Get my kid dressed and arrive at 8:34 to find they are closed. I get out to see what he posted store hours are and the sign also says 8. While I am there another individual walks up also needing hardware. I see the Yelp listing says they open at 7! It's fine if they open later but tell people. Change your sign. Change your google listing. I live very close to Lowes, I made a special trip to support your local business. Not only did I waste my time, I wasted my gas and you lost out on 2 sales that I know of.

However the tech Michael walked throughout the house and somehow we landed on my water softener, which he stated is a must and is really unhealthy for our family and must be replaced. $6200 dollars later I had a new water softener but then my water heater started leaking on the bottom days later, it appears there is a missing valve. My husband and I saw that Michael had attached a hose to the bottom of our water heater and most likely forgot to replace the valve. However when Michael returned he claims he told us our water heater needed replacing, which he DID NOT And I told him so. Then he proceeded to quote us $300 to a replace a valve to our water heater . The interesting thing Is the valve isn't even there now. We've decided to go another route with the repair but upon Michael leaving we went from a minor leak to a major leak. I have been a home owner for 10 years and have never experienced this. we feel taken advantage of and all he cancelling our membership and no longer using their services.

Whether I needed 5/8" grade 8 bolts to mount a monster vise to my work bench or 8/32" filister head machine screws for a 1948 bench grinder, these guys pretty much have it all. The owners are super helpful, friendly and just all around great people. I'm looking forward to giving them more business, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for fasteners, especially over the big box and hardware chain stores.

Unfortunately, I have to be in a Wi-Fi area in order to use my phone like that. And they don't have Wi-Fi. I needed very specific things size wise. And you're not allowed to open packaging but when you pick up a lamp and you lightly shake it and you hear broken glass, but you're not allowed to open up the package and see what exactly broke why bother buying it at half price if you're not gonna be able to use it. This happened repeatedly also I was looking for a specific size bathroom medicine cabinet. Since much of the writing on the boxes didn't have dimensions, and I couldn't open the boxes because it's against the rules. I could find boxes that I think might've had the right sized item inside but I really couldn't take the gamble especially when I can't see if they're scratches or dents or a door ripped off, etc. I think the only thing I will come back here for is tile. If you're doing a craft project and you need a few pieces of tile or you're doing something special to cover a table top and you only need a few feet. This is the place to come for the tile. Unfortunately, the majority of the tile is not labeled and not priced and I hate having to run up to the counter every single time I find something to find out how much it's gonna cost. It's just ridiculous. I found a similar place, not too far away, where the people don't mind if you open the items to look at them and they will even go so far as to take a light fixture and wire it to a test area to show you that it works. So I think I will keep going to this other place instead.
