Jean is super nice and this store has good prices! I would recommend coming to buy mattress and couches

We love you Jean! Above and beyond service. I'm glad we visited this store after seeing the great reviews. Thank you

We were looking for a new dining set and decided to stop in at Furniture Express. This was not just one of our best furniture buying experience, but sales experience. Jean was very transparent about pricing and there was no back and forth haggling that you deal with at many other furniture stores. She gives you her best price right out of the gate. When the Ashley truck broke down delaying the arrival, Jean offered to personally deliver it to us. We weren't in a hurry so we didn't take her up on it, but that just shows you that her customer service goes above and beyond. Wonderful experience all across the board! We won't go anywhere else for furniture. read more

Furniture Express - Furniture Stores Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

I cannot begin to express how wonderful our experience at this store was! Jean is simply amazing. We got a TERRIFIC deal on a sectional she ordered for us. It was in our home within a week and we couldn't be happier. Delivery and set up was wonderful and professional. Jean, the owner, is the most down to earth, helpful, kind and friendly person we have met in a long time. The service wayyyy surpassed all other furniture stores we visited-and there were a lot. Highly recommend shopping Furniture Express. We will be back! read more

I was in need for some new furniture due to a pending move. I went to Furniture Express to look around and it's hard to find the right words to express how happy I am with that decision. The owner (Jean) helped me find the perfect furniture to meet my needs. The quality of the furniture is excellent, the price was much lower than anywhere I had looked, and delivery was quick and easy. What more could you ask? Next time you're in need for some new furniture do yourself a favor and stop by Furniture Express. You'll be happy you did. BTW - Jean also helped me locate some movers who did a great job with my move! read more

There are not enough stars to rate the Furniture Express owner! Jean is simply an amazing woman! She acknowledges and assists every person who crosses the threshold of her store. She's engaging, fun, and knows tons of tips/tricks about her business (competition, prices, what works, what doesn't, etc.) Jean is so personable that many of her customers are 'repeat' buyers, and some of them have become personal friends. She's attentive not only in person, but communicates through calls or texts to provide follow up or feedback, and is extremely flexible with payment arrangements. She's upfront and honest about deliveries and/or wait times for merchandise, and doesn't try to 'pressure' you into buying anything---no 'hovering'. Let's you shop at your own pace, and yell if you need her. You could tell that she LOVES what she does---she helps load/unload trucks, changes the floor merchandise regularly, yet always has a smile on her face, and a welcome conversation for a stranger. You will find yourself coming back to her over and over again for all kinds of home furnishing advice. She's open 7 days a week, so stop by to visit her. She can't wait to meet you! read more

Jean is a very lovely helping wonderful woman, loved doing business with her she the best, received my stuff right on time as well.

The loveseat I ordered took quite a while to come in but the communication was very good about when it would be ready for pickup. The prices for the furniture is very reasonable too. I'll buy more when I need more furniture in the future. read more

Jean is the best!!!, I have purchased my whole house of furniture from her and over time, This is not only our furniture store to go to but she has become a dear friend to me and my wife. this is the only store i will get my furniture from. Let me start this by saying I had searched far and wide with many furniture store employees following me and "assessing furniture" with me. Sigh. I had almost gave up until I got to Furniture Express. Jean, the owner, was kind, honest, and very helpful! The shop is clean and has a lovely lay out. There's a ton of options, and Jean even encouraged we shop around and compare pricing. Definitely will be returning for any other furniture needs! If you're looking for someone honest, and affordable who won't hound you for a sale as your browsing, this is the place! Go Jean, you rock, and I can tell you LOVE your job. (: read more

They mislead me on delivery when I ordered a couch to be delivered during quarantine. I understand they can't always control the mail, which is why I discussed at length making sure what I ordered was in stock and could be delivered by a certain date. Then when it didn't arrive, I contacted them and they blamed me for expecting it on time. The couch was still 4 weeks out, as it actually hadn't been in stock, and my family was on the floor. So I cancelled to go buy a couch once out of quarantine, and they charged me $200 "restocking fee." read more

Amazing selection of furniture for every area of your home or office. Gina is a doll and answered all my questions. I first bought my full bedroom set there. I just recently purchased my living room custom made couch as well. She's on top of all the info I needed, made sure I was taken care of with the delivery and worked with my schedule. She's a gem and an amazing woman that I consider more than just a sales woman/rep. She's a friend. read more

Disclaimer: I must say that I am somewhat (a.k.a. very) hard to please. Lol. I searched for 3-4 weeks for furniture. It was becoming exhausting until I visited Furniture Express. I had gone to a few other furniture stores, several times, but still couldn't find anything I liked. I walked right into Furniture Express and boom, I found exactly what I wanted for a great price! Jean is AMAZING! She is very helpful, HONEST and patient with helping customers find what they want. You even have the option to custom create your own look for your furniture (patterns, colors, etc). Jean is unreserved and very laid back. This was my best shopping experience in the few years that I've lived in the Valley! I never thought purchasing furniture would be so fun and pleasant! The process was easy and quick. I would give her my money over and over again. I definitely recommend Furniture Express! As good as it gets! Thank you Jean :-) read more

Our experience here was AMAZING!! I get it when others mention the owner, Jean, by name!! We were WOWED by her and her prices!!! Holy crap, Batman!! I saw that beautiful copper top dining set that someone referenced in another review. OMG, that thing is AMAZING and AFFORDABLE!!! My husband and I have been to a couple dozen furniture stores in the past week before discovering Furniture Express on Yelp and we hadn't seen anything like it in any of the other stores!! I only wish it was a fit with my decor!!! We ended up getting a couple fantastic deals!!! I will be contacting Jean to see if she can get the dining set I saw at another store when I am ready to get it. !!!YES!!! she can get you just about anything you see at any other store, and she' likely sell it to you or a LOT LESS!!! She has a lot of catalogs to browse through and she has access to get just about anything you see elsewhere!! Go and check this place out NOW!!!! read more

We had the most amazing experience here. Jean was so helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend Furniture Express to all my friends. I will come back here time and time again! Great prices and great service! Jean, you have customers for life! read more

Furniture Express - Furniture Stores Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

Jean is the best! We shopped around and compared prices then she got us the furniture we wanted at much better prices even though we saw it elsewhere. Shop around, write down the item description and model numbers and have Jean order it for you. She even ordered specific pieces out of a set we wanted where the mega national-brand store we saw it at wouldn't. The delivery guys were also first class. read more

Most of their furniture was really outdated and they didn't have a lot of options when we were looking for couches. The last was nice, but have found nicer stuff and better deals elsewhere. read more

What a find! I searched the valley looking for a copper topped, round dining table. They were all so expensive! My husband and I went into Furniture Express and found exactly what we were looking for. The table and four chairs was almost half of what the table would have cost elsewhere for the same table from the same mfr in Mexico! The owner, Jean, is super friendly and I can't recommend Furniture Express in Glendale highly enough. :-) read more

The furniture is very good (solid selection in the store, good quality, custom options, etc. ) but Jean is amazing! Extremely helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want My girlfriend and I got a sectional couch and then came back months later (largely because of Jean!) To get a dining table and chairs Cannot recommend highly enough! read more

Jean is the best! A custom ordered couch in two weeks?? Who does this... Furniture Express. Jean treats each customer like gold...is almost always open and her prices puts the big stores to shame. Why give your money to a big box store who gets their stuff from China. Keep your money local and shop with Jean. read more

Great place!!! Can't beat the prices. The owner is awesome. She doesn't pressure, and is very helpful!! I will recommend this place to all my friends and family! (On a side note we shopped in the summer and to keep costs down she doesn't use AC. She has fans places throughout the building but in the evening it gets pretty warm!) read more

Me and my wife were getting ready to move into our new house so we decided to check this place out due to its ratings..and needless to say they definitely live up to their hype. Jean was amazing, we showed up a Lil late and she was about to close but let us come in to check it out, the prices are very fair and what's best is you can customize your furniture however you like. We ended up buying a sectional from jean and we are extremely happy with the service we received aswell as with our new sectional. This is definitely the place to go to. Thank you jean. read more

She's been in the business a long time and she can answer any question you have about any furniture store in The Valley. Rustic/ comfortable contemporary looks make up her show Room. Sofa was delivered Monday night (one week after purchase!), and I couldn't be happier. It's exactly what I wanted, super comfy, and the fabric I picked looks beautiful. Jean went out of her way to make sure I received the sofa ASAP, staying late after closing to receive it from the manufacturer so that her deliverymen could bring it to me Monday night instead of making me wait an extra day. I'll definitely go back to her store for my next big furniture purchase. read more

I love this place! I just moved and am refurnishing the entire house. I have been all over town looking at furniture and dealing with sales people. I was starting to get a little discouraged until I came across Furniture Express. Jean was so AMAZING! She was so nice, helped me pick out all my furniture, answered all my questions, and even helped me stay within my budget! When I got my furniture, I was very impressed with the quality. It was nice furniture, not the junk found at some stores. AND it arrived when it was supposed to. No delays or backorders like I had had elsewhere. I would never go any where else for my furniture. I am a customer for life! read more

We purchased an "Ashley" sectional from "Furniture Express" about 4 years ago. Jean was amazing & very helpful at that time. We were very happy with the service we received. The Ashley sectional recently started having issues with the fabric shredding apart. We worked with Jean (the owner) to see if "Ashley Furniture" would warranty this. Jean went above & beyond in dealing the the "Ashley Furniture" reps on our behalf & through much hassle with "Ashley Furniture" we were finally given a full replacement thanks to the extensive efforts that Jean put in. I would highly recommend "Furniture Express" as Jean provides the best customer service imaginable. read more

Came here just on a whim to check out their couch selection. They have quite a bit of stuff for a small store but I thought most things were all reasonably priced. They have a little bit of everything! Jean was the sweetest lady I've had the pleasure of working with. She doesn't haggle you when you walk in the door and doesn't follow you around, she lets you do the shopping and she's there for any questions. We ended up buying a sofa & loveseat set and she gave us an AMAZING deal and they were delivered same day. She truly made our furniture buying experience a pleasant one. I would recommend her to everyone! read more

I just wanted to say that I've ordered for Furniture Express now 3 times and every time Jean's customer service surprises me.. She is amazing, I have bought 2 bedroom furniture sets and a kitchen set. Each time she remembers me and welcomes me in.. I ordered my furniture on a Tuesday and by Friday it was ready for pick up. Without delay. I have told every friend i have and every time someone asks where to go I don't hesitate to say "Furniture Express, ask for Jean!" . Thank you very much Jean, Ill not shop anywhere else for furniture... read more

I cannot say enough about the customer service at this place. Walking in it was warm and inviting, and the owner helped me every step of the way. The financing was easy and they were able to get it delivered at 7 PM the same night. The owner even assisted the delivery drivers and gave me some tips on setting up my living room. I will definitely be back. read more

6 months ago, I was looking to purchase many pieces of furniture. I found a set of furniture I was interested in and started shopping around. Went to 10+ furniture stores. I received wildly different pricing from all of them. Come to find, some were at a markup of 400+% . Last place I checked was Furniture Express. Jean gave the best pricing and by far the best customer experience. She really goes out of her way to make sure you get exactly what you want and at a great price. I have been back multiple times for other things. Mostly for International Furniture Direct pieces (amazing quality at great prices). I highly recommend her store!!! read more
