I wear my nails short and specifically requested a curved shape. While the overall shape was acceptable, the nails were applied extremely thick almost clay-like in appearance and feel. It was noticeable immediately once I got home. I called the salon right away and returned less than 24 hours later to have them corrected. Instead of being met with understanding or professionalism, I was immediately told I would be charged to fix them. The attitude I received was dismissive and unkind. There was no compassion, no acknowledgment of my long-standing loyalty, and no effort to resolve the issue respectfully. Instead of Dan taking accountability that the nails were poorly done by him, he denied it with disrespect and hostility including the owner. As a paying customer of three years, I expected better service and at the very least a willingness to correct a clear quality issue without hostility. I left feeling belittled and undervalued. I truly hope the salon reflects on how loyal clients are treated when concerns arise.

He was beyond professional, courteous, and very friendly. What I appreciate it most about him was his honesty because I haven't had my nails serviced at any capacity in over four months and it definitely showed, while he was working on my hands. I am very pleased that I got a full set, but I got the appropriate care that was needed for my hands and nails. I wish I lived out here so that I could continue to get great service. I was told there was an opening at 11:00 and was booked with my original nail tech. I even made it clear that if he wasn't available, I was completely fine with anyone else fixing the two broken nails. I arrived around 11:06, and when I walked in, I overheard one of the nail techs say that I was scheduled for 11:15, which was confusing because that was not the time I was given through text. I then sat and waited for about 30-40 minutes with absolutely no communication about the delay. I completely understand that salons get busy, and I would have been totally fine waiting 15-20 minutes if someone had simply communicated that to me. The frustrating part was being told I had an 11:00 appointment, then waiting 30-40 minutes for two broken nails to be fixed without anyone letting me know what was going on or how much longer it would be. I'm disappointed because I genuinely love this salon and have had great experiences here before. I just think communication could have made this situation much better. If you're running behind, please let your clients know instead of scheduling them for a time when they may end up waiting much longer. I had other plans today, and spending 40 minutes waiting without any explanation was frustrating.

When my artificial nails were removed at session Lily today I saw the 2 nail fungi. She told me I had bumped my finger and it was not a fungi!!!! I asked the nails not be replaced, allow my nails time to heal. She charged me for the cost for the removing the nails, did this very poor manicure.
