My family and I have been to this location several times. It's about 15 minutes from our home.. We usually order our items online for pick up and once you go in, you can conveniently go up to the checkout counter and there is a curbside order pick up station available and we have your name and receipt attached and after picking up the order, you are receive a confirmation later in your email., Also a tip make sure you download the app and clip the coupons you can order and pick up your items conveniently wants to store opened and and before they close. Typically not a fan of CVS with lack of service etc, but this stop today was good. I was greeted when I walked in and while looking for something in the store since I'd never been in a worker asked if I might need help. I appreciated it and was honestly surprised because it's never happened st other locations. The store was clean and I was in and out quickly. There was however no one at the front I could see and had to use the kiosk to check myself out. read more

Then another person came and took my dob and name again and got my meds in no time. Like where tf did the first one go lol. read more

if I could give no stars I would young man tried to help me today and was super nice super sweet has to ask a higher pharmacist some questions and the result was not okay at all. Ironically, this is my first review of this store where I've been going For 14 + years. And, for 12 of those years, when my Aunt and Mom were alive (RIP), this CVS was my go-to place for their prescriptions, and the occasional last minute item. Back then, both the store and pharmacy staff were the same people all the time. And, not only were they professional and courteous, they were also very nice. But, over the past 2.5 years, or so, there has been a lot of staff turnover in both departments. And, a very noticeable less neighborly feel to the place that makes you get your stuff, and get out ASAP. Today, I had to pick up a prescription. And, as I sometimes do after shopping, I used the Drive Thru. While it is convenient, it is also quite dangerous because when exiting the Drive Thru, it's a blind intersection in the parking lot. And, to get to get to the exit on Camelback, you are driving on the wrong side of the parking lot because the inbound traffic is also on the wrong side to go through the Drive Thru. And, if someone isn't paying attention, it's an accident waiting to happen. read more

This is the worse CVS in the history of CVS and they are all pretty sh&tty! They never, ever answer the phone. Ever. We kept driving to the store to get the status on prescriptions. "We're short staffed". Really? All effing day? They kept saying the doctors office hasn't called it in. In fact, the doctor couldn't get thru either and left TWO voicemails. I lost my sh&t on our 3rd trip to the store. Trying to explain my husband needs his medication! Only the pharmacist is allowed to listen to voicemail. The messages were there for 8 freaking hours. EIGHT! I raised my voice and it might have helped. Because when I drove home, less than 10 minutes away, the pharmacist was on the phone with my husband. She listened to the messages. What a novel concept! If this is a life threatening medication, insulin, heart meds, epipen. Have them filled somewhere else. Their staffing issues should not be on the backs of patients who need medication. Maybe make it policy that the pharmacist is required to check voicemail once an hour. Awful, awful, awful "service". read more

Specifically about the pharmacy. As of right now, I've been on hold for about 45 minutes waiting to talk to someone about a prescription I ordered on Friday. It's now Tuesday, I'm out of my meds, and still can't find out when I'll be able to get them. read more

Sad to write this as I have been a customer for over 10 years. Rude pharmacy staff makes the few good people look bad. Pharmacist was friendly, but two of the Techs were wretched. They are currently 24-48 hrs behind, but you wouldn't know because the automated system tells you it is ready when it has not been touched. Then you go in to pick up and it is not ready and too late for them to work on it. Delayed my wife's treatment by 48hrs and told me "we are understaffed and closed early the last two nights". Had they told me, I would have sought out another option. Then, it happened AGAIN today! Moving everything to Fry's, who is cheaper and actually appreciate the business. One of VERY few negative reviews I have ever written. read more

I have plans to vacation in Oahu HI, 4/1/21-4/11/21, which means there are very strict requirements prior to visiting or will have to quarantine for 10 days. I went to an authorized CVS on 3/29/21, 11:52AM to be COVID 19 tested to ensure the time period was within the 72 hrs of boarding the flight on 4/1/21, 10:40AM. The test came back today, 3/30/21, with a negative test, but the "collected" time was 8:52AM, which would put me over the 72 hours of the flight to HI. This is a HUGE error! I am fearing the worst, disappointed in this type of mistake, and the local CVS has pushed me to an 800 number. Now I understand the reason TriCare no longer has a contract with them. read more

I started using this location because it is closer to my house, but it is not worth the "convenience" AT ALL. They never answer the phone and take days to fill my script that takes the other CVS an hour. Will definitely be filling prescriptions back at the further location from now on. Ridiculous. read more

Went for a simple flu shot. I was told someone would bring me papers to fill out and then give the shot. After 30 minutes I was finally told someone was printing the paperwork. I then waited another 10 minutes before receiving the paperwork. Then another 10 for the shot. I went because they advertise how easy and fast it is to receive a shot. We have gone to this location for almost a year and we have had them mess up on the scripts three times and this last time I sent my daughter up to get me wife's prescription and the gave us the wrong dosage. We called back and they told us that we could come back and get the right ones. We couldn't make it for a couple days. When my wife and daughter went back up, the Pharmacy Manager wanted us to pay for the right script and said that there's nothing she could do. When I talked to her on the phone and told her that this was the third time and that this is not right. She said that's the pills left the building and that it's been four days and there's nothing She could do. I said this is ridiculous and that we will take or prescription somewhere else, she said okay have a good night. I called back and talk to the store manager and he said that he had nothing to do with the pharmacy and he couldn't over ride the her. If I wouldn't have caught there mess up on the dosage before my wife started taking the pills, it wouldn't have ended well for us! read more

Stay away from this CVS if possible. The wait time is ridiculously long especially going thru the drive thru. They don't care to have you wait 20+ minutes in the drive thru for a simple pick up. Avoid it!! read more

I shop here at least once a week. Staff is helpful and friendly. The store is well stocked and clean. You can't ask for more. Our 4 generation household also uses the pharmacy on a regular basis, so we can attest to the service. read more

DANGEROUSLY INCOMPETENT! Why we went here for years I don't know, I guess we just kept brushing off their "mistakes". 2 overdoses and 1 almost overdose later and we're done. First they almost overdosed me by wrongly filling my BP meds instead of my Cholesterol meds, CVS acknowledged and apologized. I was lucky to notice when taking my meds in the morning that two of my pills were the same! Then one of the CVS's downtown overdosed my 2 year old by improperly mixing his antibiotic. Nothing "bad" happened but once again CVS acknowledged and apologized and offered to refill the antibiotic correctly but also saying "it was just an antibiotic, nothing bad will happen". The final kicker was when they overdosed my wife by not verifying the dose amount on a narcotic (Pharmacies should ALWAYS verify when dealing with certain narcotics/meds). CVS once again apologized and admitted fault and said that pharmacist was soon leaving (and refunded the purchase amount). My wife was lucky to catch their incompetence soon enough that she did not become addicted or injured. She actually talked to a lawyer and lucky for CVS my wife was not injured or addicted because there would be a pending lawsuit. read more

This is by far the best pharmacy! The pharmacy manager Tilitha was so helpful and pleasant. She even went into the store section to grab me some Coricidin as I was to sick to go in there myself. She went out of her way to make sure she talked to me when I drove through the pick up window. She wanted to make sure I took the meds with food. Everyone there is very pleasant. I was there at 7 pm, and closing time was 9 pm. The pharmacy tech told me they could not fill my prescription that night, in 2 hrs. He was quite rude too, even after putting all my information in the system, still refused to fill it. I went to Walgreen down the street and the pharmacist took care of my prescription within 5 minutes, while I waited in line. CVS has the worst customer service ever. read more

Terrible customer service, as has been noted by others who reviewed this location. I stopped in twice in the past week. Both times I stood at the checkout for a very long time and absolutely no one came forward from the floor to collect my payment. On my first visit after I stood there for nearly 5 minutes I returned my purchases to the shelf, drove across the street to Fry's where I got my items for lower cost and promptly checked out. Today I again stood at the front counter for several minutes and saw no one in the store other than at the pharmacy counter. I walked through the entire store back to the pharmacy counter. There was a couple ahead of me purchasing prescriptions. I waited several more minutes while they completed their transaction. I then stepped up and asked whether I could pay for my OTC medication at that counter as no one was up front to wait on me. The woman behind the counter looked at me and said "no - I need to go talk to her" nodding to another employee behind the counter. She turned around and walked away! I then walked back through the entire store still looking for someone willing to take my payment. I eventually found a young man stocking shelves who, reluctantly, agreed to come check me out.
