I went in for a color correction on a bad dye job I did on myself. You might say my hair was a disaster. I met with a consultant on a Friday and booked the appointment to fix the mess the next day. Melani did an excellent job on my hair. Color correction with bleach and foil, followed with a toner, then a cut and style. Fabulous job. I would highly recommend Melani. read more

I couldn't be happier! Courtney did an awesome job. Truly, my best ever cut and color. She is knowledgeable and experienced. The entire salon is so welcoming and comfortable. Good vibes!! And a huge thank you to Courtney. read more

Book with Lilliana! I've been seeing her regularly for the past several months now, almost a year. I get soooo many compliments on my haircut and peek a boos, she really does a great job with my thick hair. Not everyone can cut thick frizzy hair. She also does my 5 years old daughter's hair and my 10 and 11 year old boys. read more

It was root touch-up time for me, and I figured--why not get a haircut too and finally say goodbye to those damaged ends? I checked out Groupon and found Olivine Salon. They had a good deal and relatively good reviews, so I booked it. I was running 5-10 minutes late due to traffic, so I called to give them a heads-up... but no one answered. I left a voicemail and hoped for the best. When I arrived, the front desk was completely empty. One customer was getting her hair done on the left, and on the right, behind a wall, I could hear another customer chatting with her stylist. So, I waited... and waited... and waited. My appointment was at 3:30, and I finally sat in a chair closer to 4. Okay, take 10 minutes off for me being late--but still, about 20 minutes of being completely ignored? Not great. My stylist was nice, but the overall process didn't impress me. I have wavy hair, and as anyone with wavy hair knows--it looks totally different wet vs. dry. She cut it wet, right after the root touch-up. Also, she didn't wrap my hair while the color was processing, which was a first for me. Every other salon I've been to always wraps it up. So, the service included root touch-up, wash, haircut, and a straight blow-dry. And yes, it looked good when I left the salon (because doesn't it always?). But once I got home, washed my hair the next day, and let my waves come back... it definitely wasn't the length I wanted. :( And to top it off--when I was leaving, I went to give the stylist my Groupon voucher number and a tip. That's when the mysterious front desk person finally appeared... and asked for extra money. Why? Because "color wasn't included." Um... it was a root touch-up. How exactly do you do that without color? The deal literally listed root touch-up, haircut, blow-dry, and conditioning as a package. I was tired, didn't argue. Paid off and left. Sadly, I won't be back. read more

Darienne was AMAZING Very knowledged in cut & style! She was also very pleasant to talk to!

Gina was awesome! I came to this salon after two previous stylists could not seem to get me the A-Line style that I have been wanting. Olivine came highly recommended when I put up a post in my Rio Paseo community Facebook group. We already booked another appointment 6 weeks out. We loved this salon! Thank you, Gina! read more

I love this salon!! it has the nicest people I feel so welcome I love the vibe and the decoration and how nice they greet you and help you!

Brittany is the best, with the scissors, the color and the style. She listens to her clients and is a pleasant personality.

Christy did such a good job with my wax! I had such bad luck with other waxers in the area and was about to lose hope but she exceeded my expectations. She didn't miss any patches of hair She didn't leave any wax behind She kept me distracted and the conversation flowing and most importantly, somehow I barely felt any pain... I really loved the vibe of the place. I'm an Oregon girly and love my plants and my favorite plant is a fern and they had one in the bathroom, granted it was struggling but it's really really hard to keep a fern alive and all the other plants were healthy & happy. The front desk ladies were cheerful and friendly. I might have to get my hair done here next! It's so hard to find good services in this area, I'm so happy Olivine met my expectations. read more

Finally found her! Jess at Olivine Salon rocks! Thank you for being the best at what you do! I will be a lifer.... Don't go anywhere!

I'm new to the area. I called around looking for an experienced stylist to cut my hair. I chose this Salon because of the reviews. When I made my appointment, I asked for a master/experienced stylist. Unfortunately, that's not who they scheduled me with. I'm sorry, but I don't remember her name. She was friendly; but very new to the industry. I just needed a basic haircut to fix my uneven ends. A couple days later when I styled my own hair, I noticed that my hair was still uneven. I've decided to let my hair grow a little, then I'll look for another salon. read more

We are the curley hair trio devas! This is the only place we can go to het great cuts for our long curley hair. Mine is layer to my shoulders and perfect. We come every 5 or 6 weeks for years now. Kari, our hairdresser is great and so talented. Everyone is very sweet and professional. read more

This was a wasted hour. I came in with a Groupon coupon for partial highlights for my hair. They sat me in a chair, draped me with an apron, ran a comb thru my curly hair and told me that the coupon does not cover COLOR, or TONER - which could run above $40...and so I left. I purchased the coupon for $24.80 and was never told about any additional expenses. I will advise everyone who goes to this salon to ask about price hikes BEFORE they get in the chair. This should have been told to me when I called for the appointment. I would never go to this salon again. It's a matter of ethics and communication. Not cool. read more

Edie is great, the girls friendly and professional. Light atmosphere and upbeat. They offer a good selection of services

I called & made appointments for my husband and myself for haircuts & asked if they honored their Groupon ad. GIrl told me they did and set up an appointment, but was notified the price would be about $11 over Groupon ad. I agreed to this and gave her my email address and received a confirmation. On day of appointment I got a call saying 1) they could not honor the ad because I had been there sometime before and 2) they don't honor them for men (even though their ad is under men's hair salons on Groupon)! They evidently didn't want our business so I have absolutely nothing good to say, especially about the snarky person who called ---- read more

Jules was very nice but my highlights were more like low lights. I asked for vanilla blonde and I ended with copper. Jules noticed it was brassy and asked another stylist for advice on how to fix it. The other stylist told her what you do but even that didn't fix the copper tone. My hair was not so dark you begin with The cut was shorter in front then what I asked for. I won't be back read more

Always excellent! Kaitlyn is spot on and makes great suggestions. I love my new highlights! She has and excellent work ethic and a great attention to detail! Highly recommend! read more

TATUM JONOVICH IS AMAZING! I went in with medium-brown hair, the same hairstyle I've always had. Alyssa was great! She listened to me and did such a great job on the color! Thank you, Alyssa! I'll see you again in December!

I have recently moved to Goodyear and was looking for someone to cut/color my hair after having been with same stylist for 35 years. Jordan was recommended by a neighbor and she turned out to be just what I was looking for. Great job! The salon itself is friendly and welcoming. I recommend giving it a try! read more

When I walked in I was greeted politely by the receptionist and informed I could have water or coffee while I waited for my stylist. My appointment started promptly and we discussed price and options. At no point was I made to feel pressured into going above my budget. We decided on a few things. I was relaxed and felt like my stylist listened to me. After the blow dry I was so happy with the results! This salon is clean professional and one that I will revisit. read more

I went to this salon today (10.07.2021) as a walk in. I have read good reviews on Yelp and since my beautician of 15 years retired I was looking for a new salon. As I walked into the salon, there was no receptionist but 2 nail technicians busy with clients. I stood at the desk for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to help but no one acknowledged me. They did not even look my way even though I was clearly in sight facing the workers. After 5 minutes I turned and left the salon. Very rude employees in my opinion. I would have happily waited if anyone had acknowledged me and told me to wait. I did not see any hairdressers in the salon at all and all chairs were empty except 2 nail stations. I am very disappointed with this place read more

I literally got the ick from this salon .These people are so rude. I bought a Groupon and The lady made sure to let me know the price is only to see if I like their services , as if I need the lower price? I had a tip ready that was more than my haircut. On my way to get the tip I had locked my keys in my car and paid $115 dollars to get the keys instead of waiting a few hours  because I didn't want my hairdresser to lose money. I show up and the lady cutting my hair had the nastiest worst attitude I've ever seen. Why would I want someone to touch me who doesn't smile at all.  I try to explain what I want , she comments that It won't look like that unless I style it ( layers ).  Comments how I have black hair color ( hairdressers know  ) then I realized I forgot to brush my hair in the very back, because she looked disgusted and claimed my hair was " completely matted " . loudly saying " no like it's completelyyy matted ! Im glad she did because I walked out , brushed my hair out in 1 min and went to another salon with a woman who was so incredibly sweet and did a perfect job. They then charged my account knowing I left in 2 min . So I'm not the one who's  desperately trying to look chic yet on Groupon while every salon was completely booked out . That's why I came. Also If your hair is fine and curly and tends to get knots at the very base of the head where you miss . Dont come here . read more
