Typical Vietnamese nail salon with a strong focus on quick service, which can be convenient if you're on a time crunch. I came in for a mani/pedi and was seated right away, which I appreciated. However, the service felt very rushed. My manicure began immediately at the small table attached to the pedicure chair before I could get comfortable. I had to lean forward the entire time, which caused lower back discomfort from the massage chair rollers, and I couldn't enjoy the massage feature. I brought a book hoping to relax, but the setup didn't allow for that. I was also charged extra for having gel on previously, despite getting gel again. I chose the Sassy Gel pedicure but wasn't given a scent option and was told orange was the only one available. The hot stone and lotion massages were extremely brief, and the technician left mid-service to help another client. This was disappointing because my first visit was excellent, with great service and a welcoming atmosphere. I would not give this place 1 star. Don't clean items used by clients before you. I have one nail that cannot use normal acrylic. I have my own I told them about it before I sat down. The manager told the girl doing my nails in there language. The first coat she did as I asked the 2nd I told her no and I got TRUST ME. Tried to find manager and she was gone. I finished The next week went back cause I had mold under the finger that is not fully attached. The girl lied said she didn't use acrylic and the manager keep grabbing my arm. As I said that girl lies. As I was trying to leave the manager follows me out and will not keep her hands I asked several times don't touch me, stop grabbing me. Staff is extremely rude. I asked my nail technician for simple French tip polish with a pedicure and callus remover paid $80 for this and they charge you a 2% fee if you use a card which they're not supposed to do. As I'm getting my toes done I tell my nail tech that I wanted my French tip thicker and I showed her a picture exactly how I wanted it and she takes deep sigh and rolls her eyes and acts as if I'm inconveniencing her. I mean if anyone is paying for service they would expect the service to be done how they asked and without feeling as if they're a burden for telling the person that they're paying to do the service that they want it done a specific way. I recommend nobody spends their money here. Inside the salon is cramped and cluttered along with having to fight off flies the entire time along with the massage chairs having missing buttons, along with the buttons, barely working so you have to push extremely hard and even ask for the workers to come and help you because they simply won't start. read more

Since Lani left I have been trying other techs and noticed a few major changes. #1 the prices would constantly change whenever I got my nails done when I have been getting the same set since I've been here. The customer service has also been very terrible. The main lady with the bob is always nice but the individual experience I have been getting with the techs have been very disrespectful. I always feel like my pedicures are rushed now and steps are skipped. I would not recommend coming here at the last hour. The one time I did the lady didn't even soak my foot because she was trying to leave early. For the amount of money I have spent here it is purely unacceptable. Super rude, chipped a toe nail and went in first thing in the morning 20 mins after they opened to get it fixed since I didn't want it to break even more. The lady said "it's a 1 hour wait you need to come back a different day, we don't have time right now ", I stood there debating if I wanted to wait as a another client walks in and ask for a full set they tell her "all the nail technicians are busy right now but we can give you a pedicure meanwhile you wait". So you can give somebody else a full pedicure but can't fix my one toe ? Horrible Service and then when I confront her about it very rudely she says "we don't have time for you today, come back another time" and proceeds to walk away. A friend and I showed up on a Sunday right when they first opened and they sat my friend down right away for SNS and Pedicure and put me in a chair, letting me know it would be about 30 min. They ended up disappearing on my friend for a while and they worked on me right away. I ended up leaving after my service, she was there for over two hours. I felt that the quality of the pedicure was lacking, the paint alone did not look professional. They also encouraged me to upsell from the $30-45 package for callus remover and I left with my calluses in basically the same condition. We visited Sassy Nails & Spa on a Saturday around 3:30 and it was . . . Exactly what we expected. We called ahead and made an appointment, but there was no acknowledgement of that when we arrived. They immediately got us started, sitting in different rows so we couldn't really talk to each other. The nail techs spoke to each other frequently in another language and only spoke to us to try to upsell. My nail technician did a mediocre job with my regular manicure. She didn't shape my nails at all, just fixed my cuticles and put the polish on. The polish layers were uneven and inconsistent from nail to nail. Afterwards, she told me to wait 15 minutes before doing anything because if I smudged it she wouldn't have time to fix it. During my manicure, one of the guys there (he may have been a manager or owner) asked me how much I paid for my Taylor Swift tickets. When it came time to pay, I didn't have a sheet so they didn't know what to charge me, so they asked my nail tech and then had me "sign in". Only then did they acknowledge that I had an appointment. They charge a 3% credit card fee which I'm not about. Like I said, Sassy was exactly what I expected considering the reviews. Would I go back? If I were stranded in Glendale Arizona with nothing to do, I'd probably see a movie or read before going back unless I specifically needed my nails done. read more
