Low inventory!! Hardly any selection for all brands except Huda Beauty and Sephora brands. It looks like it's a "going out of business" location without the clearance price. I was so happy to have a location nearby but there's nothing available and since it's a Kohl's branch, I couldn't return an on line purchase from the actual Sephora. You're better off buying from Sephora on line or drive to a stand alone location. read more

This store is tragic. The staff is not helpful. You have to walk around in circles before they will bother asking if you need assistance, and then it's a stretch to call it "assistance". They prefer to be left alone to talk amongst themselves. They typically are out of the products I am looking for, and literally say things like "yep, we've been out of that for awhile. I'm not sure if it's discontinued or what". Really?!?! How about if you know this is a question - get an answer so you can tell people. Also, their displays look like a classroom of kindergarten girls was let loose on them. They are nasty, broken or just plain not there. There is no pride in this store. The place is messy and the staff often looks unkept. That's not appealing when I am supposed to be able to get makeup advice from you. I received a gift card for this store and it's actually difficult to spend it here because they have nothing in stock. I can't even spend free money at this mess of a store! read more

I love the Sephora staff , they are great ! I had a girl named Linda she helped me so much ! She was so kind and patient with me, she explained everything perfectly as what I was looking for , I love having a great person helping me and taking there time, it's rare to find someone that does care for there customers and she did a great job taking care of me . read more

Walked in looking for a product and all the girls were at the register talking and not asking anybody if they needed help. Meanwhile I'm walking around lost and ended up finding the section on my own. Finally someone asks if I need something and I get what I'm looking for. I stand at the register while what looked like the manager stood there ignoring me with no sense of urgency to have one of the other associates ring me up. To top it THEY DONT TAKE APPLE PAY WHEN IT CLEARLY SAYS IT DOES. I drove far to this location to walk out empty handed. Horrible customer service ‍ won't be returning. read more

Love love love this location. One of the associates turned me on to the Origins skin care line and I'm in love. Also picked up some Tarte palettes for the holidays, super cute! Little low on staff when I went in but they were still able to help me out and give me some one on one time. read more

Let it be known, if there were an 1/8 or 1/16 of a star, that's what I would rate them. A few months ago I bought an eye brown pencil, Anastasia. They're about $24 a piece (and I love it!!!). I usually buy 2-3 at a time because I live so far away. Well, I went through my first one in about 2 months... I go to open my 2nd one and there's no pencil inside the stick... So I went to go return it.. I mean, it looked brand new, you could tell it was brand new... I had JUST taken it out of the box that day. It's not my fault there wasn't one in there...& I was really upset. That's a good amount of money on not a lot of product... I go to get a new one... & I know as much as the next, people aren't honest a lot & my incident is weird! I never have had something like this happen to me before. I was annoyed as well, because I had to drive all the way back there to exchange it. I get there to get a new one...& two of the girls pretty much called me a straight up liar to my face and said they would give me a new one now, but never again. As much as it sucks, the customer is always right. I know it's not really fair because so many people are dishonest. I've never stolen anything in my life, or even thought about it...& the two of them accusing me of it, just upset me so much. You don't do that to customers, even if for some reason you do think they're lying. Anyway, I will never, ever go back to this location again. Also, every time I had walked in there in the past, there was no one there to help me out. They're usually all standing around talking to each other, instead of asking customers if they need help. read more

I am beyond dissatisfied with the level of service I received from this place today. I called multiple times and was hung up on even after I asked what I was looking for. I wasn't able to get the initial persons name so by the third time I called I asked to speak with a manager. The GM Tasha placed me on hold for about 10 minutes. When she came back I asked if they were busy because I was hung up on multiple times when speaking with a representative. The GM Tasha literally just said "yeah we're busy" and didn't even acknowledge my concern. I advised to her that this level of service was unacceptable and she literally ignored me. I will never do business here again, I don't know if they thought I was joking by calling in because I'm a male but I was calling in for my wife and told this to the GM. Her customer service was terrible as well as her crew members that hung up on me. They need to be re trained or let go because service like that brings a bad rep to a big name company. read more

Bad bad bad! The two employees greeted me and then went on talking to themselves which usually I don't care but then I saw how there are no samples, things need to be unboxed, displays aren't finished. I mean this makes sense that they could be out of stock on a few things but the boxes with the products were ON THE FLOOR. I asked one of the employees about the BITE lipsticks and he said I could check out any of the samples(which there was only a few) or he could find one for me. He also said I could even look MYSELF. WHAT?? I could be some kleptomaniac and ran with the whole box Don't go in here. Drive your butt down to a mall where there is a Sephora :/ read more

This location gives Sephora a bad name. Testers smeared everywhere, nothing is ever in stock, and extremely rude employees who know nothing about any of the products. Been here multiple times and have never been asked if I needed help. I'd give 0 stars if I could. read more

They never have anything in stock. Some of the staff is helpful but for the most part a lot of them are rude. They usually make me follow them around the store with the "help me" look on my face while they gossip. I usually have to open the bottom drawers myself to look for what I need and it isn't there. They need to learn their demographic and order more supplies. read more

Was looking for a good non waterproof liner and have a birthday gift card to use at sephora so came in to do a little shopping.. I was super excited to go into this store since my friend that got me the gift card loves and adores all the brands that there is to offer.. so after getting out of work and going home to wash my face and throw on my pj's I ran into the store 30 mins before closing. .as I walked in I could see two guys walking around asking people if they needed help. One was at the counter seen me twice and didn't say any thing... the other had to be flagged down by my niece 10 mins into looking around.. and he kept asking her all the make up questions and acted like I was invisible. ..now I had no make up, grungy after 10 hours of work and the one in need of make up and after my niece having to explain 10+ times it was me that needed help..he finally knowledge me. They not only treated me like I shouldn't be shopping there ..they had very little knowledge on the make up in their store... so that is why I will be rating this a 1 star. Step up your customer service skills, get people who treat all women coming in the same and/or maybe some girls who know make up not these little boys who clearly need a make over themselves. So disappointed. ..guess I'll be regifting this gift card. read more

Because this Sephora is inside a JCPenny and not a freestanding store they have a smaller selection, not all the colors or brands as a regular Sephora, but that is to be expected. The staff for the most part is friendly and helpful. I was given incorrect information by one of the staff over the phone, which I understand happens, and was given a very rude reception by the Manager when I explained the situation at the location. She became defensive very quickly insinuating that I was either lying or did not give the staff the pertinent information when I spoke with them, both of which were inaccurate and I tried to explain to her, none of which she was hearing. I did not expect them to break any rules or policies, which I think is what she was assuming I wanted from her reaction, but her response was neither professional or necessary. Taking the time to understand the situation, even when she thinks the customer may be wrong, is what should have been her goal, that's what good customer service is about. The store was not busy, there were no lines, she did not have something more important then the customer at that point, I was not rude to her initially, there was no reason why she should have behaved the way she did, and because of if she's lost a customer. VIB Rouge btw. I would recommend going to one of the other locations. read more
