Been here a few times without incident, but this last time was less than perfect. The gentleman who did my pedicure was a little careless with the callus remover tool and scraped the bone on the inside of my ankle. It stung quite a bit and left a scab behind. Also, when he finished with my manicure, the coats weren't done evenly and there was a wrinkle in the polish. Rather than re-doing the nail(s), he just added another coat. Then the nails he didn't touch up were a lot lighter so a lady came over to even them out. There are so many nail salons around, I think it's time to try another one. read more

Vivian is amazing, I made an appointment with her online after reading reviews. My appointment was for 930am I showed up at 845am and they don't open till 9. Vivian is awesome. I fly down from Alaska every 2-3 weeks and I always wait to get my nails done by her. It's best to make an appointment but she does take walk-ins. I get pink and whites, and she does an amazing job. Plus she is such a pleasure to be around. The service is great and the prices are fantastic!!! read more

Took the wife to get her mani pedi.... she says it was OK. asked her how many stars out of 5, so 3 it is.

The prices are very fair for the work they do! My mom and I got a gel french tip pedicure and they trimmed my nails perfectly, did the hot stone massage, scrubbed my feet, and the hot towels! Amazing! Not only are they attentive and give quality work, but my mom's car stalled in the parking lot and the techs even went around asking people for jumper cables to help start our car. Very nice people with wonderful service and we will definitely be coming back for more! Hopefully with a better working car lol read more

Been going here for a year or two but I think they have new owners. They are in the middle of painting and redecorating. Went in for a pedicure and they didn't even file the bottom of my feet, just used the skin grater thing. My feet felt tough and even worse then going in. read more

Came here for a dip fill. They soaked off the tips I already had when I did not ask them to and then did a full set. The shape wasn't good and they were all crooked. They charged me 73 and my nails are all uneven and the dip powder is uneven and weirdly formed. Super disappointed. read more

Me and the parental unit decided to have a day together :) We were walk-ins, but were sat down right away for our pedicures. The service was fantastic!! We had the basic spa pedicure with callous remover. The pedicure includes lotion massage, hot stone rub, and hot towels. They offered us water and premium customer service. I have been to this nail salon twice. Great experience both times. This salon will be a problem if you are a person that complains. The service was more than what I expected. Great experience. I took both my aunts here for the $30 pedi. The salon is well maintained and nicely decorated. We all enjoyed our time there. I wish they offered you water or something to drink while you wait though. The only issue we had was that I called ahead and booked services for all 3 of us, however when we got there they couldn't accommodate us all (there were 2 other women getting pedis when we got there). I let my aunts go first and enjoyed the massaging chairs while I waited. Of course then they had to wait for me. It wasted more time than we had planned, which cut our luck afterwards short. read more

Came in today for a fill and my nails came out looking beautiful. The technician took his time and made sure they looked just like new. However, My only complaint is their prices. Now, I had coffin shaped nails, one of my index fingers had fell off so he applied a new one and they were gel(medium length; I don't like them short) and my total was $33. Don't know if this is typical for them but I have never been charged that much for a fill. Oh well, my nails look great though! read more

The pedicures are nice relaxing and technicians do a great job. They recently got new spas for extra sanitation with the plastic liners. Definitely a must-try. read more

Good nails IF YOU HAVE TIME TIME TIME to spare! The place is clean and their workers are friendly. They do a great job. DON'T GET THE OWNER if you can help it. She's more concerned with adding you as a friend on Facebook and took SEVERAL personal calls while doing my nails. It took TWO + HOURS to get a fill - NOT what I had time for. I went back again for another fill 2 weeks later (I'd been coming here for months) when I sat and waited for 30 minutes because instead of working on her current customer, she kept showing them YouTube videos and Facebook posts. I got so fed up I just left and went to the next building over and had my fill done in 25 minutes! What's sad is all her employees are fast & effecient and so nice but if they're not available, you get stuck w/miss chatty cathy. She is what will ruin her own business. read more

Today while running my errands I happened upon this little shop and was in dire need of having my tootsies tended to, plus they advertised a $16 pedi. Not bad, and it's right down the street from my house and I figured why not. The place was clean and didn't smell like chemicals like most cheap nail salons, so I'll give them that. I was greeted and tended to right away, so another plus. Once seated, my guy comes over with the upsell sheet. I look it over and tell him that I'll have a reg pedi. They offer a more expensive one for $30 that has salt scrub and a whole bunch of junk added on...another salon reviewed on here only charges $18 and it comes with the salt scrub so I think I'll pass this time. After getting my feet in the water he pulls them out to inspect the workload in store for him. Now I couldn't tell if he was going out of his way to be extra gentle or if my hooves were reallly really bad, but if that's the case, dude this is your job and I'm sure pah-lenty of ladies come in worse than I. My main issues are my heels sticking to rugs. He looks at said heels and asks if I would like my heels scraped and calluses removed for an extra $5. I asked him if any kind of heel scraper doo-hickey was used at all for the reg pedi or if this is super duper scraping and he said any heel scrape is $5 extra. Now, where I'm from- San Diego- heel scrapage is part of *any* pedi package. One gets pedis for the sole reason of leaving with soft pretty feet that don't pull up rugs like they are made of velcro..but my heels were in dire need of scrapage so I agreed to have it done. The rest of the pedi was pretty average. The leg massage was meh, I like rough deep tissue massages but he used hardly any pressure at all. The hot stone was alright, nothing spectacular and very short in length. The lotion he used smelled good and had a slight tingle feeling, and the polish application was ok. Again, I am used to SD and they always apply 2 coats of paint. I only got 1. The paint looks good enough, but I felt like he rushed and half-assed my entire service. I was done before anyone else and I was the last to arrive..and they were not getting the super duper fancy pedis either. All in all it was an ok pedi to break me of my dry spell, but I doubt if I ever go back. read more

Fast and cheap. Filing was rough. Gooped on polish. I got a nick in my thumb nail polish while drying. When I asked her to fix it, she added about a dozen coats of polish-and it didn't really fix it. Within 2 days, my nails looked ragged and the cuticles were rough. My polish is ready to chip off. Basically, I could have done my own nails for free and gotten the same results. No plans to revisit. read more

I've been coming here for about two months and I've never had a complaint. I went to nail tech by the name of Kim and I've never been seen by her. I usually get Brian who is awesome. Anyway, the entire time she did my manicure I felt like she rushed through it. I got gel and I felt as though she wasn't allowing enough time to let the gel dry. I had a sticky residue all over my nails after and when I asked her if she could remove it she became bothered. I then asked her if she could give me an extra top coat because it wasn't very shiny. Then she started speaking with Vivian the manager and Vivian took over. Vivian took over and Kim came to me and said I was too picky stating I did this last time and she will never do my nails. I have NEVER been seen my Kim and this was my 4th time here. I actually really liked it here. Kim then said again, I'm picky and she will never do my nails. Vivian did apologize and I told her I didn't understand why Kim was being rude when all I asked if she could just take off the stickyness and add an extra top coat. Vivian then asked me if I wanted to wait for a pedicure when I was the only client in there. I felt so stupid and I will never come back specifically for that reason. I asked to speak with a manager and Vivian told me she was. I understand Vivian was trying to make things better but how do you allow one of your clients speak to practically a brand new customer like that. I am never one to do reviews but, I go to the nail salon to relax and she rubbed me the wrong way. I'll never go back. read more

Another great pedicure from Vs Nails. I was a little disappointed that my sister was seated quite some time after my Mom and I, but for the most part all of our pedicures were started around the same time. I wish this place was closer to me. I would be there more often. I did feel a little jipped on the massage portion, but can't complain too much with such a great price. Came in to get a full gel set. And also To try and find a new nail place of course as well. I came here years ago when under different management. I normally never post reviews but I'm flabbergasted so I feel like I need to. When first getting there, about a week and a half ago with a friend, the welcome was not that inviting. Nails were done quickly, which is ok but they were kind of thick for my normal shape. I let it go ya know, first time at a new place just gotta get used to the place. Then a few days goes by and I'm at work typing on my computer a nail pops right off. I was so shocked. Later that day I went to the place to get it refixed which they did not make me pay, which was nice. But two days later the same thing happened with a different nail on the other hand. Then today with the same finger they just fixed. With nails popping off that makes me believe that the products purchased are not that great in quality. This has me very disappointed that nails were popping off with out hard labor being done before a two week time period to get a fill. I won't be going back even though the consideration was made for not having to pay to get the nail fixed. read more

I got a man who kept messing up and blaming my nails! Who does that??
