I came in today for a pedicure 100% of a walk-in. I had seen the reviews and honestly I feel like every nail salon gets positive and negative. I was hesitant at first because when I walked in the nail technician I had seen didn't seem the most happiest person. But sometimes you just got a face like that and it doesn't mean you're not a happy person. I don't know if it was the owner who greeted me, but the guy who took me pretty much was on his phone the majority of the time, but he still did. His job sat me down, even checked me out at the end. The main point for me was they took me right away I didn't have to wait, my nail technician. Linda was so friendly and so kind. We just sat there talking about Dogs and my upcoming trip. I didn't realize how bad I needed a pedicure lol it was so relaxing. I'm a bit more boring. I like the blue glitter type of nail polish so of course I stuck with my sapphire. She did a great job my legs feel smooth my feet feel smooth. And of course it matches my car. I loved how it was literally next to my work. I got done in less than an hour so I still made it to my meeting. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. The salon was filthy, smelled awful, and the service was beyond disappointing. What upset me the most was how an African-American woman was treated. She was told they couldn't take her nails off because they were "too busy," yet less than 30 seconds later a couple walked in and was immediately helped. We all saw it happen, and it made absolutely no sense. The treatment felt discriminatory and completely unacceptable. On top of that, this was the worst pedicure I have ever received. Poor quality service, rude atmosphere, and unprofessional staff. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that values cleanliness, respect, and customer service. read more

I was the first customer there no one was there for 15 min only two workers there . everything was going great till a second customer walked in and the man working on me started rushing I asked for square French tip I got sloppy rushed work and still paid him he charged me 55 and left a $5. Tip I should've not paid and asked to have it fixed but the fact that I felt so rushed out of there I didn't even want to bother because why would I want the same person to fix them when he did a horrible job I am crying how Ugly my nails look! Very nice lady did my nails and I was happy with it when leaving, but once I got home and took a better look I realized she didn't even paint my entire toe nail... looks like I have grown out acrylic on my toe so I'm not happy at all. read more

They did a horrible job on my toe nails, looks so bad I had to go back to get them redone. When I went to redo them the man was very ruff taking off the other polish. Was really rude didn't appreciate the customer service, he was telling me I should have told the lady who did it that she should have redone it. Be careful when going here based on my experience taking my spouse here they charge for everything, are very unprofessional, unsanitary, and are terrible based off the service we got. This place was dead we should've took that as a sign and left! They didn't even have the proper nail polish to match my spouses toes to her hands we left after they called the police and made us pay for unfinished nails one thumb completely undone, unclean nails, paint and germ wise. Called for a walk-in they said there was no wait, I ended up waiting 30 minutes for a fill. It took her 2 hours to do a gel fill, and they looked awful. I continued to point out parts that were crooked or needed to be fixed and in the end they were still not cute at all. I asked for a small heart design for Valentine's Day, and if she couldn't do it to not bother since I didn't want to pay extra for a design I didn't like. She did it anyways, and it was not like the picture I showed her. Ended up paying 45 dollars for a fill - which is the amount I paid for the full set I had prior with amazing designs at a different salon in Glendale. Save your money - don't bother. read more

Reasonably priced, very friendly staff, short wait times, quality job, water bottles offered during service which is nice. I went here on my birthday and Lucy who did my nails was kind enough to add diamonds free of charge this set was actually only $70 and Kevin who did my toes offered me water, was very gentle with pains I had on my big toe, and did an excellent paint job. For the price and the service I definitely would recommend this place. I showed them a picture of what I wanted on my nails and they delivered. Just got my nails done and they look horrible! The pictures don't even show how they truly look. It took almost 1.5 to do something so simple. The owner did them I believe and they are streaky and half square half oval. He kept hurting me, and I was left with glue/polish on me. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because they weren't busy. I tried them for the first time and won't be going back. I usually go to Pinky's nails up the street and yes- there's usually a wait, but much better quality! Wouldn't recommend. read more

I had an appointment yesterday here at 9am and when I got there although they open at 9am everyone was busy doing nails so unfortunately I feel like I got a man who didn't really know what he was doing the way he did my nails was so weird he didn't have me wash my hands after he got done filing them he just went straight into putting my gel on and had me wash my hand after he finished my gel he also filed my nails after he put the gel on as well which I find weird. As he was doing my nails he kept letting the drill touch my cuticles which gave me several cuts, he got acrylic in my fingers that I had to peel off which hurt also my toes weren't painted the best I feel like he just wanted to hurry and get to another customer I want to go back and try again but definitely will request to go to someone else.. my nails aren't bad it just sucks that I'm in pain.. read more

Horrible! I'm mad that I have to give them 1*. They deserve 0. The wretched lady scrubbed so hard, she removed multiple layers of skin, even after I told her to stop rubbing because it hurt. She wiped off the blood then had me soak my foot. Then poured alcohol on it. When I confronted the manager, she put the blame on me. After saying it wasn't bleeding, then proceeded to tell me how it was my fault. First saying that I had a cut. Then it was a blister. Then speaking in whatever language she spoke as to why she thought it was my fault. All I wanted was acknowledgment that the woman hurt me and she would admit to nothing. Then said she would fire the lady. Ridiculous! Her name was Tina and was the manager. You'd better believe I'll call every day until I speak with the owner. I'd been once before and had a great experience so this was definitely a huge disappointment. read more

Went here with the family. Fill with gel was kinda pricey for what I am use to in San Jose, CA. They had a great purple color that I used for french tips. I didn't think they did that great of a job cause my nail color did not last as long and usually it lasts as long as when I need to go back for my next fill. They missed part of my nails when applying the gel coat. I had a relaxing pedi that was worth it! I would go back for the pedi! read more

I took my daughters to get their nails done here. I've never had issues, until today. They nail tech completely botched her nails. She told him the color was incorrect and instead of fixing he told her no it wasn't and that was what she asked her. This is the only nail place me and my sister will ever go to! We live it here. Great customer service, clean products, and the nails are perfect!! I usually go 3 weeks without a fill and they still look great! They also have chrome, 3D and can do any shape you like. My favorite tech is the First Lady by the door (owner) and the guy named Nick! This place is a zero star I went in today and asked for a fill, a shorter length and 2 colors. For starters we went in and had to wait for at least 30 minutes. The man started in my nails and was being very rude he asked if I chose my colors and I was going to show him and he walked away. then proceeded to cut down my length. he cut them down..unevenly and was being very rough. Next he started to file my nails, cut me many times. then to dust off my nails with a very very dirty brush, more dust came out of the brush then he got off my nails, considering COVID-19 it's not acceptable for the tools to be that dirty especially during times like theses. they also put in the wrong colors when u said it was wrong he still did what he wanted. AND he was being disrespectful to my mom. All in all don't go here it was a very bad experience and I will never ever go back!!!!! read more
