I walked an the first thing I seen was the cutest light up sign, "Clean your dirty face" and I was greeted with a warm welcome by the girl at the front desk. She was super inviting, gave me some paperwork to fill out with my skin care history and walked me through the add ons. I chose "The Virgin." Within a few minutes my esthetician came out to greet me and take me back to where the magic happens. Behind the wall of the front desk lies 3 chairs and stations for up to 3 people, (perfect to book with a friend or two.) The chair is very comfortable and cushioned. The legs come up and the head lies back so you can comfortably lie down while getting your facial. My esthetician went over my skin care habits and products I use before starting. She began with a refreshing steam to open my pores then lathered my face in a cleanser from their goddess line. She then applied the tingly pumpkin mask that smelled good enough to eat. Letting it sit for 3-4 minutes, all I could think about was eating a pumpkin pastry. I highly recommend this as an add on. After wiping away the pumpkin mask, she began extractions, a purifying mist and worked in a moisturizer. She finished off with the eye mask and a heavenly smelling oil that she massaged in with a cooling tool. The nice icy cold feeling was the perfect end to my facial. It left me feeling fresh, rejuvenated and relaxed. They have a great selection of products for all skin types and even products for kids. Do make sure to make a pit stop in the bathroom to check out their wallpaper... it's too cute! I will most certainly be back here. My esthetician, Adriana did an amazing job. She was very knowledgeable on her product and knew what to do for my skin. She had great pressure. I love massages, so I'm always a little sad when the esthetician doesn't apply enough pressure to a facial massage or arm massage or whatever it may be. She did a wonderful job. I don't like to use the word picky, but I am pretty particular with my facials and I am just so happy to have gotten one done by her. If this place wasn't so far away I would definitely come back for another. The inside is so cute. Like seriously adorable. This cute place is conveniently located in the Canyon Trails Towne Center. We went there on a weekend morning with our 3 little ones. Inside its spacious and spotless, with all sides of the walls decorated in pink and bright yellow colors. We were greeted with a sweet welcome from Genesis at the front desk and then introduced to Skin Boss Courtney. Courtney was professional, patient and passionate about skincare. During the skin care session, she explained each procedure to me and clean my face with gentle care and massage. Courtney also introduces different skin care products with natural and calming aromas. My skin didn't feel very different afterwards so i wouldn't purchase the products myself but I've gone through many products that didn't set too well with my skin or made a difference, even with skin care from Tatcha and Shiseido so that doesn't mean their products aren't good, everyone's skin is just different. Three stations are in one area, but it was still quiet and relaxing. All the products used on my face felt refreshing and left my face feeling really clean and hydrated. Honest review of a facial I had at this location yesterday. This facility is a membership style company - much like Massage Envy, but for facials. When I booked my service online I was extremely surprised when I had to pay ahead of time, which is not the norm for any sort of spa treatment. This particular shop is in a little plaza and there's limited parking, but I was lucky enough to find a spot fairly close to the entrance. Walking in there is a large open space, then a receptionist. I spoke with the receptionist who immediately attempted to upsell my facial - even though I had already pre-purchased two upgrades on my own. The aesthetician then came and got me and brought me behind a partition to a room with 3 chairs. This was interesting for a couple reasons 1) there was only one aesthetician working 2) if multiple people are getting facials, then they are sitting side by side - almost like pedicure chairs - which I can see being awkward. Moving on ..... when the aesthetician brought me to the back, she also tried to upsell my facial, which I again declined. The facial itself was fairly decent. The only real issue I had with it was that when she applied the masks, she then sat and did nothing because I hadn't purchased the optional neck massage. Considering I was already spending $165 for the facial with the two things I did upgrade, I felt this was a waste of time and very cheap on their part. The end of the facial was the best part - she gave me a 10 minute facial massage which felt absolutely amazing. After the massage, the receptionist and aesthetician both tried to sell me product and get me to re-schedule. I have yet to try their basic $70 for 30 minute facial, but overall it is my opinion that you could easily get a better facial somewhere else for the same price. read more

My skin is so smooth, the pores have shrunken and my skin feels velvety. Received a comp facial through club Pilates , I'm writing this bc club Pilates is not taking down the complimentary facials despite myself and others getting rashes and having adverse effects after one facial , different products used . I was told club Pilates has an agreement with this place and that's why they won't take the fliers down and will continue offering complimentary facials. I don't want anyone else to go through this , This place is not worth the possible reaction you may get. They don't use gloves which I should have taken as the first sign. This place is super cute! The decor is adorable and there are neon signs with grassy backdrops begging to be posted on instagram. My daughter booked us facials together and we went in. The feel was kinda weird since the music was turned all the way down so it was really quiet and kinda awkward. We checked in and they took one of us back - there are 3 chairs in one giant room and a work area for them along the back wall. I think its supposed to give sterile vibes, but it felt a bit empty and not a good use of the space. The other s2 chairs were empty, so it was just me back there. The girl removed my makeup and started to normal facial routine. I mean... I liked it... but it was more of a steam machine while someone rubs lotions on your face and washes your face over and over. Nothing super special about it. Then after the facial, I got the hard sell on the products to purchase, etc... Not too sure I will be back. I can wash my own face at home and save $60. read more

Club Pilates offered a complimentary facial and it was amazing. It was my first time ever getting a facial and I couldn't believe it was free. I did opt for the upgrade for the eye jellies but don't really feel that upgrade was worth the price so wouldn't do it again. But I cannot complain because the facial was free! I decided I wanted a bit of a self care day today and went in for a first time facial for only $25 (they offer add ons if your interested!) & I was greeted by the sweetest lady at the front desk. Allie/Alexandrea I believe was her name, did my facial. She personalized the experience to fit my skincare needs plus she was so kind. I've never had a facial before so I don't have much else to compare it to but my face is glowing, soft, and I feel beautiful. All of the products they used for the facial seemed to be their very own brand I think. You could even purchase the products they used which is pretty cool (a bit pricey not going to lie).
