I don't usually write reviews, but this experience truly deserved one. After being scammed by the original seller of my brand-new engagement ring, I was heartbroken -- something that was supposed to be special turned into such a disappointment. When I brought it to this family-owned jewelry store, they treated me with such kindness and compassion from the very first moment. They didn't just fix my ring -- they restored my trust. They took the time to explain everything, worked carefully to repair it, and somehow made it even more beautiful than when I first got it. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I left not only with my ring shining like new, but with so much gratitude in my heart. This store went above and beyond, and I'll never forget how they helped turn a bad experience into something truly meaningful. It's rare to find such integrity and craftsmanship these days. You can really tell they take pride in their work and treat their customers like family. I'll definitely be coming back here for all my future jewelry needs! read more

All I can say is WOW! What an awesome experience! I found Treasures using Yelp and all the positive reviews are true! From the moment I walked in the door I felt like family. I was shopping for an engagement ring and Blaze was great to deal with. He took the time to show me and educate me on all my options and helped me narrow down exactly what I had in mind. Needless to say when I popped the question she was in awe and the ring was a winner! I will for sure be recommending friends and family to Treasures and I'm sure my now fiancé and I will be back for more too! Sincere thank you to the entire Treasures team and family. read more

Wish we could give 6 stars Anna and I stopped into Treasures after lunch to see if they still had our favorite engagement ring. It just so happened Denise recognized us from our last visit. We had an old wedding ring for sale and she looked at it and made us a very generous offer so we took it ! Denise was very kind and helpful. Excellent people, fair pricing etc. Have been going here for probably 25+ years. HIGHLY recommend this place. Family owned!

My husband and I came to Treasures for a custom 20th anniversary ring. I wanted a 6 carat oval upgrade and sent my design inspiration via text. We spoke with the owner Scott in person about finding the perfect oval diamond for my vision. He said he had won awards and we trusted he could help create a beautiful piece for me to wear. Scott speaks so highly of all of the custom pieces that he personally wears so in my mind, I thought he would understand the importance of having a custom piece you could be proud of. He said give him a week and he'd have some diamonds for me to look at. That was March 26th, it's now June 12th. No phone call, nothing. I texted the phone I was told to with my design idea to verify it was the correct number. We're going to go with a different jeweler that can take this as an opportunity to help a couple celebrate a huge milestone in their marriage properly. I wouldn't recommend Treasures to create anything meaningful for you.l or provide a positive experience. read more

TLDR; It took FOUR attempts to complete a simple upgrade properly. Quoted 7-10 day turnaround time but ultimately took 24 days. Quoted $150, final cost was actually $176. This place is dishonest and has poor craftsmanship. Came in for a simple hardware upgrade on my gold chain (change from circle clasp to lobster claw) and was quoted $150 with a lead time of 7-10 days. I requested that they return my original hardware upon pick up. Attempt 1: they "misplaced" my hardware and told me only one person knew where it would be and she wasn't in, so I would have to come back later. Attempt 2: they called a few days later, said they found my hardware so I went back and while inspecting my necklace I realized my pendant had been installed backwards. There was no way to flip it right side out without removing the new hardware so I had to leave it for another week. They told me they would have the jeweler remove hardware, flip the pendant right side out, and then resolder hardware back in place. Attempt 3: to my surprise, they called the next day. While I was inspecting the new work I noticed that they hadn't done what they promised, instead they lazily pinched the hardware with pliers leaving it banged up and misshapen so they could slip the pendant off! It looked horrible and for $150 I definitely was not accepting this. While discussing with the salesperson, the owner overheard and inserted himself into the situation. He was too worried about defending his ego and crappy work rather than making it right. First he tried to tell me it wasn't misshapen and it's supposed to be oval. Then I showed him how the hardware ring was buckled and twisted from a side profile view, wouldn't lay flat, and was no longer symmetrical, and he got defensive and mentioned no less than 3 times that they're "an award winning jeweler". This was really infuriating and tone deaf. Attempt 4: FINALLY they seem to have fulfilled their end of the agreement and reinstalled a new ring but at a final cost of $176! I was beyond disappointed with the owner's attitude, the jeweler's craftsmanship, the price, and overall lack of finesse of this place. The only redeeming quality is that the rest of the staff was very kind, but not enough to overcome the rest of the shortfalls. read more

Long review warning! First and foremost if you don't want to read the entire thing you can stop here knowing this is the best jewelry store in the area, state, possibly country. I came to Treasures with a complicated request of wanting a custom engagement ring. I had no idea what I was doing. I had a rough idea of a design and that was it. First - they shared their incredible knowledge with me. No scammy sales associates here... this is a family owned and operated business. They taught me about diamonds even helped me hone in my search. You don't even need to go through this I would just trust their judgement! (Now that I went through the process) Second - As you will see in the photos they went through the design stages with me. Confirming with me at each step that I was still on board and tweaked little details. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Once my ring was complete I was able to get it and to say it blew my expectations out of the water is an understatement. Keep in mind we started from a picture and a paper sketch of mine. They are professional. They are accurate. They are skilled at their craft. Most important in an industry like this they are trustworthy. I can't speaker higher of this establishment. To treasures... thank you for making my dream engagement ring. We are so thankful. Here's a couple screen shots of a video if anyone is curious what it looked like. I strongly recommend trusting them with any jewelry honestly although I can only truly speak to the rings! read more

I'll never forget our first time in Treasures... it's got such a lovely array of jewelry! It's this unique collection of beautiful jewelry tucked away but worth dropping in to look and purchase! My husband has gotten several items from here for me and my ultimate favorite is my engagement ring. There is nothing else like there out there and I still get compliments on it after 11 years of marriage... that's how special my piece is. Everything they do is one of a kind and the craftsmanship is impeccable! From the cleaning to fixing loose stones, I know they are wonderful people who love their work. We are greeted warmly every time we visit the store and Scott even takes the time to catch up with us. No purchase is too small or big for them to give you the time and attention to your special piece. Stop in and look around, you won't regret it and will probably leave with a new addition to your jewelry collection! read more

The people at Treasures Jewlers are amazing and so friendly. I happened on this store from a recommendation from a friend. I went there and first met Denise. Oh boy was she a total spitfire. She helped me pick out side rings guards for my wife's engagement ring. They were a huge hit. After our vowel renewal I brought my wife to have the rings soldered together. Again Denise helped me and the wife. We also then met Scott and Danielle the owners and the sir daughter Jessica. All were such a delight. Since then I purchased a beautiful set of earrings for her my wife's birthday and another set for Christmas along with a beautiful diamond tennis bracelet. I can't say enough about the business and especially the people who own and work there. Denise is the sweetest and everyone else just shower the wife as well as myself with so much love. Yes they want us to drops dime but they show genuine love to us or especially to me every time I walk in. I only wish I had found this store earlier in life. Thanks Denise, Jessica, Danielle, and Scott for great and beautiful jewelry at very reasonable prices. read more

Beyond thrilled with the customer service, quality and education at Treasures. I've been in the valley (near this store) for 32 years. I'm a little bummed I'm just having my first experience with them but I can say I'll definitely be back and they're going to be my go to jeweler. In addition to needing a custom wedding band to fit around my engagement ring and a wedding band for my husband, I had 2 rings to appraise and hoped to sell. I believe it was Scott who say my fiancé and I down and went through everything there is to know about diamonds, the pros and cons of my particular diamond, the rating system, the value, etc. Not only did he say "I'd pay $XXXX.XX for your diamond but I think you could get $1000 more for it if you sold it private market (eBay, Etsy, OfferUp)." I truly valued and appreciated the honesty. Will definitely be back!! read more

Stay away !!! Scott won't stand behind his work . We bought 2 rings from him 10 months ago . My wife is a nurse so she Use the ring only on weekend . Now one of the diamonds fell off we went back to Scott and he said it will cost $75 because " we damage it" . So my wife asked if it's not under Wear and tear he said no because it's damaged, so we took the ring the 4 different stores to Verify his story , they all said the same, not only the it need to be under wear and tear there is also 3 other Diamond loose . We went back to Scott that said in his nice words said "I'm the best I won many Awards I know what I am talking about" and refused to fixed it . On top of that he said that if we will fix it anywhere else we will lose all the Warranty. Guess what Scott you don't cover $75 of wear and tear so you don't even have warranty. He is an a scammer in my eyes. Feel like a dishonest person to me and wouldn't recommend anyone to have the same experience we had . STAY AWAY !!! And btw I should know already not to buy from him when my 5 months pregnant wife asked to use his restroom as a customer!!!! he turn her around and sent her to a sandwich shop and smile about it like a scammer read more

My all time favorite jewelry store! Although I have not purchased from them, they dip my yellow gold wedding set every year to white gold and have used their appraisal services! Very nice family business! read more

Although very high quality gems and stones are used in these designs, they are now outdated and overpriced for "award winning" Many other jewelers are provide true concierge service with modern day elegance that combine far more advanced technical artisan engraving or fully sculptured masterpieces. I hope to see advancements and improvements to truly command prices marked. As far as repair and cleaning? Scott or his staff cannot even clean a .999 PAMP Suisse solid 5g gold bar without completely ruining a major detail with improper handling of pure gold. I will likely be in soon since I live seasonally and Treasures were first and only to clean. I'll report the customer service. read more

Went here on a recommendation to get an engagement ring made and had a terrible experience. Was told it would be 3-4 weeks and price sounded right so the owner told me he would text over the design and we would go from there. Two weeks went by and didn't hear anything so called them to find out what was going on and was told the owner was out of town, sick, just excuses but that he was supposed to be in office the next day and I would get a call back then. Another week passed by and still haven't gotten a call so called again and nobody answered so I left a message but still can't get anyone to call me back almost a month later. I can't even get the courtesy of a call back so there's no way that I would trust them with something as important as an engagement ring. Edit: I did get a call back from Scott the owner after leaving a message and he apologized and admitted that he botched this one. I ended up going with another jeweler, but appreciate when someone owns up to mistakes and the call back. read more

My wife and I picked out a ring after 21 years of marriage. We found the one and then customize almost the entire ring. My wife loves it - a photo would not do it justice. read more

First of all I cannot say enough about this amazing store and the owners. If you enjoy "cookie cutter" designs with no originality good for you- I DO NOT which is why this is the only Jeweler I will ever use. Why? Trust - The owners and staff are honest, hardworking and have integrity. You know that the product you are purchasing is top quality. Also if you give them your precious family heirloom stones, like I did, you get them back. (my family has stories of stones being "replaced") You can rest assured that your jewelry is in the hands of professionals. Online jewelry purchases and chain stores just can't compete with the quality, and can you really trust that the gem you purchase is not a well-designed fake? I certainly am not willing to chance it, I am shopping with people I trust. Originality - The jewelry in this store will meet every expectation for even the pickiest shopper. Each piece is unique and beautiful. From timeless elegant pieces to unique original designs, you will never see a copy of your custom piece on anyone else. Need a 2 carat solitaire? Everything about your gem will be a beautiful piece that you can enjoy daily you may see another rings similar to a basic setting but you will know that your gem was chosen with care from someone that knows everything about that specific piece - not chosen from a shelf. Rest assured that every piece is a classic that can be passed from generation to generation. Treasures' staff will treat each and every customer with respect and kindness as they work to provide a product that will bring joy to the owner. Customer service - above and beyond the competition - every time I am at the store I am delighted with my visit. Everything from a new necklace chain to the custom stones they carry will delight you. These local owners are the people you want to support. A short story to help you understand the professional and creative owners you are working with when you shop at Treasures. My family has heirloom gems that we are gifting to my daughter as a graduation gift. My daughter is very artistic and had a vision in her mind of the perfect piece of jewelry. We sat down with Scott and she started sharing her thoughts with a design that would incorporate dragons, bunnies, her astrological sign and other creative concepts she was considering. WOW - Scott understood her completely, he did not chastise her, tell her it was not something he could do, or even begin to laugh. This man encouraged my daughter to share her vision and showed her pictures and drawings of creative concepts that came to mind while listening to her explanation. To me that is a demonstration of the top quality people you are working with at Treasures. Every customer is special, and they will work with you to find something perfect. Treasures also helped me redesign my wedding ring to celebrate my 20th anniversary. Admittedly I am not as creative as my daughter and I am VERY PICKY. They presented me with ideas and suggestions and were patient and kind as I evaluated the choices. The best part - they stayed within my budget!!! No hidden fees, no fast talking sales - just honest, creative jewelers that LISTEN and work to provide you with jewelry you will love. ** My wedding ring is like nothing I had ever seen before and everywhere I go I receive compliments. Bottom line - SHOP HERE - personally I will never shop with another jeweler again. read more

If you're looking for beautiful, unique jewelry, exceptional and warm service at great prices this is the place! Scott the owner shows true passion and extensive knowledge, he is very proud and excited about his work. You will never feel rushed or like "just another customer". The first couple of times at the store we had our 3yr old which is not ideal when shopping for jewelry but he was very much welcomed here and even got a little souvenir rock from Scott. We loved our visit so much we had our engagement ring designed and made here and all I can say is that they managed to deliver beyond our expectations on a tight deadline. Scott listened to my likes and added beautiful detail that made my ring feel like "me"! If you want to shop local and support our small businesses please go see Scott and his lovely family at Treasures, you will not be disappointed!!! Pictures do not do it justice. read more

Treasures Jewelry helped me to redesign my ring. I picked them because they are local, a family business, not a chain, been in business since I lived here and I noticed they also are award winning. They did the redesign work in steps (my drawing, their drawing, wax mold) so I could approve or change the design. A few weeks latter it was done and it came out Jaw-Droppingly Gorgeous! It's much more dramatic and the stones are set so much nicer now and sparkle so much more than they ever did. The whole staff was amazing too! I'm so glad that I trusted them to redesign my ring.
