If I could give zero then I would. I've been going to this location for about 3 years now(yes I know there are new owners) and now I no longer will be going. This is the worst set I've gotten. It was on Sunday(2 days ago) and I noticed the issue as soon as I walked out of the door(mind you I left after they had closed I was the only person in there and there was two workers). I planned on going back the next day to have them fix it but I wasn't able to due to the fact that I am currently taking care of my husband because he recently had surgery and on top of that I'm also taking care of our three children (one being a 4 month old). Either way, I'm so disappointed at this set but not only that.. I've been to this place more than a handful of times since the new owners took over and they don't even care to remember a face! On top of that I felt completely rushed to leave after they finished my set and they were pressuring me to make a review so bad well, here you go. The guy that was there (possibly a manager) took my phone from me and searched up their business on his own because the girl was working on my hands! They really didn't want to wait ! I even told them I would do it later once I got home.. I felt so uncomfortable. I have about 3-4 maybe even 5 issues on my nails and I will be posting pictures. I also got my toes done there as well BUT I love how they came out(someone else did them but they had left right after) I even got an organic scrub which is $52 ! I never write reviews but after this appointment I truly felt the need to share this experience. I won't be returning here. Btw I live 3 minutes away from this place and I rather drive 20 minutes to go to a place in Westgate. *** the very last photo where my hands are oily is the pic that the girl took of the opposite hand y'all... Why not show my other one ?? Slacking, rushing, and no true effort. Even if I'm the last client and you're exhausted and want to home you still need to remember that I payed my hard earned money to get nails by you guys and I also put time into going to your place of business when I don't have much time to begin with! I am really picky about where I get my nails done, they did an amazing job. I had the best manicure and pedicure done here. The gentleman who did my nails paid the closest of attention and was so detailed orientated, I thought by taking their time I got the best service/ quality of work here. That being said you should probably set up an appointment ahead of time before arriving, there is a little bit of a wait. But if you have an appointment they take you immediately. read more

First I have to say I'm Super picky and I have a usual nail lady I go to but she was booked out. So It was my first time coming to this nail salon and I am extremely happy with the results. I came in with a set from another salon and needed a fill and pedicure. Brian did an amazing job with my nails. To the extent that he will be replacing my GO TO nail lady. Lol. This is my second time coming here, first time I only got a full set the girl was good. This time I came to get a polish change and a full set, the guy who did the polish change I asked for the French tip on my toes and he got upset and walked away because he wasn't doing them right they weren't even in the tips weren't even coated right so another girl came in and fix them. Now this girl Jenny does my full set white tip charges 40 for the full set and then an extra $10 for the white tip I didn't understand that cuz I came in for a French tip full set but was charged extra for the white tip. I was wondering why the guy didn't want to give me a receipt I had to ask for my receipt because they charge me extra because she messed them up and had to fix them. I do not recommend I will never come back here. read more

Went here with a friend because it was close to her house. I got the VS pedicure and felt like it was poorly done. They seemed friendly but the young girl who did my toes seemed fairly new. Filed really close a couple times but still tried to let it slide. I paid an extra 5 dollars for the design, at first I wanted like a yellow sunflower but no one there knew how to do one, so I just said white flowers would be fine, no big deal. My friend gets her nails done here and I decided to deviate from my usual salon to give this place a chance since she put in a good word for them. The service itself was great. The tech that worked on me was gentle, nice, and fast. The place was REALLY clean which is a huge plus. However, I wasn't really pleased with my nails. Some of them were lumpy and misshapen. The nails on one hand were longer than the other. Luckily they weren't noticeable to to others, but they were certainly noticeable to me. I'm just going to stick to my go to spot. read more

For being the closest to one to my house not bad. I've gotten my eyebrows done by the owner Vivian and she did an awesome job. She trained one of her employees and she sucks so I go to another place to get them done I don't recommend it for eyebrows... For NAILS well I have had a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience there getting fake nails. One of the guys did them and within a week they started falling off!!! I was so angry I didn't go back for months!!! My friend is a huge fan of that place for pedicures and I only recommend it for pedicures, for manicures or fake nails go somewhere else. read more

I come here because it's close, convenient and although there's 5 more nail salons around in the neighborhood, I like this one so far. The owner is very friendly and is always full of compliments. I've been seen by a few nail techs, and so far I have enjoyed my services. Today I wanted to switch my colors up on my gel manicure. Lisa who attended me was very nice, but I realized she started to speed up the process after several women came in. Note: the nail art is a tad on the sloppy side. So I came here to get a fill. Vivian the owner did my nails. As far as the nails go, she did a good job filling them but the white nail polish turned yellow within a week. But that's not my biggest complaint- the grossest thing happened here by the owner.... The blue/ purple liquid that is used with the powder with fake nails was poured back into the main bottle after she used it on me. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER come back. Had I known that before she finished my nails I wouldn't have let her finish. So grossed out!! read more

Great pedicure! I am new in town and still trying to find my nail place. I asked the husband if he wanted to do a little self-care and a little relaxation so I made an appointment at 5 PM at VS nails and spa for the both of us to get a pedicure. We were about 10 minutes early we were greeted I picked out my gel color about 5:05 we went back to the pedicure chair at about 5:15 they started filling the water to begin our pedicure. I chose the signature VS pedicure with the sugar scrub option and I splurged for my husband and got him the deluxe pedicure. My guy was Brian. He was great! All tools were clean and sanitized and he was very thorough. Super happy with my pedicure and the entire visit! I would go back for sure! They didn't have enough of the dip color I originally wanted so I picked a different color. No big deal. It was a nude color, but it was so light that after the manicure was done, you could see right through the dip to my nails. It literally looks like I got a mani with clear polish. I told my manicurist that it was too light and I could see right through to my nails. He said it's my fault for picking a light color. I didn't pick clear!!! I always get light colors because of my job, and I can never see through to my real nail. Plus some of the nails are uneven. Some are rounded and some are square. It took him almost 2 hours and I just wanted out of there. I really wanted to like this place because it less than a mile from my house! read more

Came here with my cousin for a fill and pedicure. I never go to different nail places to fill my nails but it was the first fill and I wasn't exactly happy with my nails that were put on prior to here. My girl was nice, she also did my pedi which in all honesty I really wasn't ready for a pedi but my polish was coming off. She didn't really trim anything or file anything of my toenails it wasn't needed. I was a little shocked at my bill, to put gel polish over my acrylics it was an extra 15 dollars I actually paid more for my fill than I did for my full set. I really hadn't noticed while I was there but after i left I noticed big dips in my nails also that the polish was very uneven. Its a little pricey compared to the last few places I've been to. The most impressive part of the visit was the cleaning! I was the first customer on Sunday morning and the only customer for the first 30 minutes. The workers were cleaning everything!!! Taking things out of drawers and wiping them down, cleaning the pedicure chairs, the customer chairs. Everything! So, my nails are simple, just like I like them and probably pretty difficult to mess up, but they took a while longer than I expected or I probably would have given 5 stars. read more

The nails are not to thick or too thin, they embed crystals the correct way and the nails always last longer than anywhere else I have gotten my nails done. Tony and Teresa are great! They are friendly, happy, positive energy people that are very knowledgeable! First of all, I only get a pedicure a couple times a year, maybe three if I'm lucky! The last two times I have gone, have been here! The first time I went I had lost my big toenail from dancing and personal training and Tony was able to ensure it would grow back healthy by applying a fake gel nail to it! Not only did it look fabulous, but my nail grew back perfectly! I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone who is looking for fast, good, clean, affordable service!
