Another horrible nail place..not friendly nor welcoming at all. I don't know if it's a me thing but I find it extremely rude when they speak their language around you!!! It is soo disrespectful. Mainly because the English speaking customers don't understand!!!!! NEVER again! I should have learned from previous visits.. My $$ gel manicure lasted three days, they over layer so much that the polish lifts up, not lasting at all.. a waste of money, ugly looking nails... def. not worth it. Their prices are ridiculous for the type of work they provide. Don't waste your money here! Go somewhere else where you'll enjoy getting pampered! I absolutely love this salon. I normally try to get in with Jenny for My mani/pedi's; but all the techs are good. Gina did my last services and did a great job too. I've been to salons where you feel rushed out of there but this salon is not like that at all. (I get really irritated when you get gel and techs make you take your hand out before the 60 secs and this place is so good about it!). They are closed on Sundays, so if that is the only day I am available and end up going to a near by salon I always instantly regret it. I have been going to Kim for years. She is great. The other ladies are nice and friendly and I have liked the job that Jenny has done when Kim is out of town and not available. The prices are reasonable. Not super low but not over priced. I expect pay people for their work. I work in a warehouse where at break time you can hear four or more languages so I don't see the problem. As long as when they speak to me they remember to switch to the right language I am ok. It isn't their fault that I only speak one language. read more

First time here for a gel manicure. Did not have an appointment walked right in on a Friday afternoon and waited maybe 10 minutes. Mary did my nails today. Pretty standard manicure. The shop is cute and looks clean. The only thing I did not see her take the manicure tools out of a sanitized pouch but they did look clean. Mary was very friendly. The gel paint job was ok, could have been a little more detailed in making sure the entire nail was covered with polish but over all an ok visit. read more

I've been doing SNS pink and white for 7+ months and really like it. Kim usually does my nails with SNS. I had an amazing pedicure with Amy recently - one of the best ever - very relaxing. They continue to have my repeat business. (May 2016) Kim tried SNS nails for me because I have problems with lifting and I wanted to go back t pink and white. Although the top coat yellowed quickly, the product has not lifted yet. After 7 days, I filed off the yellowed top coat and did a transparent pink top coat which looks good. I'm happy. read more

I got mine powder but the nails were horrible not neat, she literally cut the bottom of my nail. And eyebrows horrible!! She did not shape them right nor plucked them good. i just moved to arizona and my friend and i wanted to get our toes done. the place was row. the streets we went there they started to cut my toes and start jabbing a sharp edge tool into my toe. i would poll away and say ouch and she would just shack her head and keep going. we got hot wax bags that were way to hot and they still put those on and also just pulled very hot rocks out of the pot with out cooling them down even a little. right after i got done with my pedicure my toe started to hurt really bad i got home and it hard puss coming out and the next day got worse swollen and more puss. cant even walk on it. they're were nice enough to give me a refund but went in there and they kept touching it after i said many times please don't it hurts. read more

Really bummed about the experience. It took 2.5 hours to do a dip. The last coat is really bad, you can see the lines of the brush. The lady charging me was in a hurry to get me out. My nails were being air dry?!!!! (not even a fan, super unusual) for about 2 mins when she came and touched them and said they were dry and added oil on top, leaving a finger smear on top. I was hoping to keep coming here since it is close by me but I don't think I'll return. read more

Had my eyebrows waxed by a lady named "Twin". ( yes, that was really her name) She was excellent and took her time in making sure everything looked nice and even. Every other place I always feel like they are very rushed and just want you in and out. Not sure how their other services are, but I will definitely be going back to her again. read more

Came in as a walk in while I waited for my son's practice to be over. I got the claasic pedicure with the callus removal added. John made sure I was nice and relaxed setting the chair massage and getting the water temperature right to my liking. He even cut my engrown toe nails right on point. I can't believe I was turned away. She said "we are busy right now come back later" which I was fine with. When I asked how long she said "we don't do that and turned away." Uh, what? Don't do what! I used to go here all the time when Gwen was the owner. I haven't been there for a while and decided to stop in for a full set. What a bad decision!!!! Asked for almond shape and even gave a picture for reference. The shape I left with is not almond. The polish is all over my skin. And I have a few little nicks along my cuticle line from the drill being too close. Needless to say-I will not be returning! Save your money and go somewhere else! Worst mani pedi I have EVER had. Polish all over my cuticles on my toes, uneven polish, did not even touch cuticles on my fingers, just filed them into a terrible uneven shape and barely buffed not even smoothing them let alone shining them AND charged me extra for this "buff to shine." Cuticles so dry and sticking out I went back and asked a different person to fix them. All she did was add cuticle oil. Such a terrible mani pedi that someone hit my car the same day and I am more upset about my nails than my car and my car is my baby. Consider yourself warned. read more

I visited this salon last minute because it was close to my moms. Went in for a gel manicure, there was a decent selection of colors and the service itself only took 39 minutes. However less than a week later the gel looked like it was cracking. When I called the salon to let them know, Quinn asked me to come in. I did so the next day and she fixed them no questions asked. This used to by favorite place to get myself right with gel mani and pedis but certainly not anymore after today.. I called hours in advance to make an appointment and even showed up a few minutes before the set time so i wasn't late. When i got there the ladies were looking back and forth at each other as if no one wanted to take me. When i got seated she didn't talk to me other than the few rude remarks about how long she could tell it's been since my last pedi and about my feet in general. After i picked and told her my color and was like "really?? again ?". I let it all go and I was waiting, i asked to get some complementary sandals she, she looked very irritated with me and rushed me to pay and was saying am i paying now or if i was waiting to pay and i told I was paying for myself she practically rushed me to the front to pay her. Not to mention i payed almost 15 dollars more than I usually do for the same service i get very frequently and would talk over me when i asked about it. I would not have minded the up charge if the service was better or my nails came out good but I wasn't satisfied with how they came out either. I am giving them three stars because my last three visits were a hot ass mess! The only person I go to is Jenny and she's absolutely the best, but the business overall is very unprofessional. I'm from down South and NEVER in my life have I been turned away from a salon because "they're too busy to take me at the moment or short on staff so I need to make an appointment before I come in", which is absurd because it clearly says walk-ins. DISCRIMINATORY towards children!! I would have given ZERO STARS if possible! I needed a fill and pedicure, so I decided to try out Superior Nails (despite the bad reviews) because it was close to my home, and I had my 4 year old boy/girl twins with me. I was having a great day! I walked in with my children strapped in their double stroller to make sure they stayed out of mischief, and everything was fine in the beginning. My daughter was crying a little (not hysterically at all) because she is Autistic and new places scare her a little. As her mother, I know that she takes a few minutes to calm down on her own as long as I stay close by. NOT EVEN FIVE MINUTES AFTER WE WALKED IN, I was approached by another nail technician, Jenny, who rudely said "You need to control your kid." I was so confused because we had just arrived and my daughter wasn't being too loud. In fact, she was beginning to quiet down until I was approached. I said, "what do you mean? What is my child doing?" Jenny replied, "you need to calm your daughter down because she is bothering the customers" and walked back to the customer she was helping. There were only a few people in there and they all looked appalled by her inappropriate comment. I explained that my daughter is Autistic and she takes a few minutes to calm down in a new environment, as if she cared! In utter disbelief, I grabbed my things and left with my children, even thought another nail technician had already begun to remove my gel manicure. 2 minutes later, I returned and asked the woman who Jenny was helping if my daughter was bothering her. I had a feeling that no one had complained and it was simply that bitter and rude woman, Jenny, who was bothered. The woman said she is a nurse so she understood and had no issue with my daughter. Then Jenny cuts in and, without remorse, says that if I can't control my kid then to not bring her because she bothers the other customers. AM I NOT A PAYING CUSTOMER?! ARE YOU THE OWNER?! I was livid!!! She is not even the owner and was talking to a customer like that over a little crying from a child!!!! Again, all this happened in less than 5 minutes of our arrival! She had no remorse whatsoever!! Unbelievable!!! How can someone lack so much compassion towards a special needs child, and the mother?! I am not a person who cries often, but I could not help it as i left because of how that woman made me feel! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WOULD DISCOURAGE OTHERS FROM GOING, as it seems that this is a trend in that nail salon. I would have given this nail salon ZERO stars if possible! read more

Clean, organized and newer equipment. Husband and i got pedicures. $31 each. They have a menu of services. Lady was nice and informative about the different pedicures. Massage chairs were nice and newer. Did a nice job on my feet. Took care of the nails, cuticles, and scrub. Sanitary during the pedicure. Nice 15 min massage and used hot stones. I have been going to this nail salon since it opened. It has changed owners three times. I finally reached my limit.....they have been beyond rude! One of the co-owners (she also does my nails) is aggressive, combative and rude. She was combative enough that I felt it wouldn't be a good idea to tip her. So I didn't. When I went back to the salon the next time there were four girls with empty stations and they told me there would be a wait. The owner or manager really seemed to want to establish a nail care plan with manicure that would work for me. Unfortunately the "special " thin nail polish did not stay on two days let alone the 2 weeks that she kept repeating that it would. The top coat was shellac like making it impossible for me to evenly paint over the chips during my vacation following my appointment. She was right about powder dip not being right for everyone and I appreciated that she thanked me for my business. Oh the pedicure was gentle as requested but my nails were not filed straight making my toes look awkward. With a language barrier it wasn't possible to correct the problem. However the tech was friendly with a nice manner. I'm happy the owner did the right thing by removing the remnants of top coat polish weeks later without charging me. Simple acetone would not remove it so I almost went to another salon closer to my home. read more
