Beware when using this Walgreens Pharmacy--always count your prescription before you leave. I previously left a review on Google after being shorted on a 90-pill prescription. Eight months later, it happened again. This time I received only 89 pills. The pharmacist, Zelalem, said he would review the count and call me back. Later, he told me they confirmed 90 pills were dispensed and that there was nothing they could do. Being shorted once is concerning. Being shorted twice at the same pharmacy is unacceptable. I honestly think it's in the job description for pharmacists to have zero customer service. Every time I come in here to pick up a prescription there's never a "hi" never a smile never "how's your day", it's always, "what do you need". I went in today to pick up a prescription for my two year-old that has a double ear infection, she grabbed the medicine, I paid for it, and then she walked away from the counter and didn't say a word. She came back and put the medicine in the bag and she said, "do you have any questions for the pharmacist?" I said yeah how much do I give her? How often do I give it to her and she said it's right there on the paper..... why did you ask me if I had questions for the pharmacist if you were just going to direct me to the piece of paper? That makes absolutely zero sense. I'm not a doctor and I didn't go to school for medicine and I just wanna make sure that I'm giving my daughter the correct dosage of her medicine so that she'll feel better. My visit started with me being respectful, patient, and clear about my needs, but the interaction was soured entirely by Nikki's unprofessional and openly hostile attitude. From the moment I approached the counter (and later the drive-thru), Nikki behaved as though every request from a customer was a personal burden. Her demeanor was one of visible annoyance, which immediately created a stressful environment. The issue began when I needed to transfer a prescription from this Walgreens to the nearby CVS. To ensure the process was handled correctly, I first went to the CVS on Camelback, where a very kind and professional employee named Jason initiated the transfer request from his end. Because my phone was not working, I had to make an extra trip back to Walgreens to confirm they had received and processed the request. Upon my return, Nikki was at the drive-thru window. As soon as she saw me, she rolled her eyes and let out an exasperated sigh, as if my mere presence was an inconvenience. When I politely asked if she could confirm whether my prescription had been transferred out, she did not follow basic protocol she did not ask for my name or date of birth. She simply said "no" without checking, and her tone made it clear she had no interest in verifying or assisting. This was not an isolated moment of impatience. Earlier, when she noticed my address on file was incorrect, she asked with clear irritation if I needed it updated, and snapped when I said no. Nikki's behavior is more than just rude it is unprofessional, undermines trust, and makes a simple process needlessly difficult for customers. Pharmacy visits often occur when people are stressed or unwell, and they deserve patience, respect, and competence. I recognize that many pharmacy staff are overworked, but basic courtesy and minimum professional standards should always be maintained. Employees like Jason at CVS demonstrate how a positive attitude can ease a customer's burden. I hope Walgreens management addresses this issue. Nikki's conduct reflects poorly on your pharmacy and discourages customers from returning. Until changes are made, I cannot recommend this location for pharmacy services. I may also do a video review on Tik Tok and Youtube to spread awareness. Note to Management: Please retrain staff on customer service essentials and ensure all prescription checks are verified with patient identifiers. The community deserves better. read more

I have been using the Walgreens Pharmacy here at Dysart and Camelback for over 6 years. Pharmacy staff here is always accommodating and helpful. Even during COVID, they were open and ready to serve customers. The manager of the Pharmacy, who we refer to as Z for a nickname, is a great person! He's given life saving suggestions for medicines for my husband. He is reliable and always has a smile while at work! Thank you for all your hard work! read more

Good Customer Service I went into Walgreens because I thought I might be coming down with a bug and thought it would be a good idea to stock up on some over the counter medicine. When I arrived at the store I wasn't quite sure what medicine would be the appropriate medicine to take. The pharmacist took the time to answer all my questions even suggested a medicine that would work best. I normally do not go to Walgreens for my prescriptions or over-the-counter drugs. However this will be the place I come in the future. You can't beat this type of customer service. In fact the customer service is so good and fast I didn't have time to walk the aisles looking at the random items you find in drug stores. read more

June 23rd we were in Phoenix visiting from Vegas. I'll have to tell you that Walgreens is one of my favorite stores but after this visit, I will not be shopping there again when I visit Phoenix. First off , the front cashier I believe her name was Mary, refused to help my friends and I. As a matter of fact she actually called an Hispanic lady from the back to assist us. The Hispanic woman was very helpful and friendly, I wish I would have got her name. At some point one of my friends moved over to Mary's line to get checked out and she rudely told her it would be better if she went back over to cosmetics to get checked out. Basically she didn't want to help her. But Mary had no problem helping the Caucasian customers.... read more

This is the WORST WALGREENS for service ever!!! Meaning if you need to ask a question or need help don't bother... as you'll get ignored it's a joke.. HOWEVER, with that said if your coming in for a prescription and your dealing with PHARMACY the people back there have their shit together and it's the only pharmacy I'll go to take my advice do the drive thru... that way you don't have to deal with the incompetence in the main store... read more

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The first incident I had they filled my prescription for only half of the amount. My prescription was for 60 and I received 30 and then when I let them know they had made a mistake they treated me like I was the inconvenience. However, just recently I called to have my prescription filled and was told they were out of my medication so they would partially fill my prescription and then I could pick up the rest today. I called today and was informed that because my prescription was partially filled and it was written over 30 days (January 3rd and it was February 8th, we're talking 5 days) before that they would no longer be able to fill the rest of the prescription and I would need to work with my doctor to get another prescription. When I let them know that it was never explained to me they said "oh well they should have" terrific customer service. I then asked to speak to the pharmacy manager and they would not tell me his full name (against company policy) and they also would not tell me when he was scheduled to work. THIS PLACE's CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Ordered pics online. Got them and they were cut off in Weird spots. After paying 33.00 I called and talked to anthony the manager. He acknowledged how the online app isn't great for ordering pics and to bring them back and he gave me my 33.00 back. No more walgreens app for getting pics..old school for me with getting them developed. I was very happy with the manager and my refund. Great store. read more

This Walgreens location is the worst. I have been on the same medication and dose for years and just turned in scripts in July. The pharmacist and tech said I have no refills when I just turned in 6 months worth. Ever since they changed staff and Tabitha left, this pharmacy has messed up my scripts almost every month. As a cancer patient and I do not have a thyroid, I would think they would handle scripts appropriately. Unfortunately, the new staff could care less about their patients and getting the appropriate medication filled. The staff is RUDE and the male I spoke with about 5 minutes ago is beyond rude and extremely careless. He had the nerve to ask what I want when I explained it to him over and over again. Maybe they think cancer is not serious and not a big deal but I feel it is a huge deal! I am completely disgusted with how he spoke to me. If you don't know what you are doing and how to correct it, you should find another job. You have people's lives in your hands and should start acting like it. read more
