Today I left with a 2 and half wait (with appt) a$70 bill, 2 nail fungi and a very poor manicure. I've been using this nail salon for over 5 months. I know where the nail fungi came from. When my artificial nails were removed at session Lily today I saw the 2 nail fungi. She told me I had bumped my finger and it was not a fungi!!!! I asked the nails not be replaced, allow my nails time to heal. She charged me for the cost for the removing the nails, did this very poor manicure. Guys--the reviews don't lie. I read them before I walked in and should never have opened their door. Very disappointed in my gel manicure. Polish is uneven and not smooth, nail edges are jagged, polish is on cuticle beds. I even pointed it out to my nail tech and she said it would get corrected as she added more coats. Wasn't worth making a fuss over in the salon. What would they have done to fix it? I just wanted to leave and never come back. read more

This nail tech cut all my nails off and gave me baby ass kitty looking nails! I asked for almond shape and she literally did them a horrible round so she had to reshape them and filed all my nail off and tried charging me 45$ for a shitty horrible fill! They took me super last minute which I appreciate. I never understand why a place charges you to remove your previous set when you're simply getting it redone anyways. I had hard gel on, she didn't even take it off, just applied SNS over it and charged me $50. I guess that price is standard here. I am not a very vocal person. So when something goes not quite right I don't really say much I just pay for the services and don't go back. I do think that if you show a nail tech a picture and ask if you can get nails like the picture and they cannot do it they should just say that they cannot do it that way. No one will get mad if you tell them it's not in your capabilities. However when your nails don't come out it tends to disappoint. It sucks because this salon has many options the one by my house does not have but the one by my house is great at details and fine lines. Pricing is reasonable as expected **update** I love this place don't get me wrong I just feel the last time we came I was over charged BIG TIME and I feel I was taken advantage of My daughter is 9 years old and was charged an adult price for gel which was 25$ I've been to other places where it's 15$ since she is a child. This was my bad because I should have asked. Now my daughter got acrylics and she got "rainbow" basically 5 different colors for each finger. I was charged 5 extra for this. I then was charged 5$ for length when the tech cut them that way. I feel they should have told me there was an up charge for certain things. Just be careful and ask before what the charges are because you will be charged for every little thing. If I could give it a 0 I would. Brought my little sister there while we're on vacation so we could get a full set of acrylics each and two pedicures. She did my sisters first and it was fine. The design was simple but it still turned out uneven and jagged. She did mine after. And continued to get up over and over again and answer the phone and walk away. (At this point she forgot I had an appointment for a pedicure too.) I asked for a basic design. Lines. She laid them on the bare acrylic before laying a base coat which led to it bleeding across the acrylic like ink on wet paper. I asked her to take it off and then lay a base coat. She couldn't make them even or straight. So now I've got unevenly laid rhinestones and blotchy lines on my Nails. My pedicure ended up being bubbly too. Our appointment was at 12 we left at 3:15. One girl had an appointment at 2 with a girl named lee and walked out because she was ignored. This was Wednesday. We were late driving back to where we're from and weren't able to take my sister to a planned spot we had because of their lack of structure. An appointment took three hours and made us late and this woman still charged me $250. For two full sets and two pedicures. On top of that, Thursday one of her nails broke And another one broke today. Now I have to take her to get these weak acrylics ripped off of her nails and re done because of the permanent distractions that take place there. I don't recommend. Like.. at all. read more

I went to Nails Avenue for the first time today. When I walked in I was greeted and asked what I wanted done. I told them and was instructed to pick a color. That is when I realized two different employees not wearing face masks. One was at the register checking someone out the other was at a station. I turned and walked out. I would give 0 stars if I could. They refused to honor a gift card that I had that was purchased just prior to when COVID hit. Even though it was unused, they stated it was too old. I thought it was illegal to not honor gift cards which should never expire, especially in lieu of COVID when we were socially restricted due to health concerns. Most all businesses extended their policies due to the situation. Cannot recommend at all due to poor business practices. read more

This is the only place I come to get a pedicure! The chairs are comfy and always working. The staff is very polite and they do a great job!

I have been coming to this nail salon for almost 10 years. It is clean and the instruments are sterile. They use the most current products and are knowledgeable on all the current techniques. The technicians are pleasant and courteous and listen to what the client wants done. There are many technicians available so there is usually never more than a 5-10 minute wait time to be seen. They are quick and efficient as well. I get compliments on my nails all the time. I recommend Nails Avenue to everyone who asks where I get my nails done. read more
