I made an appointment with Yuki after reading so many great recommendations, and the experience definitely lived up to the hype. Yuki was incredibly friendly, warm, and even had me laughing during the appointment, which made the visit feel relaxed and enjoyable. The service was very well done, and while there were a couple of small details I might mention next time, that's more on me for not being as communicative in the moment. Overall, the quality of work and professionalism really stood out. Yuki is sweet, attentive, and clearly skilled, and I left happy with my nails. I would absolutely recommend Yuki to anyone looking for a new nail technician--especially if you don't already have a regular go-to. read more

Worst experience ever! Got a gel pedicure- about a few weeks later one of my toenails fall off..then 2 weeks after that another nail fell off. Never had this ever happen to me. Definitely not a clean nail place. Also - my daughter went same time as me..she got a fungal infection on her toe. Disgusting place! read more

So glad i found this salon! Easy to schedule, friendly service upon arrival , friendly techs. They offer all the colors and newest trends in nail products from what I've seen. Yuki did my nails and she is extremely talented, sweet, easy to talk to, quick, a perfectionist and has you check you are happy along the entire process. I gave her a pic of nail art inspo and she nailed it! I just wanted clean but a little holiday jazz. Highly recommend giving this place a chance if you're looking! read more

Came here for the first time. I was impressed with how my nails turned out. They looked beautiful, so I was happy. They did charge me 5 dollars to shape my nails. My nails were already coffin shaped, and that is what I requested this time, so I'm not sure why I was charged. My pedicure was a whole other story. I paid 60 dollars for the luxury pedicure, but it was far from luxurious. I had a guy do my toes. He never pushed the cuticles back or cut all the dead skin around the nail bed. My toes were poorly painted. I'm not sure what I got out of the luxurious pedicure, as I never got to choose a flavor as stated in the description. It also said 26 minutes of moisturizing leg and foot massage, which I know I didn't get that. Definitely not worth my money, overall. read more

Bummed because I really wanted to give this place a shot, but the front desk person was pretty rude. I came in, asked if they had time for a gel-x set, and she just said "no." Just like that. Didn't ask if I wanted to make an appointment to come in later or another day, just "no." I'm not blaming anyone for not having time, it's a busy Saturday and I totally understand that it's my fault for not calling ahead. However, it's not very hard to be nice when turning people away, even when it's busy. Don't think I'll try this place again. read more

I've been here twice and have loved my nails each time! I was a little nervous at first since I'm a little picky with my gel nails and tend to pick pictures I like from Pinterest. Most nail salons I have been to either pretend they know how to mimic what I am looking for or try to convince me to get acrylic. Both times I have been here, the nail technicians have been honest with me that they can complete my nails up to certain point but may have to ask for help from other technicians. Their leader Kim has stepped up both times and has done amazing work. I appreciate the honesty and teamwork! read more

Updating my review to 3 stars... the lady was nice but for the price, the result was not what I was expecting, I would have been better off paying less and not getting a design that looked messy. The hearts were messy and look like they are bleeding hearts because they look smudged and not filled in properly. Also cuticles looked crusty. - updating my review to 1 star thanks to the petty and unprofessional and INCORRECT response of the business owner. First of all the whole point of Yelp is to share OUR experience and if you can't own up to the fact that this was just a sloppy job then u have NO business being a business owner. TO CLARIFY, I only had ONE person work on my nails, not two ppl, to whom I brought an EXACT PHOTO of what I wanted so not sure why u are lying and saying that I "couldn't make up my mind" and if this mess of a job is "ur top nail technician" then that speaks volume in itself. ALSO, I wasn't complaining about the $35 for a gel manicure, the point I was making, that went totally over ur head, is that I would have been better off getting THAT regular plain polish for that $35 instead of the design that was more expensive ($43) and poorly executed. Honestly I actually liked this place and was still willing to give it another try and the rating could have gone up, but thanks to this "business owner's" completely uncalled for response, that won't be happening. 3 stars went down to 1 thanks to ur inability to be a professional. Good job on knowing how to run a business. read more

She informed me that my lashes would be a "foreign fill" and needed assessment - fair. Her booking is flexible, and I am so old school that I absolutely loved that she was available to speak to me on the phone right away when I called. The salon suites were familiar to me; I had been there a couple of times for a favorite coffee shop, so I immediately felt comfortable. Her room was welcoming and warm, including a comfy blanket for when I got cold. Johnyee was kind, gentle, extremely knowledgeable, and assessed that my lashes were done well and we could proceed yay! The experience was all around fantastic, lashes are beautiful and she took the time to go over all the lash care tips I needed. I could tell right away that she loves her craft and cares about the people she serves.

Got a pedicure and a timer alarm went off, was not sure what that was until I asked one of the nail techs. They informed me that they use a timer so that the clients would not get cheated out of any of the minutes for the massage. I've never see this in a salon! I love it here, so nice and relaxing. read more

First off, the staff themselves were great. Unfortunately that's about it. They rush the service, not much attention to detail, and are extremely OVER PRICED. You'll find comparable or better priced service elsewhere. read more

She isn't just a nail tech--she is an artist. I bring her ideas, themes, and sometimes just let her creativity take over, and somehow she manages to exceed my expectations every single time. Her attention to detail is absolutely insane. The hand-painted artwork, intricate designs, 3D elements--there is seemingly nothing this woman cannot do. I mean, LOOK AT THESE HALLOWEEN NAILS. But as amazing as her talent is, Fawn herself is an even bigger reason I've stayed with her for so many years. She is kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. Sitting in her chair has always felt comfortable and easy, and I look forward to seeing her just as much as I look forward to seeing what she creates on my nails. After years of appointments, I could probably write a novel about all the reasons I recommend her. If you want someone who takes tremendous pride in her work, pays attention to every tiny detail, and can turn your nails into actual pieces of art, go see Fawn. There's a reason I've been with her for years and will continue to follow her wherever she goes. She's simply THAT good.
