I've been to this place a few times to get dip powder and it's fabulous! I couldn't recommend Sam more. I forgot to take a picture of my latest manicure when I got it, but I want to show a picture of them all grown out because they are still PERFECT and it has been over a month! Not a crack or chip. Ice Cream Pedicures!! So, I am in town for spring break to spend time with my daughter. We decided to hit the nail spa. This is her favorite spot. Now I know why. We started with our pedicures and requested the Ice Cream pedicures. So relaxing and it comes with an ice cream to enjoy. We got to pick a bath bomb to have in our pedi bath, and Quinn & Tommy took their time with massage and all the treatments. Well worth $60. The vibe is very chill and the decor is cute with crystal chandelier's hanging from the ceiling, & beautiful pedi chairs. Tommy also filled my gel nails and did a beautiful french manicure. He is so talented. I recommend him. My daughter gets a gel manicure from Quinn and highly recommends him. She enjoys being able to close her eyes and nap. Quinn is not talkative so they are a good match. Plan to spend a good 3 hours for both treatments. It's so worth it! They brought us both water. They have a restroom. The parking is easy, right out front. They have other people, too. It wasn't over crowded, but they had others walk in. I will be back!! When in this area, check it out! read more

Terrible! I tried this salon based on the good reviews. I went In only for a pedicure. The gentleman that was doing my toes cut them way too short to the point they were bleeding on one foot, making them all uneven. The pedicure comes with a massage that I did not even get, only rubbed lotion and that was it. Very disappointed with the service! read more

Absolutely terrible service! No AC in 100 degree weather, several of the techs did not speak or understand one word of English, so it was impossible to communicate with the old man that was doing my nails!! He was lightly pecking at the cuticles on my nails the way chickens peck at bird food! I had to show him what to do all the way through! I also had a 10% discount for my birthday which I showed him that he did not apply, so I had to go back in and void it out and then they recharged me again so now I have to wait for my account to be credited because of their mistake. The whole experience was more frustrating than it was relaxing, and a very rotten birthday gift to myself from them. I will never be back in there again, and I definitely don't recommend it! read more

My appointment was at 9 am, I was the lady who did my toes first customer of the day...no one else waiting on her. Nonetheless, she rushed like crazy through the service. She was so rough in taking off the gel polish I already had and damaged my nail beds with the scraping. I've never had someone take off the gel so harshly. Second of all, the nail prep (the cuticle cleaning) was terrible. Not clean or precise AT ALL and it was very painful. All I got was plain white gel toes and its somehow so bumpy and textured. Tipped anyways but will not be returning to such an unwelcoming and rude place. read more

The people are friendly and cheerful, and the pedicure/foot massage I received was soooo good. They have the standard massage chairs, offer the same manicure and pedicure options as other salons, but the difference is the staff. Didn't do what I asked. I'm never unhappy with my nails and I left unhappy. I checked on my nails throughout and they kept insisting what I was asking for would be done. My reference picture looks nothing like my nails. It also took 2 hours and 40 minutes to get these done. Everything inside seemed dirty to me. They were super sweet and nice there. My nails just were not quality. They have never looked like this. I was out of my own area and needed them done which is why I went here. I asked for coffin shape. I am so happy that i found this place because my old nail guy went back home so i had to find another place but i don't like places that are always super crowded or where the nail techs are rushing to get to the next person, not this place. It is so nice inside and relaxing atmosphere they always play some nice music that goes with the ambience of the place. My nail tech is Ana and she is great she always takes her time and she listens when i have a certain concern which is how she help me to which over to dip from Acrylic. She will pick great color schemes for me when I'm just having one of those days and can choose. Went here with my mom and daughter to get mani/pedi's we had a 9am appointment and that's when they open. We met the staff along with several others as they opened the doors. A little chaotic at first because everyone rushed in. Once we sat down all seemed good. They offer different types of pedicures. My daughter and I both got dip manicures and my mom just a pedicure. The gentleman doing my moms pedicure did not speak English. She tried to tell him that she wanted her nails cut and he didn't understand. She was very upset and i said to let someone know. She said no I just won't come back. So I spoke with the receptionist and she advised the manager. I just simply asked if they could have someone fix it. I've gotten my nails done here twice after not getting them done for over 10 years and they do quality work for a reasonable price. They are organized and even on Saturday they got me in as a walk in after only 10 minutes of waiting! It is a beautiful shop. Alex is new there she said but she did a fantastic job!! This is my third time coming here and they can never get me in. They say walk ins are welcome but each time they end up ask me to come another day, and when I do they are all booked until close. Second time here and I won't go back. I had a pedicure. I don't get polish in the the winter so I expect a good callus removal and my nails filed smoothly. Even after showing him where the calluses were the worst he took his light weight remover and just did a small part of the bottom of my foot. Manicure was worse, he cut my finger below the nail on the top part of my finger. How do you do that? Again a very rough filing, didn't use a fine nail file only a course one. He also used the course file on top of my nails which I thought he was going to buff afterwards, NOPE. I have several hangnails now. Worst part is that my husband noticed that my toe nails were jagged from across the room. Massage part was good for which he got an excellent tip ‍ and one star. read more
