Sally at the Chanel desk was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure the gift we were buying was dressed up to be special enough for Mother's Day. We mentioned that it was a gift so she proceeded to get a box, put tissue paper in there to secure the perfume we bought, put a cute sleeve with flowers on over the signature Chanel box and tied a very nice bow over the entire thing before putting it in a bag and fluffing up some tissue paper. Caution. This place is full of lies and deceit and will not do what they say. They are a joke with their "presidential" team lol. I bought a couch for $5000 and paid $2500 in cash. Half of the couch was delivered backwards and would not work for us. They said I would need to pay for the new items then they would refund me when they got the return. I paid cash they said I would get cash back once the return hit but it would come in a check and take 30 Days. I have a recording of the sales rep It's not day 75 and nothing. Lies deceit. Manager deceit and lies. Macys makes how much money per day and they cannot give me my money. Their latest solution is to credit my Macys account which has 2 years no interest so then I don't get my cash and also I dont take advantage of the 2 years 0%. I've had managers call me patron themselves on the back for "helping me" when they have done nothing of the sort. Jason is a snotty manager supposedly a store manager with no concern for customer satisfaction. Place all around is a joke. Jason, the store manager just called me today. I went to the estée lauder counter and had the worst experience! not only was I duped out of my money and LIED TO! but i had to come back 3 times im seriously mad by their attitude towards me and not even letting me finish my sentence without yelling at me but she tried to tell me a lie i was trying to explain I never got a gift with purchase and she wouldn't let me return my item not only did i encounter awful behavior and attitude upon the store but the product wasn't even good! i recommend going to the Lancôme counter they were much more helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the product i was looking for. read more

We visited this Macy's store today on Veterans Day so there was a lot of people there. There was also a lot of great deals! The sales were mostly marked as Black Friday deals. We're looking specifically for silverware and we ended up getting a gorgeous set for 50% off which we are very happy with. The store itself is quite large and has a lot of nice merchandise especially for Christmas! This includes including beautiful apparel for everyone in the family, Christmas themed bedding and a lot of Christmas Ornaments. There is a bathroom in the Macy's store which I used and it was clean. There is also a Starbucks. This store is located at a mall, so it's very convenient to shop other stores too. The reason for my 3 star review is simply that it was impossible for us to find out how much the items cost. We were able to get some help from a very nice store employee named Carolyn from inventory who did use her price checker machine to check some of the silverware prices for us. But other than that we had to take any item we wanted and go over to the price checker which was a little bit further away and inconvenient to do so. Unlike other stores that just have sign up for a certain discount and you can calculate it yourself you had to go to do the price check on every single item because it wasn't inconsistent discount offered. Fragrance counter service with Doni was unbelievably insulting! It's extremely disappointing and exhausting at this point to know that she wakes up every morning choosing racism! Doni profiled me and attempted to alter my selection and at experience Macy's counter! When confronted with the transactional errors (including signing for my transaction)she'd made, she lied to the Management team whi then argued on her behalf ! Service was horrible. I went o. To purchase knives on sale. They were showing online and in store price was the same. Salesperson said it was $100 more. I showed her the code online. She said she could save me another 25% if I signed up for the card. Bringing my item to around $100. After she ran my credit 3 times and had Citibank call me 3 times. I was denied. She gave me a piece of register tape and said call this number to find out why. She took my knives behind her. Wow, I never planned on getting more off and wasn't asked if I still wanted to make the purchase. By the way the paper did not have the phone number to call. I called iv penny credit and they told me I was approved and I would receive a notice for duplicate applications. I'd been waiting for those knives to be on sale and wasted 30 minutes in the store with someone who does not understand customer service. A young man who also worked there kept coming by to see if she needed help. She did but didn't ask. I left without purchasing what I drove 45 minutes for and irritated to say the least. My biggest find? Macy's Backstage! The only Backstage we have in the valley in at Arrowhead Town Center. I walk away with some great deals! From dresses, to tops, to jeans for 10 bucks! Macy's Backstage has not let me down yet! When traveling I will hit up what ever Macy's in the area and check out there backstage too. I've always purchased my makeup at Macys Biltmore location. I love shopping at Macys but I've noticed the last couple times that the eyeliner I purchased must be old. I use Lancôme idole liquid eyeliner. It comes out dry and crumbles when I put it on. I'm not sure if it's been sitting around a while or possibly expired. I don't know. I've returned one eyeliner but I think I will just purchase it from somewhere else Moving forward. I'm giving 5 stars for that reason. read more

Macy's Arrowhead Town Center As we all know the stores carry limited selections in nearly every department. I dislike shopping online for obvious reasons and I'm beyond tired of returning nearly every clothing purchase as of late, due to poor quality workmanship, ill fit, off colour and plain cheap fabric. There is one female at the 2nd floor return counter who is constantly rude and indifferent. She has tattoos on her fingers and her arms, wears thick, false eyelashes and her facial expression resembles that of someone who bit into a lemon and her personality is just as sour. Store management: if you're going to hire someone who is working with the public, then hire an individual who is pleasant in personality and enjoys personal interaction! This one shouldn't be at any front counter, in any customer service position -period. If I have to have another up front and personal experience with this one, I will ask for her manager. read more

I was out of town, so when I returned and saw the Macys bill from a purchase in May, I called and paid my bill in full rather than make monthly payments. I then get a bill for $2.20 (for interest), which is annoying because the rep told me I was given the full amount to pay it off. It took me close to 5 minutes to get thru their ridiculous voice automated system, which then disconnected me. Had to go thru it all again, to be connected to someone I could barely understand. This review is an update to my original review as I waited for my ring to return from the Macy's jeweler. Yesterday marked 3 weeks since I sent my ring back to have it correctly soldered. I was concerned that the rings would not look like their original condition but I was willing to wait and hope for the best. Yesterday I received a call from Pari Pouladian, the Macy's employee at who originally assisted me at the Macy's jewelry counter, and advised me that my ring had arrived that day and it looked beautiful. After two months of not having my wedding rings I was excited to hear that it had arrived. Last evening my husband and I drove to Macy's to pick up my rings and Pari met us with a big smile. She presented us with the rings and to our surprise the rings were in fact beautiful and looked as if they were in the original condition. While our saga comes to a conclusion it is important to remember that the employees are the face and reputation of any business and that we hope that Pari is recognized by her employer, Macy's, for her commitment to their customers. Tracy manager Michael did return Buyer beware of Macy's at Arrowhead Mall August 1st I bought what I thought would be the perfect navy blue dress to attend my nephews wedding on October 1st out of state. I was wrong. The dress I tried on didn't have an original tag but I didn't think anything I'd it. I bought the dress and it stayed in my closet until it was time to pack. I should have inspected the dress better when I purchased it. The dress had an odor that I didn't notice before so I took it to the dry cleaners. When they looked at the dress they noticed a stain on the lower half of the dress. I had it cleaned I really wanted too wear this dress and it was also the day before we were leaving. The stain did not come out completely so I had to scramble to find another dress. I returned the dress to Macy's at the Arrowhead Mall. They did refund the dress but I felt they should have reimbursed me for the dry cleaning since it was their staff that resold the dress after it was obviously previously returned. Tracy, a manager that was called to the desk and she refused to reimburse the $18 cleaning fee because I didn't have to get it cleaned I could have just returned it. I just wanted to wear the dress I had purchased. If it has come clean I would have and there would have been no issue. I would have absorbed the cleaning fee even thought I shouldn't have had to. It's a Navy blue, knee length Calvin Klein dress and my guess it that it's back on the rack to be resold for the 3rd time. read more

I have gone to this store a few times. I found it difficult to shop for everything I needed. Like everyplace else, there just isn't enough help. This last visit was vastly different. I finally got a personal shopper. Kristina was most helpful in replacing my old worn out wardrobe. I haven't really shopped for myself in probably 5 years and it showed. I feel like Macy's service has gone down the hill since days long ago. Mid December in a Saturday, the women's shoe department has one person working the register, which had a line a mile long. Whyyyy during the holidays would you have such a popular department so lightly staffed? Makes no sense. 3 stars because the poor gal working the line was a hustler... constantly making a note to thank those waiting for their patience while gracefully moving the line. She seriously deserves a raise after putting up with a bunch of impatient, eye rolling and frankly hostile women. I didn't catch her name but now sure wish I did. I've struggled to get ahold of anyone on the phone at this location. I had purchased rings from the jewelry department and never got a call or notice when they were ready. I called no less than 10 times across a week time and waited on hold 45+ minutes each time. It's an hour drive to the location for me so I wanted to be sure they were ready before I trek over there. Beware, Macy's apparently thinks it's ok to have men in the women's dressing room. Yesterday I was waiting in line to use the dressing room and a man was in a stall with his wife. He was going in and out to retrieve other outfits. The lady waiting next to me said she complained earlier about the situation and they did nothing about it. This is completely unacceptable. Macy's is nothing but a glorified Kohl's. I don't think Kohl's would even allow this. Kohl's is cleaner and has more staff and is organized. They are over priced. But if you look good enough for the clearance items they are even cheaper then the price on the tag, sometimes. They have some good deals sometimes you just have to look and wait. I got 2 trees that light up what I was looking for and one of them cost $200 and I found some for $40 so of course I bought 2 and checked if it worked home and they did and came back and bought the last 2. After Christmas they have great sale on items. Purses are super expensive. They have so many perfumes to choice from. Also they have Mac products and other make up as well. read more
