This Shop and the wonderful woman who owns it ( Debbie) is one of the rare finds in Glendale. She may not be everyone's cup of tea, but one thing is for certain she is honest and forth comming, she holds no ressolve for B/S and she can tell you where you can take your opinion and attitude any day of the week. I went to your shop this morning, and you did not make me feel welcome. You had the Taj Mahal of beautiful things, but you are not a good representative of your own shop! If you don't like people, you should not be serving the customers! I also did not like that you had no prices on any of the jewelry. No one wants to have to ask you and you can come up with any price in the world. I would say if you want to stay in business and really sell the jewelry and not have a museum there, you need to be happy and welcome and talk to your customers, and please please put an honest price on your jewelry. It would be hard to find a store ANYWHERE in the USA that has this HUGE and rare a collection of treasures. Whether you want to spend a little or alot, the selection is BIG! The owner is a charming lady who is more than willing to take time to explain the fascinating history of some of the most famous vintage jewerly makers in the world! It doesn't matter what decade you are into, whether it is 1930's Art Deco, or 1960's MOD, or 1950's sparkling rhinestone parure sets... THIS is the place to come. Deb probably has the answer and if she doesn't, knows where to find it. Not just jewelry either. Campaign buttons, post cards, lace-trimmed hankies, furniture, you name it. My husband, daughter and I were browsing antique stores in the area and we popped in Antique Haven to have a look around. We had our 2 year old in a stroller as we were walking around town. As we walked by the counter the lady loudly said to her associate "I don't know what they don't understand about, NO STROLLERS" Apparently there was a sign on the door that I didn't see....we left immediately with a bad taste in our mouths for sure. Our daughter is a saint by the way and hadn't made a peep. Very rude. Not a welcoming or friendly place at all. We will not be going there again. read more

The owner of Antique Haven has been in business for years and she is one of the most honest and kind antique dealer I have ever met. I have bought several items from Deb, I have found things in her shop and online that I could not find elsewhere. She has great prices, nothing is ever overpriced, she has reduced prices on items I have bought and allowed me to buy on layaway. I have never known her to be unkind to anyone and she is certainly not biased as to the color of one's skin nor their sexual orientation. When I walked in an began to browse the display cases, I was overwhelmed but excited at the massive selection of bling jewelry! My next thought was that I had found my jewelry destination. The great thing to me was that it was all sorted by color, so if you need something in a particular color scheme, it is all in one area. Although I felt I could stay for hours looking at everything, I later realized that unless I had a friend with me, no one was going to speak to me. When I approached the lady behind the counter with a "I love this store!", I was met with a blank stare and no smile. I quickly realized the sign next to the door that said 'this is not a McDonald's playground' spoke volumes - that this is not a happy place. I've been to this store for many years and have never seen a bad attitude or misconduct from the owner. Anyone who says anything different has mental problems; not her. So many antique stores have gone out of business, but Antique Haven continues to go on, so she must be doing something right. Her items are arranged so nicely and I love the jewelry area. She also has many things for sale on Ruby Lane. You can shop from your computer. If you go in the store, plan to spend some time in there because it's a long store with so many wonderful items to look at and buy. I'll be back for sure! read more

I ordered "pearls" from antique haven through ruby lane. When they arrived they were fake. I contacted her and sent her photos and she told me to send them back cheapest way which I did. After a couple of weeks she kept saying they hadn't arrived and I was running out of time with paypal so had to lodge a dispute. She wrote that I was fraudulent. In the end I got my refund - no apology from her. So all I did was order goods in good faith, found she was the one selling fraudulent goods and returned them only for her to disrespect my reputation. Terrible customer service and she sells fake goods to stay away. read more
