I accidentally came across this cute boutique as I was grabbing lunch in the area. The store was little but it had so much to offer. Bridget immediately greeted us and asked for our names, we were in there for about 40 minutes cause I kept finding great items. The entire time I was there the entire team were very nice. Their sale was outstanding, I got a few items and their quality was good! Definitely coming back every time we're in AZ. read more

I'd say this is a very special boutique for very special people... I just cannot fathom dropping $100+ on many of the clothing items in their store. Could I afford it? Sure, but are these clothes truly worth the price? I really don't think so. Employees have always been super friendly but the last few times I've been in, the workers (who were teens / young) are trying hard to play their part of salesperson. I'd hear them say to practically anyone inside... how great this looks on you... that outfit is perfect on you... Basically saying what they will to get a purchase done. Definitely not my go-to spot for shopping, that's for sure. read more

So I remember stopping by here a few years ago and ended up walking out with some great jeans and shirt. Bridgette really raised my cool factor, haha. I didn't ever really think about my style and thought boutiques were really expensive and pretentious, not here. I felt really comfortable and am a lifelong fan of Roka. They have really cool shopping events and an app that's a loyalty program, social media even a "style idea" part that I can submit pieces I have purchased and like to wear together! So not only is this place current in what's going on in style, they're current in what's going on in tech. Men's department is even better these days. I hate waking into a place and seeing so much dedicated to women. As far as Boutiques in the Phoenix metro area, this one has been here a long time and continues to be on top of style. read more

I got me some Paper denim jeans on sale here for $45, an English Laundry tee and some Donald J Pliner shoes for half off - and ever since I was hooked. Roka is a small mens/womens boutique in the Arrowhead AJ's shopping center - heavy on the denim with shirts, sweaters, belts and shoes. The owners are friendly and offer guests water and candy when you're shopping (or maybe it's just me). Every so often they'll have a steal of sale - including their denim sales in February. I love going to Roka, especially when they have sales on Jeans. They have a small very personal boutique with a great little variety of clothes that I usually love....my problem is not buying to much. One year they had jean 50% off and I went nuts and bought 4-5 pair of designer jeans. The shirts are always soft and cool looking. I have not been by in a while but I need to since my clothing selection is depleting badly, worse than my bank account. read more

I specifically asked the sales girl what the return policy was because I was in a boutique. She told me that I can "return the item within 7 days and with the receipt." I went back three days later with tag on item and receipt and they would not let me return it. Apparently there is a sign on the counter that says "exchange only" however the salesgirl never said I could only exchange. I would've never purchase an item that could not be returned. I should not be at fault because the employees information was incorrect. The owner refused to return my money and she was extremely rude about it. She told me not to yell at her, when I was no where near yelling. Now I have a credit there and I never want to shop there again. terrible customer service. read more

I sent my husband in for a specific green color Cleobella wallet clutch, for Christmas. He ended up sending my mom in to purchase it who purchased the wrong color green. It was a Christmas gift remind you so when I went in to just even exchange it (19 days after the purchase date) for the same exact item, just for the color I had originally fell in love with, they wouldn't do the exchange because it had been past 7 days and she claimed the olive green one I was exchanging wasn't in their system anymore (they had same exact olive green one still for sale) . 1- who has a 7 day exchange policy and 2- at Christmas time?? For anyone who is familiar with the Cleobella clutches, they are not cheap! I wanted to love my new clutch wallet. I didn't want to return it, I didn't want to exchange it for a different item or a different priced item. I wanted to exchange it for the same exact, same priced item just a different color. Very poor business because not only will I never shop here again, I will continue to tell this story to others. read more

The sales staff is awesome! Location is great and they have extended hours for the west side of town. Honestly, it is one of the best boutiques I have found in the valley. I'm used to living in big cosmopolitan cities with cutting edge fashion, so have had trouble finding a store to meet my needs.
