Selling: dropped items off last week and today. Last week the older lady was rude and had an attitude cause we had 4 bins for 2 different people. I thought well ok maybe she's having a rough day. Today we dropped off two more. She didn't great us. She said rudely how many I said 2 are mine and 2 are hers. She took the ins and dropped them on the floor. She said since it was so much it would take awhile. I told her ok that's fine. We had somewhere to go. She rolled her eyes. I have my stuff neatly folded. They didn't even go through the bins. That lady is very rude and maybe she doesn't need to be in customer service. I advise to go somewhere else.

My pet peeve is that some items are so tightly squeezed in on a rack (particularly women's slacks) that it's next to impossible to actually see what you are looking at. I often go on Wednesdays for their 10% senior discount, but recently I was there on a Saturday morning, and I did well. Though I was disappointed that the Calvin Klein coat, seemingly a raincoat, is barely water repellant, I washed it & wore it, so now it's mine - for dry days!

Prices are usually fair, and every once in a while you stumble across that hidden treasure that makes you feel like you've won the thrift-store lottery. If you don't know Lululemon they are worth so much more than five dollars and I think it is crazy that they didn't even take two of my shirts and only gave me five bucks for one shirt. I didn't expect much out of this experience but I expected at least $10 at the very, very least. I feel like if you're going to be a selling type of thrift store you should be giving your customers at least half value. Especially if it is in fact more on the expensive side of brands.
