I usually keep my nails bare and very rarely get them done, unless I have an event. I am usually left a little disappointed in the end result but not this time... Tavin did an excellent job! I only knocked off a star bc I had an appointment at 2pm and we didn't actually get started with my mani/pedi until almost 2:40. Of course, I stubbed my toe and cracked my big toe nail this morning before my appointment. However, they were able to do a repair with nail glue and Tavin was very gentle and kept checking in to make sure I was okay. I did the deluxe pedi with paraffin treatment and hot stone massage- it was wonderful! I also did a gel manicure and I showed a picture of what design I liked and was assured he could do it (even though I chose different colors than the picture). Every step of the way Tavin took great care and kept making sure I was happy with what he was doing. He recut and reshaped my nails to my liking and then completed the manicure and did a small hand and arm massage. I had a great experience and will definitely come to see Tavin again anytime I need a mani/pedi in the future! read more

Gentleman did my full set with acrylic. He did a fantastic job and I have been getting my nails done for years. I went with acrylic but years past always had liquid gel. He took his time checked all and asked me if all was good along the way. I had indecision on color and he was patient. Only reason for not 5 stars is there was a lady in the small salon and she had a toddler (family of staff I think) and he screamed a lot! That was not cool. I left with a headache big time. Prices are competitive with other places. $15 more for gel but at least they don't charge extra for removing polish like some places. Prices were going up this month so we'll see how much, and if they remain competitive. They do charge more if you pay with a card; it's not that much and I do understand that it helps offset their costs but still not a fan. I like that they text you a confirmation and then reminder for your appointment. It is small with tight quarters but you don't feel like you're being encroached getting a pedi. (Haven't gotten a mani). I've been 100% satisfied with every pedi thus far. Sometimes they will offer you a beverage which is nice (water, soda) - but it's not consistent. As with many places out here, it is in dire need of better ventilation. read more

First & last time at this salon. It was clean, and everyone was very friendly. My technician gave a good foot and leg massage, but the salon carries only one brand of nail polish! It is GELISH, a professional brand, but it is very thin. My toes look like they had a see-thru-glaze on them that was super shiny. I asked for opaque polish but Gelish is transparent only. Since they only carry that one brand, there was nothing they could do to change the polish, except to put a matte finish on. Matte top coat is an extra $5 which was not listed on the menu. I am so very disappointed in the results of this pedicure. I immediately went to Sally's beauty supply and got some OPI nail polish to correct the ugly polish job. read more

Really disappointed. Decided to try this shop out instead of driving 20min to my regular shop. Big mistake. I got the most expensive pedi they offer, added gel my total was $65 plus a $10 tip. My polish looked like a 3 year old painted my toes, dry spots all over my feet still. My gel polish lasted 6 days!!!!!! Polish just fell off my toes in one big piece. Completely ridiculous! I came in here to get my acrylics done and asked for medium length almond nails. My thumbs were crooked and the acrylic itself was bumpy. I really wanted to like this place because of the reviews, but it was a bit of a let down. They do it a bit different from other places I've been to. You pick your color from the nail rings. So no deciphering through a gazillion different colors on the wall prior to the spa chair. Then I was called over and she took one look at my nails because one acrylic nail broke off she removed all the nails and asked me to sit back down and wait for another employee which ended up being 45min of me waiting. What was the point of making an appointment then? To make matters worse the color I requested I was told has been discontinued, then I pointed out another one and he said it won't look good I can't do that so then I was forced to pick another color.
