Arrived at 1:15 on a Tuesday for a pedicure and gel manicure. The salon is beautiful and clean and they offer a lot of great services. I was excited on my very first visit because it wasn't busy at all. I sat for quite a while waiting for one of the three people working to finish their work on other customers and get to me. Finished pedicure at 2:45 - and it was an amazing pedicure but the time waiting around overshadowed the great work David did. After my pedicure he had to repair a nail for another customer so I sat waiting from 2:45 until 3:10 to get my gel manicure. I was going to leave but due to the time of day and traffic, I just decided to wait it out. I was there for a total of three hours, but I will say that I do love both my pedicure and my manicure. I just wish that it didn't take so long. I will probably give them another try some other time just to see if it goes a little faster. But definitely know that if you go there in the early afternoon on a weekday, you may be there for a long time because I only saw three people working. I took off one star for the long wait time. read more

Nails look great, staff was nice and they tried to get everyone in as soon as possible with only 2 workers, but I'm not impressed with the standards. Nail files are RE-USED (a new file should be used on each client). When soaking off my Gel X nails, not only was I charged $10 for that but they put acetone in a bag and stuck my hands in a bag (I have a skin condition so my whole hands in acetone was very irritating to my skin). Normally, a piece of cotton is soaked in acetone and then wrapped around each finger with a foil square. I was offered a pedicure but the pedicure tubs have plastic liners in all of them which can cause fungus as the liners are being re-used and bacteria can rise to the surface. I'm not sure that all metal tools are cleaned properly before each client either. I got charged $25 for a design that is really worth $15. Instead of leaving a tip, it basically went to my overpriced total. There's maybe a 10% chance I would return. read more

Absolutely worst experience ever. I've never written a bad review before, but I'm absolutely baffled at what they did to my nails. I got my toes done and got the nirvana package. The woman was nice and did a beautiful job on my toes. When they did my hands however, I had gel on which I asked five times for the man to fully remove and he didn't. He ended up using a drill on soak off gel and destroyed my natural nail. They were long and perfectly shaped and he cut most of my growth and cut off random corners. I also asked to have my cuticles removed which was completely ignored. I did dip and when he applied the dip he applied it to my SKIN. I didn't realize how bad it was until I looked at them after. I figured I'd be able to shape them at home and move on but it was completely fused to my skin. No amount of soaking was removing this stuff easily. There was also multiple spots where there was no to coat leaving scratchy glitter. The lady that checked me out saw I was visibly upset and I told her about how they were fused to my skin, so she took a file to my skin to try and remove it. I stopped her paid and left. I ended up having to fix them myself because other shops were quoting me another $50 to fix the mess and I spent less on the supplies I needed. My cuticles and nails are in so much pain from the amount of dip that was put onto my skin. Never going back and I hope the woman that saw the train wreck this man made of my nails and tore him a new one. The only reason I didn't complain more was because I didn't want to cause a scene for the people enjoying their day. One more thing to note, the service was incredibly rushed. They were busy on a Saturday it's understandable. What isn't understandable is trying to do my nails so fast it results me being in pain. For anyone wondering the gold nails is what they did. The gray is what I did to show just how irritated my skin is. (I've been doing my own nails for years I know they don't look perfect but it's better than dip on my skin) read more

I had five appointments scheduled all were confirmed. Upon arrival, there were only two techs in, I had explained that I needed a back fill, one tech was doing my nails at first and I explained that I wanted powder color, and she went and got gel polish instead. I explained that I wanted the powder version of that color and she argued and said that I couldn't put the color powder over what I already had, which I had a lighter color than I had chosen this time. She then transferred me to another tech which he just started doing a fill. And kept my old color showing, I again explained I wanted a back fill. I choose a simple design single color with chrome. In the meantime, my mom was with my first tech and again we had appointments and got pushed to the side because I guess they double booked? When my nails were finished I asked why they were so thick and lumpy, they said they couldn't do them thinner because of the light blue color I had underneath, that the purple wouldn't cover. After I had asked the question the gentlemen got very argumentative, and rude. I ended up not getting my nails finished and ultimately left and did not pay for my service. They still tried to charge me 55 dollars for a service that wasn't complete. They overcharge and are extremely rude. If I could give it 0 stars I would. read more

I've gone to this place a good amount of times, but this was unfortunately the last time I'll be attending to their company. Shoutout to the guy that works there, showed true hospitality, offered me a water, checked up on me, and was very welcoming. I'm giving this rating, because the gal that did my nails kept trying to up charge me and asking if I wanted designs, I respectfully said no thank you and I only want a certain design, 30 min later two other people came in, no appointment. I felt like I was kicked to the curb once they've expressed they wanted design my nail lady moved me over and told me she was going to come back to me later. I got my pedi done, and was sitting waiting for my nail lady to help me again, waited for 20 minutes while another nail lady was right next to her didn't have a client, and unfortunately kept watching and talking to her. To the point I had too do an awkward cough to get there attention, I don't like be rude, but I did come in first, and I was very compassionate and tried being understanding. I lost it when she asked for me to come over and was STILL trying to find ways to up charge me, she rushed me, I had nail polish shavings all over my hands, and was told I was done. All I'm saying is, it hurt me seeing that the nail lady tends to only give respect for certain people, and show no hospitality for others, she kept saying disingenuous sorrys towards the end, but it was poor timing and judgement. read more
