I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience with Walgreens Litchfield, Goodyear Store #3657. Despite being a 24-hour pharmacy with a drive-thru, this location consistently fails to deliver on its promises regarding prescription pickup times. My wife's doctor was told the prescription could be filled within 1.5 hours, and we received a text stating it would be ready by 12pm. However, when I arrived at 12:35pm, the prescription was not ready. After expressing my frustration to Glady's, the store manager, I was told to expect another 45-minute delay. In total, this meant waiting over four hours for a prescription that was supposed to be ready much sooner. This is not an isolated incident. In my experience, this store routinely takes 4-5 hours longer than the initial estimated pickup time provided by text message. It is incredibly frustrating to be misled repeatedly, especially when customers are relying on timely access to important medications. My wife is so sick, I can only hope nothing happens to her. It is clear to me that Walgreens Litchfield prioritizes profit over honesty and customer care. I strongly advise others to avoid this location for prescription needs, as my repeated experiences have shown a pattern of dishonesty and lack of quality control. I called in this location pebble creek & mcdowell rd to update my new insurance information. and the gentleman that answered the phone was extremely rude he repeatedly asked me for my dob and when I told him again he hung up on me this location seems to have employees that are not happy to work there or they do not belong in customer service. and need training again remember we are the customers and have choices . therefore I will be relocating my pharmacy to Fry's who is a lot closer this has gone on too long . both phone and walk ups...#not happy read more

The pharmacy is horrible! Medication is never ready on time. Today they said my medication was ready I waited 10 minutes at the drive thru window while they got my prescriptions 10 minutes! Never came back to say why it was taking so long so I left. They call to say they couldn't find it! What?!? So I transferred my prescriptions to Amazon Pharmacy and I will have them by 9 pm TODAY! Sorry but there is zero customer service at this pharmacy and you can't seem to fill auto refills on time ever. I chose to go somewhere that does their job. So my advice to EVERYONE is use Amazon Pharmacy. I hope I never have to go to this Walgreens ever again. They get one star because there is not a zero star option. The floor in the pharmacy waiting area is really filthy- hair/dust balls, trash can overflowing and used wipes under the chairs. This is a pharmacy. I really WANT my pharmacy to be clean. Usually , what I'm looking for This is not the usually Walgreens I visit when I'm looking for Over the Counter medications; however, this store had everything I was looking for. This store is clean, the staff is helpful, and the store is stocked with everything that I needed. The, prices are comparable to other drugstores in the area. On Sunday October 2nd, 2022 I was racially profiled and accused of stealing At 3361 N Litchfield Rd Goodyear AZ 85395. If I was able to rate this store a negative score I would . I went to this location to pick up some healthcare items and when I proceeded to the cashier, I was approached and surrounded by 6 Goodyear officers who asked me to step away from the counter and then they proceeded to inform me that they were called because an employee saw me put something in my purse. As blow away as I was.... I told the officers that this has to be a mistake and I was being falsely accused. The officers asked if they could look inside my purse and I allowed then to search my purse and the officer stated their is nothing of Walgreens in her purse. The officers than informed me they were going to look at the camera. After 25 minutes of being detained while they viewed the camera, the officer returns and apologized and stated I was wrongly accused and there was no evidence on camera of me stealing. I was so embarrassed and publicly humiliated!!!! I received no apology from no one at Walgreens. I have been a HR professional for 33 years in the valley and this is UNACCEPTABLE behavior period!!!!!! read more

Made an appointment to get flu shot. Arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. Appointment was for5:45. Took over an hour to get my shot. Pharmacist is way too busy. They need to have extra help to do the vaccines. Let's just pray no mistakes get made. Walgreens do better! read more

Went to this Walgreens to pickup a few things and stumbled upon a couple boxes of football cards on the shelf in the toy aisle, the price tag said 10.99 I figured I would take a shot and purchase both, got to the cashier and the ring up 25.99 I took the cashier to the spot where they were and he said I couldn't have them, so I asked for the manager named Spencer and he told me no and I was informed that they weren't supposed to be out at all. Even if they were in the wrong place, and not supposed to be out the Manager should have gave them to me at the price listed on the shelf. To me that's poor customer service. I too am in retail. My 89 year old mother in law had her prescriptions filled at this Walgreens and paid $250 for her one prescription. She is on a tight fixed income. I saw on add about GoodRX and they may be cheaper than insurance and in this case they were over $100 cheaper. We went back to the pharmacy to return the unopened prescription and buy back using the GoodRX code. We were greeted by a very nice young man whom said he needed to ask the manager. The manager came over and was condescending and rude as well as rejected our return. She said everyone would return their prescription if they found a lower price. This was not a minor variance. I suggest that everyone check out the GoodRX app and stay away from Walgreens. By the way Bashas' was the lowest cost on 2 of her most expensive drugs. I will be giving my business to someone other than Walgreens and especially not that rude manager. read more

This review is only about the pharmacy. I transferred my prescriptions from a really well-run pharmacy in Glendale, AZ. When I started here, it was on par with the great and timely service of my previous experiences. However, a little over a year ago, my experience changed downward. I don't know why, or how, but this pharmacy does not provide adequate or fast prescription service anymore. I have had my online prescriptions canceled for explainable reason and have been left with being told to return later in the week when they would have the order filled. That did not happen more than once. I spent a couple of hours at that point while the tech called around to see if my prescription could be filled. After 45 minutes, they said I could travel 22 miles to pick up my prescription. This happened again today. It was recommended to put all my scrips on auto-refill. This one today was on auto refill. It was delayed and then canceled for no reason. I was told by the tech that they would order it today and have it ready tomorrow. I was told that, if it wasn't available tomorrow, we could call around and finrd another Walgreens to transfer it to. This is not the first time I have gone days without my medications being refilled on time. It will be the last. read more

I am a long time customer of Walgreens. This location is terrible as their service is lacking. I found trying to get answers such as a promotion offered buy one and get 50% off the second one. Problem was they had only one. I asked if I could get a rain check on the second one when inventory came in. Got an absolutely not. Needless to say my business will move to a different pharmacy. Scheduled my COVID booster at the pharmacy. Arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment and was told to wait by the chairs. One other person was ahead of me. 15 minutes later they called the other person so I thought I would be next. I waited another 15 minutes and the same girl at the window that had told me to wait by the chairs said they didn't give Moderna shots. I wasted 35 minutes for nothing. The pharmacy is full of idiots that don't know what their left hand is doing. They have a ROBOT call to tell you there's problems and that you need to call them. Totally wasting precious time for serious medications. Then when you call the number given... that's right! The same stupid robot is there to NOT assist you with the problem AGAIN. When you finally DO get through the humans are about as helpful as the robot and can't handle prescription swaps so they double fill and then say it's too much and you can't have it. GOOD!! I have had interaction with the pharmacy staff when I ordered meds for myself,wife, and children. The Staff have ALWAYS been courteous, professional, and thorough in processing my orders. Also, they are willing to take time to help resolve matters that come up i.e- calling multiple pharmacies to fill a prescription, call myself and insurance to confirm and follow up, and notify our family if a particular item is cheaper over the counter versus filling a order. read more

The layout of the store feels wrong. You need to get past the checkout employees to shop. The blonde cosmetics clerk hangs out by the checkers to chat. It has happened more than once. The store has light traffic. Something needs to be modified. I always leave frustrated w the clerks and the low stock in areas. read more
