They mislead me on delivery when I ordered a couch to be delivered during quarantine. I understand they can't always control the mail, which is why I discussed at length making sure what I ordered was in stock and could be delivered by a certain date. Then when it didn't arrive, I contacted them and they blamed me for expecting it on time. The couch was still 4 weeks out, as it actually hadn't been in stock, and my family was on the floor. So I cancelled to go buy a couch once out of quarantine, and they charged me $200 "restocking fee." read more
