This place is awesome. I've only had pedicures each time never disappointed. They are always busy. But even then I've never waited longer than 5 minutes to be seen. Everyone is always nice. This place is cute and so relaxing even when they're busy. read more

First and foremost, this place is absolutely wonderful!! Second, they are busyyyyy! But you can schedule an appointment in advance and if you're willing, you can walk in & wait for a guaranteed phenomenal service. Went with my mother & sister in law. Got our mani pedi and some waxing. LILY (born in Sept - i know there is more than 1 Lily there) is SO kind, curious and good at her job. She definitely makes you feel like you've known her forever. And my girl MINDY is fantastic. She is so sweet and precise. Very aware of whether I was satisfied and making appropriate adjustments. It's so nice to get pampered and to receive great service while getting to converse with others. This is the place to do it. You even get a complimentary drink. :) the decor is glam and it just felt nice to be there. Extra shoutout to Kelly and her husband :) read more

Thank you so much Mindy! It has been a long while since getting acrylics. I was allergic to for about years & closest I was able to tolerate was SNS. My nails look awesome & so happy that I have blistering or itchiness. Definitely hoping to come back since I live on the south side of Phoenix. I was out this way to have dinner with friends but so glad I get a double treat. Thank you again Mindy 4 being so gentle & thorough. Along with cleaning up my horrible cuticles & not making me bleed. read more

I used to swear by this place when I first moved to Arizona four years ago. The location is super convenient--less than five minutes from where I live--which made it my go-to. Unfortunately, over time, my experiences have become more and more disappointing. I've had several subpar visits, which is really frustrating. One of my biggest issues is the scheduling. I usually book an appointment or call ahead same-day, and I'm told they can accommodate me--only to show up and end up waiting close to an hour or more. If you can't actually take me at that time, just be honest. I'd rather know upfront than waste my time sitting and waiting. I truly hate that it's come to this because I used to love coming here. Some of the prices fluctuate as well, I think I'm moving towards supporting local small businesses than to come here. read more

Loved my visit at True touch! It was my first time here, Lucy did an amazing job with my pedicure, very relaxing I almost nodded off to sleep! They have many spots for pedicures and nails so I didn't have to wait even though it looked busy. When I first moved to the Phoenix area I was very nervous about finding a place that felt home. (I'm originally from Georgia) so the shop I'm used to was very good with remembering their clients and making you feel welcome. So my first time here was pretty nice . The prices are very reasonable especially for the work the employees do. I went again around Christmas time and same, very nice. But I went again, today , and the ladies literally remembered me. Knew a little bit about my family and it felt like a genuine connection. I highly recommend this place. They treat you like you're more than welcomed. Consistently, asking if you like the work being delivered. And it's clean environment. read more

i've had chronic ingrown toenails for a while but about 3 years ago i went for a pedicure and asked them not to cut my ingrown toenail because i'd rather do it myself and they didn't listen. The problem was that i got a very bad infection because of their lack of cleanliness and actually had to go on antibiotics. Yes i realize it was stupid but i went back a couple days ago hoping that it would be better but it's not. They messed with my ingrown toenail again and it got infected once more. Basically just know they don't clean anything correctly and apparently don't listen either read more

Normal a great place but I tried to make an appointment at noon, I was asked to come in at 1:30, I waited and watch others go before an appointment. I waited until 2:10 and left. Because of this I ended up fingering an amazing nail artist. Don't think I'll be back. read more

Did a walk in I needed to get a soak on my nails and regular manicure. The location was bigger than what I had expected. They were busy but have enough staff for you not to wait a long time. Staff is friendly and work quickly. Location was clean and pretty. Overall I was happy with the services provided. Prices are comparable and affordable as well. They have multiple services waxing, eye lash, etc. Definitely will be coming back! read more

Been coming to True Touch Nail Salon for a few months. All the techs have done a great job; however I wish I had asked for my last tech's name since she did my nails how I love them. She was sitting on the middle row on the right side of the building, 1st chair by the entrance. I asked for a full set of acrylics, specified thin nails with white tip with transparent powder (showed her a pic) she matched it exactly as. Absolutely loved this set of nails ! read more

It's very sad the girls in the back don't speak any English. They try to overcharge me. My sister got a more expensive pedicure than me only cost her $60. I got a $30 pedicure with a design and they try to charge me $72 not fair place was very dirty on the floor and they just drove all the garbage by your feet. It is very disgusting. I would not recommend going here at all if you do go make sure and add everything up because they will try to steal every dollar. And then they got upset and said no one won't do my design, not very professional at all read more

After seeing my first review, Van contacted me and offered to fix my manicure so that I can be happy with it. She filed off the remaining stickers and painted on a beautiful new design that I absolutely love! I was wrong before; the techs here are absolutely capable of painting on lovely designs, even on super short nails. You just have to ask for it and be clear about what you want. I'm so grateful to Van for my fixed manicure. She did a great job and I'll definitely be coming back in the future! This place has great customer service and knowledgable, skilled techs. I appreciate them so much! Note: The picture is from my fixed manicure, not the original manicure with the stickers. It looks so pretty! read more

I found True Touch on our trusty Yelp! I needed a new salon and artist after my former artist passed away to covid. so it was very tough but I'm happy I found True Nail. This is not my first visit, but my 2nd until I finally said, it's review time. My first time, IT WAS POPPIN, I walked in and wasn't expecting to be seated right away for a full set, but it happened. The whole team were hands on, taking turns on all clients who were sitting down, Medis, Pedis, Acrylics...you name is everyone was busy working and pampering; all attention was given to us. Shop is clean, decorative, welcoming environment with very helpful staff. My full set was not rushed...I ended up getting "Pumpkin Spice" for my first set. **3 weeks later** My 2nd time, I called in the morning and requested for a 1pm, I wanted a fill, polish change and gold flakes...which led me to meet Lily (there are 2 Lily's working, my girl is Lily #1), Lily is hilarious and makes the time fly by when your sitting in her chair. She had great recommendations on how to make my nails look fabulous. My new set is just perfect. It's easy to say, I found my new nail place. read more

Fastest full set ever and looks great. I wanted a very simple, neutral nail and that's exactly what I got. Got what I asked for and super clean look. Took just over 30 minutes from bare nails to done, only top coat over acrylic base. Young man in the far right corner did them. Salon was clean and spacious. Will be going back. read more

I usually go to my nail place next to my house but I was out and about and it was a last minute decision to get my toes done... BIGGEST MISTAKE I HAVE EVER MADE. I went on June 29th 2024 early afternoon with my husband everything was fine got a little attitude by not bringing cash for a tip and wanting it to be taken from my card so that was irritating a little but the biggest problem is few weeks later my nail polish started chipping I was like oh man but when I looked down at my big toe and saw this White spot on the top of my toe nail... it's FUNGUS. I have scheduled a doctors appointment for it and have also reported it to the Arizona Barbering and Cosmetology Board and we will take necessary action from there. I would have given 0 stars but couldn't... I wish you all best luck if you decide to go to this place.. I shall not infact I can't go anywhere at this time because of this place... read more

I've been seeing this place and decided to give it a try because it looked so pretty inside. I came in for a basic mani and pedi. I'm a simple girl. I really am. But the nail tech got so bitchy with me telling me that no one really gets that anymore and that it won't last long. I understand that, but she kept ranting about it. She's also very rude. I asked how long she's been a nail tech for and she got snappy with me saying "why are you asking?" I really was just making small talk. What really did it for me was when I was about to pay, they wanted cash tip. I don't really carry cash. So they told me to use the atm inside the store. So I did and it gave me a $20 bill. Well I needed to break so I asked the front desk and I got a good yelling. They were telling me "next time pay all in cash!" It's 2022, who carries cash anymore? Anyway, I would not come back to this place. Everyone's so rude. About 20 employees were gathered in the break room just having the time of their lives. They were loud and obnoxious. Meh. Hate this place. read more

First of all, I love how well they staff this shop. They do not make you wait very long, if at all. The shop is very beautiful and clean. Very clean. That's a big plus! The owner, Katie, is very professional and kind. I have had a different nail tech each time I've visited and every time I was impressed with their skill. It's frustrating to try someone different and get a not so good result. I highly recommend giving anyone a try here-I do not think you'll be disappointed. For reference, I get dip manicures & pedicures done here. They are able to accommodate a lot of designs here. They also offer eyelash service & microblading. I can't wait to get my nails and feet done again tomorrow :) read more

I've been coming up this salon for several years now. I've had the best experience every single time. Calling to make an appointment is easy. I appreciate the confirmation of date, time and tech I'll be seeing that day. The service is amazing! I'm rough on my nails and have chipped or broken a few less than a week of getting them done and they are always willing to fix them for me. I've been to other salons where the cleanliness is lacking, their customer service is horrible and the selection of services is less than desirable. That is not the case at True Touch. Here, they care about their customers and that's why I keep coming back every 2 weeks, religiously. Thank you Anne, Ruby, Mindy and the rest of the team for always making my experience fun and special! read more

I had a horrible experience when my daughter and I went to True Touch. We were going for pedicure and full set but ended up walking out. They told me the water was ready never had to ever in my life worry about the water it was already sitting there when I got seated out both feet in and the water was scolding hot there was no cold water added. I immediately pulled my feet out and was upset. I can tolerate hot water but this was beyond that. They added cold water after I was upset and told me ok now your good get back in. My feet felt like they were on fire I told them no I was done sat in the chairs for my feet to cool and all they offered was lotion. My daughter who was also going to get a pedicure saw the lady who did the water give like an oops face and laugh about it that upset her so much seeing the employee act that way after she burned my and couldn't even apologize. I have been here before but will never come back again. If you dare to go here Good luck hope no ever goes through what I went through it was absolutely horrible. read more
