OK, I've been here three times now spent 1 to 2 hours each time and so far haven't bought anything. Number one make sure you have a cell phone that you can look things up on Home Depot because that's how you find the prices. Unfortunately, I have to be in a Wi-Fi area in order to use my phone like that. And they don't have Wi-Fi. I needed very specific things size wise. And you're not allowed to open packaging but when you pick up a lamp and you lightly shake it and you hear broken glass, but you're not allowed to open up the package and see what exactly broke why bother buying it at half price if you're not gonna be able to use it. This happened repeatedly also I was looking for a specific size bathroom medicine cabinet. Since much of the writing on the boxes didn't have dimensions, and I couldn't open the boxes because it's against the rules. I could find boxes that I think might've had the right sized item inside but I really couldn't take the gamble especially when I can't see if they're scratches or dents or a door ripped off, etc. I think the only thing I will come back here for is tile. If you're doing a craft project and you need a few pieces of tile or you're doing something special to cover a table top and you only need a few feet. This is the place to come for the tile. Unfortunately, the majority of the tile is not labeled and not priced and I hate having to run up to the counter every single time I find something to find out how much it's gonna cost. It's just ridiculous. I found a similar place, not too far away, where the people don't mind if you open the items to look at them and they will even go so far as to take a light fixture and wire it to a test area to show you that it works. So I think I will keep going to this other place instead. read more

If you need specific sizes good luck, Their formula for savings is only HALF RETAIL Sorry, that's not a huge savings that you'd expect. You will be dirty when you leave. I went here for the first time. I went without expectations. I had been seeing their ads online. I started to follow them on Instagram. It is advertised as a discount warehouse with mostly Home Depot returns/refurbished items. I didn't find anything of use to me. I was casually looking to see if I could upgrade our fridge or water heater for cheap. No luck. I didn't understand their pricing system either. I mostly saw yellow and green stickers categorizing them, but a lot of the product didn't have pricing on it. This wasn't my destination this day, but since I was driving by on my way to goodwill, I walked in. I may try again now that I know what products they have. Customer service was great, but the place is a mess and half the items had no prices or you couldn't tell what was in the box without opening. I get prices are negotiable, but as a first timer I didn't know that. Items were listed on offer up to lure you in but I was turned off by how disorganized it was. They do have a large selection so plan on spending time in here to look around. I've been to many other liquidation stores where prices are slightly higher and quantity limited, but the organization makes it easier for me to shop. read more

A giant warehouse full of junk. They list items for sale on Offer Up, but don't remove them when they're sold. If you try and call to get information about the products they sell, good luck! Nobody answers and you just get a recorded line. If you inquire about the item on Offer Up chat, you get a canned response that doesn't address your question. I drove over an hour to get an item listed for sale and once I got there informed that the item in question hasn't been available for months. Their customer service sucks and they shouldn't advertise items for sale on Offer Up. Won't ever go back! Their prices aren't that discounted either. They advertise up to 50% off from the big box stores and that is only true for cheap items under $10. Everything else is discounted mildly. AVOID THIS STORE!!
