I normally like going to this location because the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. However, the last few times I've gone in for an item that says it's "available" online for in-store pick-up, it's not been in stock. I was told at the register after showing them it shows available online that the "system isn't always accurate and to call in the future." This was one of the worst shopping experiences I've had with Bath & Body Works. I placed an order for 14 candles during the $9.95 sale online, and as soon as I checked out, my card was hit with a $159.16 charge. Then the app immediately crashed and showed an error. No confirmation, no order -- just my money taken. I reached out to customer service, and their response was basically, "Too bad." They told me I'd have to wait 3-5 business days for my money to be returned and that they wouldn't honor the sale price, even though the glitch was 100% on their end. So I'm stuck waiting for a refund and completely lost the sale because of their broken app. These candles were for Christmas gifts. This is unacceptable. A company this big shouldn't be taking people's money, failing to process orders, and then refusing to make it right. Bath & Body Works seriously needs to fix their system and their customer service, because this was beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. read more

The manager needs better training. Came there this morning and was greeted by a woman who worked there saying the soap was $3.25. I grabbed a couple and headed to check out when the woman at the register said they were.$8.95. I let her know that the woman at the door had said a different price so she went and got her manager. The manager said he could not honor what the woman had said. He also insinuated that I was a liar saying people come in they're saying that all the time. I asked him to ask the woman at the door and he said no. I also said what about the customer service and he said he will talk to the woman at the door and that's all. It's not the first time that this happens here. It seems like the employees never are on the same page.. read more

Probably one of the best locations I've been in customer service wise; great explanation of current sales, greeting and willingness to help. I came in today with coupons in hand ready to go crazy on their hand soap sale. I also had a free item with certain $ purchase...mission accepted. I found 6 soaps for $27 as well as hand sanitizers, room spray and my free hand lotion. Store is very clean and well organized. Checkout was fast and easy as well. read more

I drove from buckeye at 8:17pm on a Thursday just to find out they closed early and online it shows they are open until 9pm. I called and told the lady that I was outside and I traveled far and she did not show any empathy. There was people still shopping inside the store. Plenty of other people tried to open the door and it was locked. So don't go to this store after 8pm. I wish I could change the hours in the hospital I work and close at a certain time that I want not one that is published. read more

I am more of an online shopper than an in store shopper. This location always fills my orders and they always take great care in packing my boxes to make sure nothing breaks. I recently took advantage of the buy 2 get 2 candle sale. I ordered 12 candles in total and my first 8 were delivered today. Of the 8 candles all were in perfect condition. I seriously love this Bath and Body location now and had the absolute BEST shopping experience there recently. We all know with COVID, shopping can be a less than an enjoyable experience. However, this was definitely NOT the case. The staff was helpful to my mom and I in finding the scents we were looking for and even steered us toward some items that were on sale and also fit our scent preference. They went out of their way to locate a particular fragrance we were looking for and were patient, understanding, friendly and extremely helpful. Timony (pardon the potential misspelling) was super helpful at checkout, letting me know that a couple of items were buy two get one free and was patient while I ran back to grab another. In a world where it seems like true customer service has vanished and is no more than a distant memory I truly appreciate the Bath and Body works team at the Goodyear location. read more
