I can't say enough good things about this salon! Jessica has been my go-to nail technician for over a year, and I wouldn't dream of trusting anyone else with my acrylics. Her attention to detail and incredible skill mean she executes every design challenge I throw her way perfectly. I've been on and off with acrylics for years, but since finding Jessica, I've maintained them consistently--and for good reason! My nails have never lifted, and even when she removes old sets, she's so gentle that my natural nails underneath remain healthy. For pedicures, I've had great experiences with several technicians, but Sang is hands-down my favorite. He's thorough, professional, and always makes sure I leave with flawless feet. The salon itself is a hidden gem. It's impeccably clean, well-maintained, and has the friendliest atmosphere. The owner is always in great spirits, going out of his way to make your day special! What really sets this salon apart is how they treat my daughter when I bring her along. Whether she's getting a kids' mani/pedi or just keeping me company, the staff goes out of their way to make her feel like a princess. If you're in Arizona and looking for a nail salon, this is the place to go. The team is talented, kind, and attentive--I truly can't recommend them enough!

I love this salon bc everyone is sooo nice and friendly! Some salons they're just rude or mean or if you ask them to fix ( just like on Angelica Johnson's hilarious standup about nail salons) they'll all start loudly talking about you in their native tongue - like salon in EOS fitness strip mall off of 57th & Thunderbird- all rude except 1 lady. Less expensive but not worth it! If I want something fixed at Diva Nails it's never an issue, even if I couldn't come back in for a week (ofc as long as I'm not asking for something that takes longer than 5 minutes) I've been going to Diva for 4 years.

I wouldn't recommend this place nor come again. The price was way more than the quality of the pedicure. $55 plus tip. I was upsold the 3rd highest package just so I could get callous removal. The polish looked streaky and I asked for a third coat. The girl basically tried to argue that it looked good. It still looks awful "fixed".

I have lived in the area for some time now and I refuse to go anywhere else to get my nails done. Everyone here is so nice and accommodating. The receptionist Miren always goes above and beyond. Be sure to ask for Lee when receiving your services. He is amazing beyond words. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

When you walk in to this establishment it is absolutely gorgeous! Many customers and staff to attend to them. I was afraid they had nobody to do my nails seeing that they were so busy. Yet the lovely receptionist just told me and my friend to go wash our hands. We did as told and next I know they tell us to have a seat . I show my technician what I wanted done & she instantly went to town. My friend was surprised how fast she was going by doing them. She wasn't in a rush or trying to get me out. My technician was amazing & very friendly. The atmosphere of the place was just so nice . Idk if they just love black people music but they were playing old throwbacks. I basically was the only one in there singing along ( there were other black ppl there too) . But every technician that I saw along with the receptionist were sooo nice and helpful to everyone that came in. You can't ever say that nobody welcomed you because the male tech with a loud " HELLO!!!!" cracked me up everytime . And when you left he would say "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" clearly it wasn't anyone's birthday cause after the first two times he said it I was like alright , whose parents were partying that hard that it's everyone's birthday Overall rating 10/10

Beware getting you're acrylic nails removed here, I got my acrylics removed and i am still in excruciating pain, My nails where not soaked but rather clipped off and removed by using a artificial nail to rip mine off from the bottom, I was told to relax when expressing how much pain I was in, I begin to think this was a different practice but after doing all my research..I saw that this was damaging to the nail bed,I'm just disappointed being that this business is so close by me and I was very interested in supporting this nail company after seeing the gorgeous nails posted. If looked at close you can see the impression from my nail being forcefully pulled off, Worst pain l've ever been!!

This is my second time coming to this place and I have to say.... I am impressed. Jessica did my nails this time. I got to see her work while I was getting my nails done by her mom and I was so excited to have her today. Let's start with I wanted a trim, fill and a different shape. I was open to getting the old ones removed and a new set but she was able to work with what I had. I showed her a picture of what I'd like and made sure she knew it didn't have to be exactly like it but would love it as close as possible. She was able to mirror what I showed her on to my nails. It was clean, quiet and everyone was welcoming. 100% recommend checking this place out and asking for Jessica. I'll include my inspo and the result!

One thing I've been looking for in a nail place is for them to tell me to wash my hands as soon as I tell them what I'm getting; even if it doesn't involve my hands. This place was recommended to me when I was complaining to someone about my nail place becoming unsanitary. I brought my friend with me for somewhat last minute pedicures on a Sunday. They did have us soaking for 15 minutes but I can't complain because we never made an appointment. It's a tad more expensive than my last place and doesn't offer some of the same things. HOWEVER, I appreciate this place because I wasn't cut by the cuticle nipper or filed by the files. I actually got to relax and not worry about being hurt. Me and my friend realized a lot of people in there were regulars so I feel like that says a lot. Also, at one point, one of the other customers was ranting and raving about how she loves this place and she's been coming here for years and she's gone to so many different workers there and they all did a fantastic job. I love that. There's nothing better than trusting the entire salon and not just one single employee. I will be coming back and bringing my friends and family.

I. Honor of my nieces 13th birthday I treated her and my daughter by friendship to manicures and pedicures along with my self. The birthday girl chose a super elaborate manicure which impressed everyone who saw them! The daughter by friendship chose a classic French tip with an emerald twist which is to die for! I went super basic with a gray lilac that serves me well in the classroom. The service was quick, kind and elaborate! It was totally worth the cost!

Julie did not shape my nails as I asked her to before she started putting the dip powder on and when I told her again I needed them almond shape she ignored me. The dip powder was thick, uneven and now my nails are super short. She was rough with filing after I asked her to fix it. She and a coworker were talking about it every time I tried to correct her on the shape and her coworker laughed and said your nails are really short, very unprofessional. They need to listen to the customer.

I had a basic mani/pedi. It was their "classic" gel. It looked clean and bright. It was larger than I thought it was going to be. My feet looked great but I'm not posting feet pics lollll. But I had a classic white polish. Yass. I had pink on my hands. So cute. I had my nails shorter than normal but she did a great job and they still looked cute. I was literally so relaxed I was falling asleep. The only thing that would have made it better is if they offered a bottle of water. The other nail place I like does, and with the temps being as they are, it'd be better. (Or mimosas, but a girl can dream) Will I be back? Definitely read more

I began going here after moving into the area. I walked-in a few times and had whoever was available. Then one morning, Kalie, was free, and the rest is history! Kalie is an absolute queen! I have always had a hard time getting techs to listen to my needs, but she did in the first try, and has been keeping up with it since! I am a minimalist due to my work, and she shows me all the new cat eye colors and gel colors they get so I don't get bored! She is very easy going and we have a great time every appointment. her work is impeccable and my nails last! Thanks girl! read more

I had a really disappointing experience here. I got builder gel on Saturday, and by Sunday, all my nails were already lifting. I called, and they asked me to come in for a fix, but when I arrived, the tech gave me the option of switching to acrylic. I agreed, but then the original tech came back from break, and they made it out to feel it was my fault for choosing builder gel to begin with instead of taking accountability. On top of that, they still charged me $30 for the redo, even though it was their mistake. I won't be coming back. read more

Customer service is so terrible I really don't recommend this place for anybody! So unprofessional and rude. They'll charge you whatever price they want so dont even bother looking at the price list. Oh and let's not forget when you have an appointment they will definitely be a minimum of 30-40 minutes late so don't even bother showing up on time, they will NEVER thank you for waiting ever! I honestly do not know what kind of business they are running here! But I do not support this not anymore. Also when you call and make an appointment the will randomly tell you oh sorry we don't take reservations for that person anymore without reason. SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

I love this little nail salon!!! It's my go to. (My only negative is Jess, I won't see her again. She's real rough with the drill, burns me, and is more interested in her phone and ear buds than not hurting her clients.) Tilly is great and a perfectionist. I really like this place! After my nail tech of 18 years retired I went to several places & always had issues so when I came here I was nervous but I've never had any issues since I've been coming to get acrylic nails. I always make sure to see Tilly,she's great & does an amazing job! Been coming here approximately 6 months now & will continue to for every fill! You will show them a picture & they will do their own design. They try to sell (gel)and always insist to get other services when you clearly have said no. They alway seem SO rushed to get you in and out! Makes you feel uncomfortable when employees are overwhelmed when it's "busy". read more

Went in and got a gel mani and pedi and my toe felt irritated that night. Next day I wake up to a swollen toe with the absolute worst pain. Pretty sure it got infected and the pain has not gotten any better. read more

they do NOT know how to do acrylics. The nail tech must have put at least 3 layers of acrylic on my nail and they were so uncomfortably thick. i kept asking her to file more off but she did not. read more

If you are looking for a new salon, look no further - I LOVE this nail salon. The owner is so nice and always makes the environment fun. It's very clean, prices are reasonable, and everyone there is very nice and accommodating. After previous bad experiences at different salons, Diva Nails was my saving grace. I've been going here since July 2021 and have seen several different people who have all done exceptional work! I currently see Kalie who is AMAZING! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in the area and have even taken my family with me for pedicures and manicures who have also been satisfied. I finally have found a place where I don't get nervous about the work being done and I can actually sit back and enjoy the service being provided. read more

I cannot recommend Christine B enough! She did an amazing job on my nails and did them fast and clean! The place is very beautiful with a great aesthetic! It was not too badly priced at all! What can I say about this nail shop is nothing but good stuff every single time I leave highly satisfied this time I got John to do my nails and he did a light pink squared set on me I was very happy that shape looks amazing and I've been coming here for the last three years and I literally will never go anywhere else. The atmosphere alone is enough for me to keep coming back everyday. everyone is so friendly and if they ever make a mistake with your nail. best believe they're going to be on top of that which I'm sure is not a concern because I've always been satisfied with their services. read more

I made an appointment here a few days in advance! When we arrived for our appointment time, the service was quick. We were sat within minutes - it wasn't very busy! The interior was so nice and relaxing. I was nervous that the design I wanted would be complicated, but my nail tech did a beautiful job! My friends and I absolutely LOVE our nails! read more

I was in search of a new nail salon in the Phoenix area and came across this place a couple days ago. It was fantastic! I did a walk-in for a full set and I was helped immediately. I've been going to this nail shop for the past eight years with consistent great results however today hit an all-time low And I will never go back! My experience today was quiet unfriendly and rushed. My manicure was choppy, rough and looks like a child did it. I will now be on the lookout for a new place to go as a manicure pedicure is a normal thing for me to get however this place has lost my business. read more

I give 2 cause they were nice when they did speak to us. Went for a girls day out manicure and pedicure the whole works... the gentleman that did my friends feet not only man handled her feet soo bad she has a bruise on her back heel where he was holding her. Then argued about pricing when we asked a simple question. Well sir you don't like people complaining about you - his words then you should have been a lot gentler. Nails turned out good but both our feet got jacked. They hardly speak cause they can't speak English. Went here for the first time today & they did not disappoint. I called beforehand to see if there was going to be a long wait for walk-ins. They said they didn't so I went with my man & got 1 mani, 2 pedis. I had Cindy & she was so nice! I tried talking to her a few times, but I could tell she didn't really want to engage too much in the convo because of the language barrier. But anyways! She really took her time with my nails & didn't miss any edges (that's a big thing for me) She was a little too soft with the massage on both my feet & hands, but I didn't mind too much. The mani & pedi I had on 3/17/26 was AWFUL, AWFUL!!! PLUS both nail techs talked about and LAUGHED AT ME right to my face!! I have never been made to feel more demoralized in my life all because I asked for my nails to be short, square and smooth so that I wouldn't scratch myself or run my pantyhose -- A SIMPLE request that I made when I first sat down. The woman that did my pedi used a metal grater that removed so much skin from the bottom of my feet that I couldn't hardly walk for 3 days, and it hurt terribly for over a week! The odd thing was the area she scraped and scraped didn't have hardly any need for such a device. The actual caluses were never even touched!! It seemed almost as if it was done out of spite. They knew that my son's wedding was in 3 days too. So after this brutal pedi, I could barely walk, dance or do anything during the rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, reception or the farewell brunch. It was absolutely the worst experience of my life!!! The skin on the bottom of my feet was so damaged that it was bright red for nearly 3 weeks! Most businesses treat their customers nicely if only to have repeat business. I can't for the life of me understand why anyone would treat their client with such vile behavior ESPECIALLY when I was so kind, curteous and tried to be engaging. Oh and that was the second time the manicurist treated me like that. If you don't like what you do, don't take it out on your paying client. I will never go back there EVER EVER again!! By the way, I just got a mani & pedi this evening from another salon and am absolutely thrilled with how my nails look!! That salon over on Lake Pleasant Rd treated me with such love that I can't wait to go back there!!

I always thought and assumed bi**hes with nails were always useless and high maintenance humans who were lazy and were impaired by a set of nails to properly clean, cook, or do anything right...Of course I would always vouch for a full set when an important event came around and had to get spiffy, let them live on me for 3 days max and then I would clip em off, because I considered myself a much too busy and productive woman. I came across Diva Nails for an event and was attended quickly. I have never walked into a nail salon and have felt so much peace and stress relief. The initial greeting, the consultation and the hands on and interaction from their nail techs is amazing. They make you feel welcome and carefully listen to your needs and wants. I have been returning for over a year now. I have been returning every 3 weeks to upkeep my nails and pedicures, and I wouldn't prefer to spend my spare paycheck money on my nails or tipping these phenomenal workers. Because I am a licensed cosmetologist, I acknowledge the work must commit to their clients and I have never been disappointed. I absolutely respect, admire, and adore John. He has never once huffed or puffed because he has to stand up to reactivate light sensors in the salon from working so late at night, considering he has attended me numerous times without an appointment. I can't thank him enough. He is a character and stress reliever, and I have lost count of the times I've sat at his station and he's asked "what are we doing today?" and I have said, "surprise me." EVERY TIME he has surprised me and has never disappointed me. I love how meticulous he is about his work and his shop, and how dear he takes to his heart that every client walks out smiling. Integrity goes a long way, and this shop definitely has it. And the useless high maintenance bi**hes with nails, that's me...I'm "bi**hes with nails now. read more

I've been going to diva nails for six years now. And although John and his staff have their hands full with the beautiful, new shop they always make you feel, welcomed, important and special. With an incredible knowledge of their craft they offer a wide variety of services and do an exceptional job. The techs as a whole have an incredible work ethic and John (salon owner) always makes sure you walk out feeling beautiful and satisfied. They are quite busy so it's best to make an appointment to reserve your place in line. And now theres's plenty of room to settle in and enjoy yourself. I absolutely LOVE this place. Everybody is very friendly and it's great because they all actually speak to you and make your experience that much better. I have gotten everything from a pedicure, to a gel manicure, and acrylics. All of their work is FABULOUS. Their gel nail designs are great and they actually take the time to make sure it's exactly how you want it. My acrylics always look good and last forever. With the holidays I have been busy and it's been a little over 3 weeks since my fill and they still are going strong! Can't wait to get back in there and get my fill and relax. I've been going to Diva Nails for two years, I wouldn't go anywhere else. This salon may not be "fancy" like so many people seem to seek out, but it's friendly and that counts for alot in my opinion. The owner John, cares about people and keeps an eye on his customers needs - he also does awesome nails. Tuyen (twin) is one of the best nail techs that there is! Any picture I show her what I want on my nails she is able recreate with no problem. I've been going there for over 8 years and I'm never disappointed in anything I've gotten. They did an amazing job and were extremely fast even on the night before prom. They got us in at the last minute. Son did my nails and Kathy did my mothers.
