being as communicative in the moment. Overall, the quality of work and professionalism really stood out. Yuki is sweet, attentive, and clearly skilled, and I left happy with my nails. I would absolutely recommend Yuki to anyone looking for a new nail technician--especially if you don't already have a regular go-to. read more

So glad i found this salon! Easy to schedule, friendly service upon arrival , friendly techs. They offer all the colors and newest trends in nail products from what I've seen. Yuki did my nails and she is extremely talented, sweet, easy to talk to, quick, a perfectionist and has you check you are happy along the entire process. Came here for the first time. I was impressed with how my nails turned out. They looked beautiful, so I was happy. They did charge me 5 dollars to shape my nails. My nails were already coffin shaped, and that is what I requested this time, so I'm not sure why I was charged. My pedicure was a whole other story. I paid 60 dollars for the luxury pedicure, but it was far from luxurious. I had a guy do my toes. He never pushed the cuticles back or cut all the dead skin around the nail bed. My toes were poorly painted. I'm not sure what I got out of the luxurious pedicure, as I never got to choose a flavor as stated in the description. It also said 26 minutes of moisturizing leg and foot massage, which I know I didn't get that. Definitely not worth my money, overall. read more

Bummed because I really wanted to give this place a shot, but the front desk person was pretty rude. I came in, asked if they had time for a gel-x set, and she just said "no." Just like that. Didn't ask if I wanted to make an appointment to come in later or another day, just "no." I'm not blaming anyone for not having time, it's a busy Saturday and I totally understand that it's my fault for not calling ahead. However, it's not very hard to be nice when turning people away, even when it's busy. Don't think I'll try this place again. read more

It is always a 10/10 at Pinky's! The owners are so kind and the staff is always friendly and helpful and the work just the speaks for itself! I went in with an inspo pic of a cat eye ribbon manicure and walked out with that EXACT manicure, in under an hour I might add. Yuki does an amazing job but everyone is so talented! Today was my first time at Pinky's Nails & Spa and it did not disappoint! My friend recommended this salon to me and from the time that I called to make an appointment the staff was friendly, accommodating and easy to speak with! The technician took their time and did not rush me at all, listened to what I was wanting done and helped me come up with the design I was looking for! I've been here twice and have loved my nails each time! I was a little nervous at first since I'm a little picky with my gel nails and tend to pick pictures I like from Pinterest. Most nail salons I have been to either pretend they know how to mimic what I am looking for or try to convince me to get acrylic. Both times I have been here, the nail technicians have been honest with me that they can complete my nails up to certain point but may have to ask for help from other technicians. This salon is amazing! I had yet to find a salon that would honor "10 minute massages" with a FULL 10 minutes and Pinky Nails does it. The massage chairs actually work and the staff is extremely friendly. Tyler does my pedicure and he always pays attention to every detail. Highly recommend! read more

Updating my review to 3 stars... the lady was nice but for the price, the result was not what I was expecting, I would have been better off paying less and not getting a design that looked messy. The hearts were messy and look like they are bleeding hearts because they look smudged and not filled in properly. Also cuticles looked crusty. - updating my review to 1 star thanks to the petty and unprofessional and INCORRECT response of the business owner. First of all the whole point of Yelp is to share OUR experience and if you can't own up to the fact that this was just a sloppy job then u have NO business being a business owner. TO CLARIFY, I only had ONE person work on my nails, not two ppl, to whom I brought an EXACT PHOTO of what I wanted so not sure why u are lying and saying that I "couldn't make up my mind" and if this mess of a job is "ur top nail technician" then that speaks volume in itself. ALSO, I wasn't complaining about the $35 for a gel manicure, the point I was making, that went totally over ur head, is that I would have been better off getting THAT regular plain polish for that $35 instead of the design that was more expensive ($43) and poorly executed. Honestly I actually liked this place and was still willing to give it another try and the rating could have gone up, but thanks to this "business owner's" completely uncalled for response, that won't be happening. 3 stars went down to 1 thanks to ur inability to be a professional. Good job on knowing how to run a business. read more

While Jordan no longer does my nails everyone here that has always does a good job. I've been coming to Pinky's for a year now and I love it here. It was a really hard break up, and my expectations are very high for a replacement. When we walked in today, there was one person in a chair, but it was otherwise vacant, which is always nice. I can't say that I was impressed with the visit, which is unfortunate. I had to ask her to fix a couple areas, and then I gave up and had to clip when I got home. The edging under the brow was not clean, and there were a few random brow hairs that I had to pluck also. She also has a strong hand, I understand you need pressure to get the hair off, but it just wasn't a good service compared to what I've had before. I will try again and maybe go a different day to see if another technician provides me a better experience. She was very nice, and the store is very clean. Just not my cup of tea!

She informed me that my lashes would be a "foreign fill" and needed assessment - fair. Her booking is flexible, and I am so old school that I absolutely loved that she was available to speak to me on the phone right away when I called. The salon suites were familiar to me; I had been there a couple of times for a favorite coffee shop, so I immediately felt comfortable. Her room was welcoming and warm, including a comfy blanket for when I got cold. Johnyee was kind, gentle, extremely knowledgeable, and assessed that my lashes were done well and we could proceed yay! The experience was all around fantastic, lashes are beautiful and she took the time to go over all the lash care tips I needed. I could tell right away that she loves her craft and cares about the people she serves.
