This time around we both tried this location and both of us had the best experience with Cassandra Myself it was a first for time waxing for me, more out of curiosity and self improvement. Cassandra was excellent, I had 2 major areas waxed and I am smooth as a baby's bottom, although spoiler alert, it was not my bottom. Still a very pleasant, joyous painfree wonderful experience with Cassandra. Sure we had a small 'sell' for products but nothing hard or full time during our waxing. Actually Cassandra was extremely friendly and an expert at her job. We will be back for sure and request her. It was a really hard break up, and my expectations are very high for a replacement. When we walked in today, there was one person in a chair, but it was otherwise vacant, which is always nice. The edging under the brow was not clean, and there were a few random brow hairs that I had to pluck also. She also has a strong hand, I understand you need pressure to get the hair off, but it just wasn't a good service compared to what I've had before. During the appointment, I asked if the inside of my thigh was going to be waxed, and the technician told me she had already done the top portion and that the service was only the strip outside the bikini line. However, the description on your website states that the service includes the area outside the bikini line up to four inches above the knee. I've received this service multiple times before, so I was familiar with what it typically includes. When I questioned it, her response was, "Do you just want me to throw a couple strips down since we're here?" After checking out, I reviewed the service description and confirmed that my understanding was correct. When I returned to discuss it, the front desk staff were not particularly apologetic. One employee simply said, "It was only $17," and offered to text the owner. While the amount itself isn't the issue, I was disappointed by both the service and the way my concerns were handled. It was not the level of experience I've come to expect as a longtime customer.
