2.5 stars. We had recently went to the Kirkland's in Desert Ridge and were excited to realize that there was a location closer to home. We were so impressed by the offerings and service at the Desert Ridge location and expected the same experience here. Wrong. This store felt picked over. The employees were a mixed bag. One employee helped me get down an item that I couldn't reach, but the clerk who checked me out seemed annoyed to be there dealing with customers. While I understand that retail work can be taxing, the store wasn't particularly busy and I only had a few items. Very disappointing, especially when you're paying a pretty penny for Kirkland's items. I will return to Kirkland's, but unfortunately, not this location. read more

I don't know how I could be so excited and so very, very disappointed all at once. This place is a home decor dream in so many ways, but $450 for a basic chair and over $100 for wall art I can purchase at Walmart just turned me upside down. To top it off there were multiple employees who walked by us so many times without even a hello or any time of acknowledgment. While I watched on multiple occasions the same employees asked if others needed help etc....seriously what is that about? I felt like I was in a snobby part of town. There were a few things that caught my eye, but the prices were just insane to me and I don't think I saw a sale sign anywhere. I should add I'm not interested in spending my money on a place who doesn't even care about it's customers. Bummer.. read more

I received a $10 Kirkland annual thank you credit so I swung in while I was in the area. The store was super low on inventory. They had some great sales and people have been shopping! I found a pretty jeweled tree topper on clearance. With the credit I only paid $8.10 out the door. If you find something super cute you might have to over spend to get it, but they have some great sales too. You can sign up for emails to stay in thr loop on deals. I hope they bring some down pillows back soon! Did you know a fun fact that they never have the letter Y available for any of their initialed inventory! They told me themselves. Poor Yvonne,, Yasmine, Yvette, and Yolanda. =P Maybe some day they will hopefully. I can't wait until they start sroxking for spring! read more

Clean store but the various perfume smells had me heading for the door after a few minutes. Candles, bath salts and room deodorizers battled against each other to a fairly powerful smell. The masked employees never greeted anyone. Huge parking lot in this open air mall. read more

Kirkland's is my go to for decorative pieces. I feel that I can always find something even if I don't need it. This can be a problem especially if you love to shop. Today I went to exchange some wall art that just didn't seem to flow with my vision. I didn't have the receipt but I did get store credit which is fine since I'll be buying something else from there. Great staff and the prices are good. Their quality is very good as well. Their website is so extensive. I could literally spend hours on it. read more

I love this Kirklands! I always find something to take home each trip. Their prices are affordable and the items are cute! I have decor from here all throughout my house. My most recent purchase was a giant bronze colored picture collage, approx 20 photos large. It's beautiful and it was only $19.99, what a deal. If you haven't, you should join their rewards program. I get points from purchases & I've gotten to use a reward which was $ off my order. :) I'm always greeted when arriving and asked if I need help from the staff while I'm shopping. Love the Kirkland's style and home decorative goods. They are very sophisticated and beat other home stores hollow. Staff is also friendly and helpful. They have a typical fragrance as you enter the store so many times, one can come out sneezing with the strong odors. read more

Their isn't one thing about this store I can complain about. I can smell the store way before I go in it always smells the best. They have the cutest furniture and decorations to accent your home. The prices are terrific and the coupons they send you are just an added bonus. I love the holidays at kirklands they just have the cutest holiday deco. read more

Great prices on items. Great place to add some decor to your home. Its the little nick nacks that help... We got a great deal on 3 large mirrors here, large almost 6 ft tall and 3 ft wide with nice wood frames. They are elegant pieces that cost half the price of some furniture stores I shopped at. Great place for decorative stuff for your home, but I had to review this place because I found the CHEAPEST huge sofa picture that will cover a huge wall that I have been pushing off since the least expensive large pic was going to run me $300-$400 but I found one here for $130 (yeah, I know...so cheap but it was on sale). The frame was plastic but it looks just as good as a $800 wood frame that would have made the pic over $1000. So if you are looking for cool stuff to decorate your home with but do not want to spend fort knox to do so...come here. read more

I love Kirkland's, but I will never return to this location! The staff (manager included) was extremely rude! There were only 2 shoppers in the store and yet we still could not get help from the staff. They kept looking at us (we had our baby with us) but nobody would help. Then when they finally figured out we wanted to purchase something the manager was rude and demeaning! Needless to say we walked out and went to the Desert Ridge location where we were helped and the staff was great! read more

I ordered several items online. I do not ever intend to purchase anything from them online again, probably not in the store either. I received a total of 3 boxes, so a large order. One picture was listed as in the shipment but was not there. I called, they said it needed a new label and I would be receiving an email shortly, still no picture or email. I took a few things back to the nearest store and that manager was almost hateful. She said she dealt only with her store, nothing online so call them back, and you would have thought I was taking money from her personally by returning the items. Then I called again, same thing, with the holiday (Labor Day) it may have been delayed but you will get a call from us plus an email with the tracking number. Still nothing, today I called and cancelled the picture-11 business days (not counting the holiday) and ok they'll refund my account as the picture does not show shipping yet. Between the cost of their shipping, not receiving items in a timely manner and the manager at the nearest store, I won't be shopping at Kirklands any longer. I was shopping at Kirklands today, and the cashier made my day! He was funny, witty, and very personable. Not only that, but he saw the coupon I had and knew that the store was offering a better one, and let me use it! He made it a great experience and I got some cute things to decorate for fall!
