They took me right in. I rarely see a shop that is so beautiful, accommodating and friendly. As soon as I showed Mr. Beter my design I found- thinking maybe he could do a color. THIS MAN DID THE WHOLE DESIGN!!!! Ms. Amn a really lovely lady was also so kind to my son and he had just had his haircut before school pictures and she made time for my boy for a full masculine pedicure. My boy loved it. The full service was very special and it went on after hours with the the amount of detail, care and patience the whole staff was present. I was going through a rough time and am truly grateful for everyone at Crazy Nails for all they did, they helped me through a tough day. Kiddo was cared for not as a kid but as a customer and so much care was equally made to both of us. Truly amazing and very special. We will be back.

The father did my manicure. On the drive home to my toe hurt but wasn't sure why. My toe got pus on my big toe and was infected. When we got home I went to the doctor. They had to cut half my nail off. And I am on Antibiotics. The children were talking about a trip to Vietnam and there was a child on a lounge chair playing on a IPAD. I paid $150. I need contacted with an answer. Update: I visited this salon in Sun City in October on vacation from Washington. I got an infection in my toe and dr had to cut half my toe nail off. I am on antibiotics for the infection. When I called the shop she said I had to bring in proof from Dr. I said I could mail it but I am in Washington. She refused and said I had to come in. I have the recording because I am sure she will deny. Very rude and uncaring. Mother did my pedicure and father did manicure French gel. Grandchild on lounge playing on IPAD fed French fries. The shop in tucked in a fully occupied strip center so it doesn't have that abandoned feeling like many of the small centers in and around Sun City. The techs are a family, like all of them. Mother (Linda), Father (Peter), son (Sonny) and daughter (Kelly). They are all friendly, patient and attentive to customer's needs. By the greetings I've witnessed, they have a first-name-basis clientele and return customers indicates exceptional service. I've found my new go to happy to send others their way!

Came here last weekend to get my nails done. I don't usually get them done anymore because…read moreeverywhere I go they just use e-files on my natural nail and destroy my nail beds. I tried this place out after reading reviews of a few different ones in my area. I was serviced by Lena (hope I spelled that right). She was amazing!! She explained things so well to me, kept telling me I have strong and beautiful natural nails, helped me decide which design to choose for the cat eye gels when I was indecisive. I needed some TLC on my heels too and she used this homemade rose scented sugar scrub exfoliant and really just did great work. Pretty sure she also practiced some TCM on my hand's and feet's pressure points. I turned on the massager and closed my eyes lol. I was truly in heaven. She's very kind and you can tell she takes pride in her work. Detail oriented and I could see she was taking extra care to not let any gel cure on my skin. I love how they came out. The color also changes hues in different lighting. It's so cool! Might be worth to mention that it's been only a week and the gel has started to chip off on one of the nails, but I also work with my hands, so maybe that's why. def want to come back and try again soon.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE LEFT IN TEARS AND THE MANAGER "BEN" DIDNT GIVE A CARE IN THE WORLD…read more he kept saying "this is the latest I've stayed at work" in a rush the whole time doing my nails left them so horrible looking like I still needed a fill. Left nails sticky and not fully painted. when I brought it to his attention he stated "you got a fill it's not going to be perfect " and that the sides messed up because of the filing and not once offered to fix them because (he was rushing to go home) then as I'm paying for something Im not happy with the lady ringing me up gasped when she tapped my card then called the manager. I asked what's the issue? and they stated nothing. I went to my car checked my account and turns out they charged me $828!!!!!!!!!! on top of my bill! and not once mention it to me nor saying it was an accident or apologize. I go back inside and ask why did they charge me that much and why didn't they say anything when it happened and Ben (the managers) response was "it's not a problem on our end.. it's up to yourbank" if I wouldn't have checked my account they wouldn't have ever told me about that transaction or reversed it! I told him I will NEVER come back all he said was " that's okay" I said your whole service was rushed. I went with the mindset of having a nice mother daughter spa night with my 7year old daughter instead left in tears with a BAD EXPERIENCE UGLY NAILS AND PRETTY MUCH ROBBED ME $828!!!!!!!!
