Old Navy's best retail store in the US is on W Bell Road in Peoria, Arizona. This location is the cleanest. The store layout is absolutely perfect for browsing and the flow from department to department is just so good and aesthetically pleasing and calming. Everything is nicely spread out and orderly. There is a clearance rack (kept neat and organized by size) in every department on the floor - this makes this store unique as the ones in NY, Va and Fl have one area where everything is jammed into a small section in the wall and the sizes and hangars are all mixed up. It's more fun to shop in a store like this. Another unique feature, a big one is the caliber and attitude of the managers and employees at this 7577 W Bell Rd store. Every single employee greeted me with a smile in different parts of this store. I hope that the Chairman of Old Navy, Horacio Barbeiton and Zac Posen CEO somehow get to read this review about how absolutely fantastic the team is at this venue. They separate themselves from all other US locations by light years. 1) Emily - never met anyone with her natural energy, kindness, attitude and care. 2) Whitney - was the cashier who also was a superstar. She gave me a military discount with my ID. Natural and so friendly - her sister lives on Long Island NY.Small and beautiful world! 3) Veronica - great worker and a sweet young lady who was so kind and helpful. I like Old Navy. Not too often I find clothing I like. I mainly enjoy shopping in the children's clothing section. They tend to have a lot of sloppy or wrinkly or faded looking clothes. Just not my style. I do not like to iron nor do I have much time to. Every once in a while I get lucky here. Today I really liked a few sun dress. But nothing my size. This store is conveniently located in the arrowhead area. The store was clean and had some good sales going. We were mainly shopping for kids clothes and they were out of a lot of styles that we were looking for. They have a good selection of clearance items as well which was nice. In stead of going into the store I might just shop online as they were stocked online but the kids wanted stuff now. The employees were nice and helpful and I'm sure we will pop in again. read more

I've never had to write a bad review for a clothing store but sadly today's experience changed that. I was literally refused from purchasing a pair of pants for a on line sale price. I even showed the manager I'm able to purchase through the website and pick up in store for the sale price. His response was "sorry not today" extremely rude and arrogant attitude. Spencer is the employees name and he's the store manager. It will be reported to corp office as well to make sure people are given proper customer service. Do better! read more

Great store with a good location. It was very clean and organized inside and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the layout of the store with the cash registers away from the front of the store. (Probably done on purpose so we could not see how long the checkout line was.) But I still bought. I would have liked to see more cashiers than 2 especially at a busy time (6-8pm) when most people come in for shopping on a weeknight. I do also have to comment that the girl taking care of the fitting rooms was doing stellar and on top of her game. She made sure all the rooms were clean and ready for others. This was great compared to the store in Goodyear I have gone to in the past. I recommend going to this store if you can. read more

There's one thing I usually dread every year and that's back to school shopping. There never seems to be great deals anymore . We went to two other stores and left with nothing because prices are ridiculous. It was a breath of fresh air to walk into Old Navy today. Not only were we greeted right away, there were so many employees ready to help and at the register. I came in looking for even a few things for my son and left with 10 outfits under $100. I had bought some exercise leggings, 77th Ave & Bell, couple weeks ago and received an email today stating those same leggings are on sale. I called and asked if they would give me credit for the difference. Joe the manager said to come on in and see what he could do because not all leggings were on sale. Old Navy has this wonderful option of ordering online and picking up in store which I thought was great. Before I ordered I made sure they had the size I needed. Within 2 hours I received an email saying that my order was cancelled because they did not have my size and that I would be refunded in 7-10 days. (( they obviously took my money before checking if the store had my size and before my order was cancelled!! )) Here we are and I still have not received my money back. I called the 800 number and was told that they cannot do anything and instead I needed to call the store to get the cancellation hold lifted. I called the store immediately after and they told me they can't lift any kind of hold because they don't have those capabilities and that the only thing I can do is call my bank and dispute the charge. WTF?!?!!!?!! Honestly, I've been shopping at old navy for 10+ years and I never will again. I've never had to deal with not getting my money back if my order was cancelled or returned and I don't have the product I paid for. This is the 21st century and I shouldn't have to have my bank argue over a $20 dress I never received because it was out of stock after I placed the order!!!!! This old navy usually has a great selection and sale rack, but the employees all seem to hate their jobs and are SO SLOW! This weekend we went in to use "super cash" which are coupons from previous shopping trips. So they incentivize you to come back again by giving you 10$ off a 25$ purchase or 20 off of a 50$ purchase. Nonetheless I had 80$ in super cash. I get up the register perfectly budgeting how much I needed to buy to utilize all my coupons and she said they could only be used one per transaction, so she'd need to split it up. I HAD 6 COUPONS! Needless to say it took forever and quite frankly the policy is stupid. I know this was not the sales person fault, but the line was so long and noticed other people with the same issue. Regardless I will keep shopping here as the selection is definitely bigger and more organized than other locations. read more

I just realized my kid is becoming Old Navy poster child. As long as mom can score some bargains, that's ok. I started shopping at Old Navy just recently. It is one of those stores you know exist, but you never get inside. And I'm glad I did. There is always something on sale, either it's adult jeans for $15 or kid's winter jackets for $20. For boy that will grow out of it in a few months, I really don't want to spend more. I think there is enough selection for adults too. Do not even bother going to this location. Mostly teen girls that work here and they are rude and don't want to help you. Ordered jeans online during the 60% off sale and got 2 wrong pairs plus one that still had a theft alarm on the leg. When i went to return them and they stated the obvious that i was returning jeans that weren't on the receipt, tried to explain and they just didn't want to listen i told them i just wanted the right jeans and they tried to charge me full price when i had already paid for the jeans just didn't get the correct pair. I have had so many issues that i have spent $125 on jeans and i don't have a single pair because i wear tall jeans and there only online. Have done surveys and contacted customer support and no one cares. Been shopping here since 2016 and now i will never order from here again. read more

Finally got to check out the new location and it's alright. I do love how bright it is and the quick change rooms are a great idea. I love the new fitting rooms as well they are very spacious and layed out better then the previous location. Service was alright, about the same as the old location, which makes sense since I'm sure the staff just moved. Sales don't seem as good though. Old Navy has always been the go to for grabbing a fabulous deal. They had the clearance area stocked with things marked down by $2, that's not a clearance sale if you ask me! The sales in the rest of the store were a bit better but not much. I still prefer the Frank Lloyd Wright location. read more

The sales racks have a lot of options and I have found some great options. They are a smidge slow at the register, but I think that's relative to today's rat race. Everyone's in a hurry. She has helped me twice. Once she offered to dig for my size in the massive pile of tshirts, as well as answered my question honestly when I asked if the tshirts are prone to shrinkage. Another time she offered to call another location to find my items that they did not have. First she looked on line and told me about free shipping since I ordered in store. Ships straight to my home. On line didn't have what I wanted, so she called the closest Old Navy to see if they had it. Sure enough they did and it was on hold for me. Thank you Chelsea! Old Navy is great! Customer service here is as friendly as it could be. Associates are ready and willing to help you find anything you're looking for. Even the people organizing the clothes in the dressing room are so upbeat and ready to help you out. It was great. I really like the selection they have in the store. It is my style. The sizes are reasonable and are available across all styles. Usually when you try on one pair of shorts, you know your size for all pants in the store. Its refreshing compared to the constant gamble you come across in other stores. It also makes shopping on their website so much easier and stress free. I'm not super impressed with Old Navy's new location and it seems a lot smaller to me. It is a bit brighter, which is nice, and the main things they've changed are the dressing rooms and the checkout set up. It's a lot nicer to have one counter that everyone stands in the same line for that way it's faster and you don't have to play the whole guessing game of line racing. I like shopping at Old Navy so I guess I'll just have to get used to it! read more

Poor customer service. Long lines at checkout with only one cashier. Workers were too busy putting things away to actually cash people out.

I placed an order on Monday - and received a message that a couple of the items were unavailable. That can happen - I understand the busy shopping season - so I placed another order on Tuesday. Yet again, there were items no longer available (yet they showed as available on the website). I paid for overnight shipping on both orders - and called to complain about my frustration at the lag in shipping time - and unavailable items. The agent I spoke to was very sweet - and refunded my shipping costs. (great since they did not come overnight!). Wednesday (yesterday) I called yet again as I had still not received shipping information on the second order and I was told that my package was ready and waiting for UPS to pick up. I explained to the agent that I needed the package to arrive no later than Friday and was assured that it would be here. This morning, I received yet another email stating that more of my order was unavailable (so it had NOT been packaged) and there is still no shipping information available for the items that are remaining in the order. Now, I am incredibly upset and called in to complain. the agent was very dismissive of me - basically telling me that there was nothing he could do about it - but he was sorry. I got frustrated and hung up on him and called back to speak with a different agent. This time, the agent was a very sweet girl that did her best to help me but really couldn't do much about the shipping delay. However, we did see that the items that were cancelled from both orders were actually available for purchase - but may be a bit delayed. However, the discount did not equate to the price I would have paid with the sale that was previously happening. I did appreciate her kindness though and wasn't able to take her up on the deal as my daughter took my debit card with her. Now, to add insult to injury, I received part of the order and you shipped me the WRONG SIZE!!! I am so incredibly not happy at this point I will NEVER shop through your website again. Now, I am calling again and requested a supervisor and have been on hold for over 15 minutes. I am 48 years old and this has truly been one of the worst shopping experiences of my life! read more
