Super disappointed. I moved to the area and was happy to try Royal nail lounge for a pedicure but unfortunately, I noticed during the process that the nail tech was not doing many things that I get done during my typical pedicures at other locations, a few examples include not cleaning under my nail bed, not pushing back my cuticles, and not properly filing the rough patches on the bottom of my feet, which are truly not that bad. My polish was also pulling on the side of my toes from too much polish, which i ended up having to clean off. I paid for the mid-level service, which was what was recommended. I'm sad to have to received better care. I ended up going home and having to finish the process myself. I would like the convenience of going here again as it's so close to my home but have not decided if I'll return to try another tech. read more

I have been coming here for months however the last two times I have been here apparently they changed their pricing. I was charged $70 for dip on my natural nails with polka dots. I usually go 4-5 weeks between sets because they hold up well aside from normal growth but they charge $15 dollars for cutting down and reshaping however I get the same oval shape every time.... I also always come here but I am charged $3 for a soak off , however it's their work from 4-5 weeks ago. This used to not be the case . Super dissatisfied because I like them but the random up charges are so unnecessary . Unfortunately I will be finding a new salon. read more

I walked in on a Sunday around 10:30am and they were already pretty busy. I did not have an appointment and checked in my daughter and myself for 2 gel manis and pedis. I waited for approximately 40 minutes then decided to leave and come back due to us having other things to do. We returned around 2pm and they were STILL extremely busy. However, one of the women who works there recognized me from earlier and stated "Oh! You came back!". She greeted us with a smile and made sure that we at least ended up seated promptly for our pedis. We were given bottled waters and were serviced about 15 minutes after being seated. The entire staff was very friendly and the quality of work wasn't too shabby either. I'm happy to say that I've found my new nail spa! Hopefully if change happens it's for the better. read more

I went in there to get a pedicure and full set, and the woman who greeted me was nice and informed me that I'll be getting my hands done first (which was not a problem). She guided to a male nail tech and that's where the problem began. When I showed him a picture of the French tip nails that I wanted, he began saying no that I needed to do x,y,z, and when I asked him why he said because it's his job is to upsell me. When I told him that isnt what Im requesting he kept saying that it's his job to upsell me and denied my request. I politely said no thanks and got up and left. Never had an issue trying to get French tip so be careful that you are getting what you want and not getting overcharged for something you didn't ask for. read more

Recently moved to Verado and looking for a place for a regular nail and pedicure salon. The salon is cute and clean. I did the higher end pedicure to start with. I did not do a shellac over which they wanted me to spend the extra 15.00 to do. Overall the pedicure was good. Unfortunately, by day two the polish started chipping off. Wednesday early evening and it was really busy. Most likely because it's one of two nail salons in the area. I waited for 15 min and was seated with Tony. I went in for nail repair and polish change and walked out with a fill lol. Oh well. Service was great, friendly staff. Some wore aprons and some didn't. They offered water which is a plus. The names of the staff are at each station which made introductions easy. This isn't my go to ball shop but if I need something quick, I know where to come. read more

Tried the new place in town. So glad I did! Mon-Thursday is 20% off and weekend is 10% off. Not sure how long the special will run. Very nice decor inside. 15 stations for nails and 16 pedicure chairs. And everything is new! Massage chairs are very comfortable. I didn't like the way she did my nails and the guy had tto redo my daughter's color nails again and when I was gonna pay, the lady told me to use the ATM machine becauseshe charge a fee if I used my credit which I don't mind, she insist of me to use the ATM I used the ATM because I was the very last customer and I figured it's OK they want to go home so I use the ATM but she doesn't give you privacy when you're getting the money out of the ATM, She was right there next to me which I didn't appreciate that I'm not going back there. I got my nails done by Tony today, I had been going to a different salon in Goodyear until I tried to make an appointment and the girl I had been going to all of the sudden didn't work there anymore! So I figured I'd try out this new salon that's closer to my house! Tony was amazing! He removed my builder gel nails and did a full set of acrylics for me! He did a really thorough job with removing the previous gel, and applying the new set! I will definitely be going back! The salon is also so clean and pretty inside, they were busy even for a Monday afternoon which is always a good sign! Staff was all very friendly! This will definitely be my new regular salon and I'll be going back to Tony! I'd recommend this salon to anyone in the Buckeye area! read more

I had an appointment and waited over an hour to get my nails done... they took several people before me just because they happen to ask them first. I heard all those people say they had no appointment. I never wanna be that person that makes a scene but when I finally spoke up, they said they would get me in yet. They had no open chairs and no people available to do my nails at the time..... they were getting close to closing, so my options are to wait and then have a rushed pedicure or leave. So after an hour of waiting, I left without even getting my nails done... I have never left a review in my entire life, but they obviously have no idea how to run a business so I felt like I needed to be beyond frustrated and I will never go back. read more

Got a gel full set and a gel pedicure done on the 26th by 12/4 i had 2 nails come off 2 nails lifted and my gel polish on my thumb was chipped. by 12/7 My left foot has no gel polish left on none of my toes 140 dollars total smh this was a waste of money. read more

Employees were friendly and Bebe assisted me with a pedi and did a great job. I will be back, tried 2 other salons in the area since my move here and this one is by far the best and I had cell service here with ATT which other 2 in town did not.
