But here we are. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and guided--not hovered over. A sales associate swooped in with the perfect balance of friendliness and know-how. We described what we were looking for, and within minutes we were trying out exactly the right options. No aimless wandering, no aggressive upsells, and absolutely zero "Do you need help?" shouted across the store. The sleeper chair we landed on is a dream--literally. She was honest and offered her expertise on what would work best with our existing flooring and how to address our stairs, which is currently carpeted.
