The store layout is absolutely perfect for browsing and the flow from department to department is just so good and aesthetically pleasing and calming. Everything is nicely spread out and orderly. There is a clearance rack (kept neat and organized by size) in every department on the floor - this makes this store unique as the ones in NY, Va and Fl have one area where everything is jammed into a small section in the wall and the sizes and hangars are all mixed up. It's more fun to shop in a store like this. Another unique feature, a big one is the caliber and attitude of the managers and employees at this 7577 W Bell Rd store. Every single employee greeted me with a smile in different parts of this store. I hope that the Chairman of Old Navy, Horacio Barbeiton and Zac Posen CEO somehow get to read this review about how absolutely fantastic the team is at this venue. They separate themselves from all other US locations by light years. 1) Emily - never met anyone with her natural energy, kindness, attitude and care. 2) Whitney - was the cashier who also was a superstar. She gave me a military discount with my ID. Natural and so friendly - her sister lives on Long Island NY.Small and beautiful world! 3) Veronica - great worker and a sweet young lady who was so kind and helpful. The glass had some tape residue at the top where I had taped it to keep from the back falling off. The girl tells me "we can't clean stained glass". I said it's not "stained" it's some tape residue. I said , you mean to tell me, you would just frame it and keep that in the glass and give it back? She said "yes". I went home and got was cleaner, I ran back to the store and wipes the residue off. Today I go back to pick it up and there's a dirty Mat, little black things all stuck between the mat and glass. This is a brand new mat I paid for. It's also dirty from hands on the top of the mat. The little Red head who works the shop does not like me, I've been very nice but I simply pointed out "glass is not stained when there's a price tag on it or tape residue and it makes no sense she would say "we can't clean stains off glass". I stopped her and told her my daughter was the only one going in. She did not like my response, as she walked my daughter to the fitting room she mumbled something like "you don't have to be rude about it" but I did not need her lecturing me when I did not even move when she told us the room was ready only my daughter did. One of the worst things an employee can do in customer service is to assume they know what the customer is thinking or doing.
