They also had a VERY old singer sewing machine in great condition for under $200. It even had its original case! (FYI the goodwill next door ALSO had a singer machine. But it was maybe from the 70's and was in TERRIBLE condition. AND they were charging $200 for it! LIKE EXCUSE ME? Good Will is a THRIFT store not an antique dealership... PISSED me off a bit). The owners of the shop are kind, down to earth people and are perfectly happy to let you shop around without pressing you to buy. We had a great experience. :D

They ended up purchasing about 5 items total, for $20 cash or $30 credit. You will definitely not get rich selling here, but if you want a sustainable option and a little bit of cash or credit, it's a great option. The shop itself was GREAT - clean, well organized, no weird thrift store smell. They had SO MUCH STUFF it was almost overwhelming to know where to begin looking. I love that they sorted by size and by type - it makes it so easy to find something suitable instead of flipping through racks of items that won't fit. I will definitely be back with my teens - it is such a well stocked shop! Prices were reasonable, higher than St Vincent de Paul, but lower than White Dove or Buffalo Exchange. Also they have tag sales with different colors corresponding to % off, and that made the prices VERY reasonable. It's definitely a good deal and they seem like they put effort into selecting the clothing they sell. Everything I looked at was in excellent to good used condition.
