This place is new to our neighborhood and every time we drive by it's packed. Today I had the day off & we decided to check it out. From the moment Chris greeted us at the door to the moment we walked out this was a good time. The employees didn't make us feel uncomfortable. Nancy created beautiful nails and her art was mystical! Went in for a pedicure. It was very rushed. The "massage" portion of the pedicure was only 3 minutes long with no quality. I wanted to treat myself to a nice pedicure after a long weekend of working so I upgraded to the hot stone package. All that was done was rub the stone on my leg for maybe 15 seconds and then done. Very disappointed. I usually come in and see Lena and she does amazing every time. Today I called 2 hrs in advance to get a pedicure acrylic full set - specifically told the guy on the phone that's what I needed. (Lena wasn't there so I went with anyone) Got there at 2, got sat at 2:17. I chose the basic organic pedicure, and let them know I wanted white gel on top. The first tech started with the pedicure & it was going fine except for when it came time for the lotion massage that lasted barely one minute total. After that she confirmed that I wanted acrylic on my toes and said she couldn't do it and that another tech would. I waited 40 MINUTES. Once the new tech came she started on the acrylic and then took off somewhere without finishing the gel part. I waited another 20 minutes for yet ANOTHER tech to complete my nails. At this point I'm just over it. She finally finished and I got to the front to pay, and was offered no discount other than their usual happy hour one at 15% off. I was charged a total of $100 for the basic pedi, acrylic, and white gel. I walked out at 4:35!! I did more waiting than I've ever done at any nail salon. The job finished was not the best as you can see for paying $100- my toenails were WAY too short I asked for acrylic fora reason. I was a repeat customer but I will not be coming back. My time is important and today was my only day off. read more

My first time here was a few months ago, and I gave it a try because of the first time customers coupon they offer. The employee Kyle did my nails this time and they came out fairly bad. They were not well quality, and looked very lumpy. What bothered me the most is that my nails were cut uneven. Despite this, I decided to give them another try due to their proximity and promotions. I attributed the lack of quality to the employee, and not the establishment as a whole. Yesterday, I walked in for the same pedicure service with a different employee. I did not catch his name, but I was once again disappointed in the quality of the pedicure service. It was honestly worse than last time with an uneven and lumpy appearance, lack of care in nail cutting, and a very visible air bubble! I had other appointments to get to, so I was unable to bring up my dissatisfaction while I was there. I've been looking at my toe nails since I got them and am really sad that I spent my money on mediocre work. read more
