Crooks!!! Take a look at your receipt!!! If you purchase products they add the percentage of your tip on top of the products you purchase. For example: I purchased hair care products they added 25% to the cost of my products. I'm very upset & called to speak to the manager. The gal said she's not available!!! Guess what? WORSE SALON I was so excited to find my stylist Sierra as she use to cut my hair at a different salon. Once I found where Sierra had landed I made an appointment online per the process with the salon. I called the salon prior to making my appointment as I had never had to put a credit card on an appointmnet. The person at the desk explained to me that the credit card on file was to ensure if I last minute cancelled a 50 dollar charge would incur. I had no problem with that since I was exxited to have Sierra cut my hair. I drive 30MILES for this appointment and mind you this appointment was scheduled 5 days in advance. To my dismay, when I checked in the receptionist who had zero personality nor empathy told me they did not have me on the books for my 9:15 AM appointment. She was pretty dismissive and honestly did not care as I explained and showed her two emails with my appointment confirmation. I explained I had driven 30 miles and she shrug her shoulders. Seriously this is what I was dealing with! She went and got her manager who came over and explained that my appointment had been cancelled. I was like what and why???? She continued to explain that they called me and left a voicemail to confirm and their policy is to cancel if a person does not respond or confirm. No one told me that if I did not PICK up my phone nor return a voicemail that my appointment would be CANCELLED Why on earth have a process to go online and schedule an appointment as well as put a credit card on file?? What the heck is a credit card hold for! I flollowed the process . The manager had NO empathy either and stated that was the policy. Seriously ??? After driving 30 miles and checking in I was told that my appointment was cancelled . What an Awful customer service experience and now Sierra has lost a customer. I will tell everyone to NEVER go to this salon horrible service from the front desk persons who showed absolutely no empathy! I know it is not Sierra's fault but the salon created the issue by not communicating this to me when I originally called. Luckily I have a person closer who does a great job! STAY AWAY THEY ARE DISHONEST!! Both times we went overcharged for what we actually got! This last time was what did it! My underage daughter was told that a partial started at 105 but at no time did the stylist Emily ever tell her that the so called "extra bowls" she never left the station to make were going to cost extra or ask if it was ok or tell her how much it was going to be until she was done! My daughter just had a full highlight a 1 1/2 month ago (over 300 for shoulder length hair) and only needed roots touched up hence the partial highlight on still shoulder length hair def didn't need the so called 3 bowls she said she used Then when confronted she said well I said it started at 105 and that my daughter said she has 200 when that is a LIE my daughter never said that. The outside of the building doesn't do the interior design any justice. It's gorgeously decorated within. However, that comes with a rather annoying accompaniment. From the moment you walk in the door, someone tries to sell you something. It's like wandering a car lot. The front desk lady tried to push their line of products on me and also the sale of their products for blonde hair (even though my hair is black). Then, once your appointment begins, every step of the process forces another offer of products. When you get your hair washed, they offer you shampoo. When they condition, you're asked if you're interested in buying their conditioner. The hair serum when they're styling. Texturizing spray, etc. It was the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had getting my hair cut. The gal that cut my hair was sweet, though. And I suspect the product pushing is more of a salon policy as everyone did it, not just her. My three stars are for cleanliness, decor, and value for price (for a hair cut). read more

My appointment was confirmed, got an email about it, etc. As soon as I parked, I received a call stating that Jazmin was ill and that my appointment was being cancelled. 2 minutes before my scheduled appointment time I received this call. I specifically booked this hair appointment (and advised them of such) because I was getting professional headshots done this same day in the afternoon. They made no other accommodations for me, offered no other alternatives to honor my appointment. Just told me sorry, everyone is busy, and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Because of the salon's failure, I lost my deposit to the photographer due to their last minute cancellation. These were to be professional headshots going on my social media and business accounts, so they're very important to me and my brand. Funny how they can charge a $50 cancellation fee for less than 24 hours notice from a client but a 2 minute notice is perfectly acceptable to cancel on me. Don't bother trusting this salon if you have an important event or want to be treated like a valued customer. read more

I believe we saw sierra yesterday. She was fine as a stylist. No problem there. But the visit was absolutely terrible. I walked in with my toddler in her stroller and my 10 yr old to get her hair cut. I was never told when I scheduled my daughter's appointment that only her and I could show up. The receptionist talked to sierra and said it is okay that I brought my toddler but just don't bring her next time. At that point, I was already thinking there will not be a next time. I didn't say anything since she said it was fine this time. Then I walked back with my daughter and they told me it was not okay and to stay in the front because my toddler can't be over there because she will be in the way. we were standing completely out of the way and the salon was dang near empty. There was all of like 5 people in the entire building- including the lady at the front desk and only two people there actively getting their hair done. There was plenty of room for me to stand off to the side. My main issue here is that my child has disabilities. You may not see them from looking at her face, but they are there and she was not okay and I also felt like I didn't need to spell out and explain my own child's struggles to a salon in order to be able to advocate for my child- which I told the stylist that how can I advocate for her if I cannot even be with her.. even if my youngest was silent and out of the way.. Whenever my daughter realized I couldn't be there with her, she was having terrible anxiety and looked so miserable and unhappy her entire cut. Once I realized I couldn't stay with her, I wanted her to have the experience still because I knew how badly she wanted the cut but I wanted it done quick. So no shampoo, no anything. In and out. I attempted to make faces at her to try to cheer her up from across the salon and it somewhat worked but she was completely robbed of the experience she's been wanting to have. I told the receptionist too, do NOT say it's okay for me to stay and my toddler to stay too if it is NOT okay. It was not okay for her to be there. There was no reason to lie and tell me it was okay because it was not okay. Overall we will never return. I shouldn't have to explain my daughter's struggles to a stranger for them to read the room and see that she needed me in that moment. read more

I called to book and appt and asked for multiple days and was surprised when they said they had an appt for the same day. I had assume someone had a cancellation or a stylist who had a large gap in between services. (My mistake) My appointment was pushed back 15 minutes and the next appointment had arrived before my styling had even started. I'm not sure why they would book a wash cut and style for 1 hour as no stylist could give their best effort in this amount of time. As you can see in the picture I have chunks missing as well as choppy and uneven cut and my hair was not styled straight it still has waves. First when you walk in your surrounded by a very cute sleek salon! The ladies were able to get me in as a walk-in very quickly and were very nice about it. I have very long hair and I always get super nervous when I try a new place but I was going to be traveling and needed to get a trim before we left and hadn't schedule an appointment anywhere. My hair dresser was super sweet and really listened to me when I explained what I needed for my trim. She offered suggestions and the entire experience was extremely pleasant. Nothing but professionalism from the moment I walked in the door! When I entered Blush, I was welcomed with a smile, a "good afternoon are you here for an appointment?" When I told her I had an appointment with Sandra, she invited me to wash my hands, feel free to grab some water and have a seat. They have the cutest little sink they have right by the merchandise. I watched Debra then walk over to my stylist and let her know I was here. Sandra then turned around, welcomed me and let me know she would be with me in just a few minutes, which was no problem since I was early. Their retail area is filled with a wide range of products including Karastase , which I haven't seen anywhere else in the valley! When I sat in Sandra's chair, she did a thorough consultation, making sure I understood that her first priority was the integrity of my hair, which I really appreciate. Once I was all foiled, I went back to the dryer and not only did Sandra stop by three times to make sure I was doing okay, but Debra and another stylist checked on me as well. While my toner was developing, I asked Sandra which Karastase line she would recommend for me. With her recommendation, I found out that as a new client, I received 20% off all products during that first visit. (New clients are also rewarded for their second and third visit, too!) When she rinsed out my toner, she gave me a scalp massage so amazing I never wanted it to end. When it was time for the haircut, I just gave her some basic parameters ( I didn't want my hair to be above my shoulders) and told her that I trusted her professional opinion for the rest. She was pretty sneaky keeping my back to the mirror during the cut, blow dry and a beach wave style and when she turned me around, WOW was the only word I had. I've been seeing Ahlonnah here for about 9 months and absolutely adore her. I have a 2-month-old baby and was hesitant and stressed about coming into the salon to get my hair done. I didn't know who could watch him while my husband was at work if I went and was stressed about having to pump milk for him while I was away, which I hadn't done before. Ahlonnah told me to just bring my son with me since I'm breastfeeding, and that lifted a huge weight off of my shoulders. I went in, a little nervous about bringing my baby but needing some much needed TLC with this hair (and needing some adult interaction for my sanity, haha). The staff made me feel welcome and not once did they make me feel like a burden for having to bring my baby. In fact, they all complimented him and seemed genuinely happy that he was there! I felt nervous to ask if I could feed my baby there, but I didn't even have to ask. The sweet ladies working all told me that it's okay if I need to feed my baby there and made me feel comfortable enough to do so, and the woman working the front desk even offered me water more than once because she said she knows how thirsty breastfeeding makes you. As a new first-time mom, this was HUGE. Needless to say, I am feeling so grateful for such an amazing, positive experience. The women working at this salon are incredible people and there are lots of mommas working there who were so accommodating to my circumstances. I already loved this place for their customer service, but this brought them to a whole different level for me. Made an appointment for my son who needed a hair cut. Called and the receptionist gave me an appointment with Kilana for today at 2:00pm but then quickly changed and said 1:45pm because stylist requests a 45 min appointment for boy cuts. So I said okay and hang up. My wife heard the conversation and asked whether she knew how to cut boys hair. So I immediately called back and asked the receptionist if Kilana knew how to cut boys hair, I was assured Kilana knew what she was doing and that she had cut boys hair before. So I hang up, at 12:19pm my wife gets a text message from kilana asking to move our appointment to Monday May 18th at 3:30 or 10:00 am. My wife told her we could not reschedule because this cut was for promotion pictures and that we would cancel. She then said she might or might not be running behind on appointments because she was slammed but that she would see my son at 1:45 today May 14th. I show up to the appointment with my son and I was not allowed to be in there with him so I waited outside. Around 2:30 I went in to check because we were tight on time and my son's hair was a disaster! We gave her a picture of what we wanted and she assured us she could do it. After I confronted her she said "well it kinda looks like the picture", I could not believe she had the audacity to excuse her horrible work. After she noticed how irritated I was she stated "well this more of a barbers cut!" I could not believe this woman. She did not acknowledge she lied about not being able to cut it and she had the nerve to say it was not her responsibility because this was a "barbers cut!" She did say she would not charge me and I responded that I wasn't going to pay either way. My son now has this horrible cut and his pictures will be ruined. I have attached pictures of what we requested and what we got! Had i known I would have taken my son directly to the barbershop. Never again will I go back! read more

She did not. We got a call from a receptionist that she will no longer be working Saturdays and didn't even have the decency or professionalism to call us herself.
