Sara was great! I'm always down for vintage whether true or inspired. They have a lot of swing dresses which is my thing but also have the bohemian style too. I was specifically looking for swing dresses with pockets which was more limited than I thought. Sara was so nice to pull any that were my size. I tried them, but only took one home. The management is so friendly is always keeping up with the seasonal wear. I visit this cute shop with my best friend every time she comes down from Tucson. The store has everything from goth to rockabilly, hippie, and old school vintage. Clothes, shoes, purses, backpacks and hats. They really have it all and stay on top of current trends. What a cute and locally owned store in Glendale, and the color of the building front is pink!! The store had an eclectic mix of retro, vintage, Halloween-gothic type clothes, jewelry, and even Hello Kitty items. They surprisingly carried some styles with larger sizes. Note that their return policies on Shopify don't claim that they aren't responsible for damaged orders (they say that they work with the customer o resolve it) and they also don't offer Route or any other shipping protection. I really had high hopes for this store, me and my two daughters went after seeing this place on Instagram, we went in with high hopes and a big budget to spend, unfortunately we only bought one item due to the fact that there was no costumer bathroom, I was sent two shops down were I was told I could go use the restroom Not to mention the employee was very fake with her spirt and uncomfortable to talk to. The second you walk in the store you get a very weird vibe. but thanks to them we discovered an amazing new Mexican small restaurant named Don Juan's the bathroom was originally only for paying costumers but they were willing to let me use there restroom after explaining what happened at the pink boutique, we spent a good amount on a Horchata and some delicious cardne asada fries and some other quick bites, I will bring my family back for family Friday dinner. I hope the next person to enter the store has a way better experience then I did. read more

I was excited to go and check this place out after seeing their posts on instagram. It is a huge store and I love how it is decorated. I wear a 2x and was excited to shop since it advertises up to 3x but when I started to dig into stuff I was bummed because there isnt a huge selection of bigger sizes. The pin up items seem to be on the smaller side. My daughter loved all the stickers. I got a kick ass purse. I will totally go back and check it out again. read more

DONT SHOP THERE! One step in the door and was yelled at and told to leave basically. This was my very first visit to this store and honestly was VERY excited to go shopping and was planning on buying quite a bit, because they had retro clothing and it was a local business and I like to support local businesses but I was VERY disappointed. I was looking at the displays they had in their windows and I literally took one step into the store and was yelled at saying "DO YOU HAVE A MASK!?!?!?! I said no and they said YOU CANT SHOP HERE THEN!!! This place is VERY rude and honestly I don't think it was a "MASK" issue I think it was a RACIAL issue. -When I first walked in, the three employees were gathered around the register chatting...looked like the Kardashian sisters. -There were a lot of furniture pieces like you find at World Market/Pier 1, is it a furniture store? Co-op? Clothing Boutique? I guess all three. -The furniture looks out of place, it's like "we're a furniture store now trying to be a cool, hip artsy boutique..." -The store had a mish-mosh of stuff, newer clothing, jewelry, furniture, rockabilly/goth clothing, retro antiques, handmade things, Blue Q bags, etc...different dealers/vendors? -Bright pink and red painted on the walls...thus the name of the shop. I think there was also pastel pink, bright purple, and blue too. The bright colors and blaring music can give you a headache, ("let me outta here!") -Prices were pretty decent, saw some things that were inexpensive. -Parking can be convenient (along the front) depending on the time of the day or weekend. Always check the online store of the brand item. Have found a few of their items that are priced really high or the item is actually on sale online for WAY cheaper. Sucks because you want to support a small business but paying $104+ for an item that's $47.24 and then $59.31 with shipping is...disappointing....the store itself is cute and you find some neat stuff but definitely check online to be sure you're getting the best price especially because majority of the items in store are from another online shop that they purchase from and then raise the prices. They do carry a few unique items in store but majority is from another online store/brand so just triple check the prices online so you get the best price. read more

Where do I start? As a shopper, writer and publicist I love Pink House. Danica, the owner, is amazing. We used her apparel on a few morning show segments for our models and fell in love with her store. The staff is laid back and friendly, the store decor is fun and flirty and the apparel is trendy and affordable. Some jewelry and shoes are pricey, but you won't see anyone else wearing it, so its worth the price. Basically, you can find an affordable outfit and a unique piece all in the same place. My favorite part of Pink House is the home decor items placed throughout the store. From unique decor accessories to full sized eclectic furniture...its definitely worth the visit. A co-worker has been telling me for months I would love this store, and to come check it out. So I stopped in on my way home from work to try to find a dress for a funeral I'm attending. Really glad I did. The place is very cute, and there's a lot of selection without the place being over crowded. It wasn't exactly what I was expecting (more "vintage inspired" than actual vintage) but I was like a kid in a candy store here. The girl working in the shop was very helpful. The music (as one reviewer complained) wasn't loud, and it definitely wasn't rap. There are several different brands and things, as well as lots of handmade accessories and what not. The prices are unbelievable. The dress I went home with today was $28. I own something very similar I bought at unique-vintage and paid $165 for. They carry lollyPOP vintage clothes. Which are beyond cute. And saved me the trip to the actual lollyPOP store, which is where I was headed next. The only things I didn't like about the store were completely unrelated to the actual store. A group of women came in acting silly and making jest at some of the "gaudier" items (aimed at women much younger than them). Personally, I find that rather disrespectful not only to me (who is in there shopping because clearly these items fit my personal style) but to the owners/employees of the store. Sigh. Another find via Local First AZ Independence Week, the place gets an extra star for being a co-op style boutique... this has got to guarantee variety and uniqueness (so I hope, I'm often in Glendale visiting family...bonus the 60/Grand Ave entrance is right around the corner). The place did make me wish I was a decade younger, as they trend twds punky chic to gothy (cute) skulls. I'm not so cool to pull off that look, but there are some good finds here. The first time I visited this store it was just about the best furniture shop I had ever been in. I reviseted the store hoping to find a bed that the girl and I had fallen in love with to find they had completely revamped the store. They are now more of a boutique store with more clothing and accessories than the incredible furniture that I had fallen in love with. The store is still pretty rad and certainly visitable but I was disapointed at how little furniture they now had including a lack of the bed I wanted. They have Sailor Jerry stuff and Tokidoki which is always cool...crosses and nick nacks. The store has an overall cool feel to it. Not a bad shop to check out if in the area, but I won't go out of my way for the furniture again. If you are a lady who is of the style persuasion that likes the Tokidoki and Sailor Jerry type stuff and you live on this side of town this place is a real gem. read more

They have some great, one of a kind things. I saw a sign in the store that said they have new shipments in weekly. I have been to the glendale historic district about 3 times now but missed dopping into the Pink House.Today, i made a trip just to do so ! The store has a variety of recycled items that look really unique.I luved the small tote bags they had but didnt find one in the size/color i wanted.Hopefully i will next time.The store has about 5-6 sections with clothes,jewellery,shoes,bags etc from different artists.If you are luking for unique peices of jewellery you will luv this place.I didnt find the clothes meeting my style.They has skulls printed on quite a few of their outfits,not my style ! Got free earrings for checking in! Got a super cute checkered top that was a little out of my normal realm of what I wear, and I love it. An employee recommended places to see in different parts of Arizona which was really cool. The place has gotten less full of product, but the selection is great. Very funky and hippy and chic. Shop here if you want to be treated like a criminal. I found what I had thought to be a classic gem during Glendale Glitters. Cute, hippie-ish, right up my alley. I walked in and was greeted by what seemed to be a friendly staff, until I started looking around. Every corner some one was right behind me watching my every move. I was checking out some necklaces and asked who I presumed to be the owner, if they were authentic crystals. She replied with a stale "yes" as if not even interested. Her overly "friendly" staff also helped me with some necklaces, saying they would hold them at the front for me. (Not a huge deal, I've worked in retail, and I know people steal) So I was not bothered by that. But when I go to check out, (over $70 in jewelry) I go around to the front to check out some other last minute bracelets when I look up and see the blond who was helping me point at me to the manager as if to let her know I was stealing. I was appalled by what I was seeing, they quickly tried to play it off as if they were talking about a sweater.. I understand being overly cautious but to make me feel uncomfortable shopping is just ridiculous! I still bought the necklaces against my better judgement of giving undeserving businesses my hard earned money. I will not shop here again or recommend to anyone I know. Cute stuff but the worst customer service! A very unfriendly atmosphere where the workers constantly looked at you with disdain and resentment. I felt like I was being watched and followed the entire time. We never received a friendly greeting nor felt welcome there. On top of that, the dressing rooms had literally nothing to hang your clothes on. I had to drop my clothes including the ones I wanted to try on on the dirty unswept floor. I didn't buy a thing solely because of the unpleasant atmosphere. Will never go back to an establishment who treats customers in that manner.
