I've been coming to this place for the past 10+ years and the majority of the time my experience has been great. However, my experiences within the past year has been mediocre and my most recent visit is unfortunately my last. I went in to get acrylic taken off and get gel on my natural nails on 01/13/2025. I had a 5pm appointment with Ken who's usually my go to guy and usually does a nice job on my nails. I'm not sure if he was in a rush but he didn't remove all of the acrylic from my nails, my polish is lumpy, and it's just an overall poor job. Even if he was in a rush and ready to go home, this shouldn't be a reason to give poor quality to a customer. See the pictures labeled "01/13/2025" to see what I'm referring to. I also have a picture labeled "09/08/2024" when I got my nails done by a lady because I walked in. I asked for the color FA12 and it's a pretty fall color yellow that doesn't show up as see through on the sample as it did on my nails. When I brought it up to the lady that I didn't like how it was see through she ignored my concerns and just said "Yeah that's how the color is." She didn't try to provide a solution or anything. It's been a good run but I will not be coming back due to the lack of care the employees seem to have towards a loyal customer such as myself. read more

Overall good atmosphere every time I go. Never feel rushed. Always willing to correct a mistake and do right by the customer. They do offer basic refreshments (water). Pricing is average. I'm really disappointed with my experience here. I came in to get my eyebrows done, and they completely messed them up--uneven, overplucked, and nothing like what I asked for. When I pointed it out, the staff member did apologize, but then said, I can't do anything about it. I am not going to charge you, I talked to the manager and questioned her if the staff was qualified to get this services. Her response was "yes and now I feel like you're just complaining." That was really dismissive. I had the money and was ready to pay--I wasn't looking for anything free. I just expected it to be done right. What also made me uncomfortable was that the same lady who did my eyebrows and messed them up had overcharged me $30+ during a past visit. She took my card herself and entered it directly into the machine, which made me uneasy. When I asked what I was being charged for (since I only had one service), she didn't know what to say because they all pretend I they don't understand you. The manager stepped in and voided the transaction. But again, only because I questioned it. This time I had 2 services done pedicure and eyebrow which I was charged for one because of their poor service. Again that same lady wanted to get my card and wanted to enter it inside the machine. Which I did not let her. Mistakes happen, but the way they're handled matters. Just because a service ends up being "free" doesn't mean the customer's feelings or concerns don't count. I left feeling upset, dismissed, and disappointed. If you care about quality, honesty, and being treated with respect--please go somewhere else. The only problem I have with the shop is the woman that man's the front end. She has No customer service skills, and can be right down rude. My first visit today was amazing! I went in and Rose helped me with waxing my eyebrows and pedicure. My eyebrows look amazing! It was a smooth and fast process compared to previous places I've had my eyebrows waxed. I'm definitely going to keep getting my eyebrows done here. I have been going to this nail salon for quite some time and am always content with all the techs & the owner is fantastic. Today I had an appointment and prior to my nails being worked on, I showed the tech a picture. The tech began working on my nails and got up every 2 minutes to go work on another persons pedicure, for at least 25 mins this went on and I did not complain. I am always a pretty easy client, just choose a color and go plain Jane. However I am going away this weekend for my anniversary and wanted a little difference in my nails. The tech didn't tell me he wouldn't be able to do my nails like the photo, instead tried his best and it came out awful. Unfortunately I was willing to try to settle for it, but after the dip had been buffed and polished the color was unbearable. Instead of having the tech completely soak off and redo the 2 nails on each hand & do a different color dip, I said I wish to just have the awful color painted over with white gel polish and call it a day. The tech told me I wasted his time & I told him if he was unable to do my nails per the picture I showed him & kept on my Phone screen for him; he should've told me and I would've chosen something else or asked for someone else. I love the technicians here! You're pretty safe to take a chance on any on them. They're all well skilled, fast and efficient and very nice and accommodating. I've had dip, acrylic, gel, pedicures, and waxing done at this location and I've yet to have a bad experience. With Covid still going on, they have stuck to their guns when it comes to keeping people safe. Masks are required (unless vaccinated) and they have you wash your hands as soon as you walk in. I was a regular customer until today. David does an excellent job with my manicures. However, Amy did my pedicure today and charged me $20 extra to soak off my color and replace on my toes. It is the same service I get every time. I get an exfoliating pedicure which usually includes the color removal and new color. I've never paid $60 for my pedicure. Then they told me pricing is determined by owners who are conveniently out of town. When I questioned them, they then said the technician tells them prices. Came here once with my daughters and we got her toes done and it was a good experience. Came back to get nails for my birthday which I don't get to do often and it was the worst experience I've ever had getting any cosmetology service ever. I was treated poorly. I had an appointment for 10:30 AM just after breakfast and I didn't even get seated till 12 PM. By this time I was just ready to leave. The guy who did my nails was very rude and kept questioning how I wanted my nails done and I had picked colors out on a different color palette and someone else ended up using and the color palette this guy had had none of the colors I wanted. So I was scrambling trying to pick out the colors I wanted for my nails while he was actively doing my nails which was also hard because he needed my hands. But he kept getting angry asking me to pick out my colors. I showed him a picture of what I had in mind but he wouldn't go off of the picture he said I still had to pick everything out. I'm used to going to a nail salon where I can show someone a picture and they usually just go off the picture as best as they can. The colors I ended up going with were nothing like the picture and one of my nails got ruined in the process and he wouldn't fix it. While he was quick and my nails have lasted that is the only good thing that came out of that but for me to have a relaxing day to get my nails done for my birthday which I only get to do very rarely was very upsetting and not relaxing at all.
