We were very impressed with the quality of their furniture and the fact that it is built locally. We were, also, impressed with the fact that we could have Creative Leather replace the foam cushions as the pieces age. Recently we replaced the foam cushions on the sofa. We took them to the factory because they have the equipment to do that easily but they can, also, be done in the store or in a customer's home. The set we purchased in 2005 is still in beautiful condition. We expect it to last our life times and be passed on to our children. In 2013 we purchased a more formal sofa and loveseat for our living room. They are gorgeous and very comfortable. We love that Creative Leather has many different styles that are made to order with a large selection of leather. The sales people, Jeanne, Toby and Chrissy, are very knowledgeable about all of their furniture and how it is made as well as finish on each type of leather. (We wanted to be sure we purchased leather that doesn't absorb oil from skin.) They will even come to a customer's home to make recommendations. In 2014 we realized we needed additional seating in our family room so purchased a reclining loveseat. We were amazed that we were able to get an exact color match for our 2005 sofa. Jeanne even ordered the leather to come to her store so we could be sure. The reclining mechanism has a life time warranty which cinched our decision to go that route. The customer service that the sales people and Jim in the customer service department have given has been excellent. Jim even gave my husband a tour of the factory when he was there to get the foam cushions replaced. And Jeanne gave me great instructions on cleaning the sofa.

I was greeted by Sam (Samantha), who just asked me a few questions and based off my answers, directed me to particular areas of the store. She let me take my time and browse and we conversed more. I explained my style and had pics of some of my own pieces. She pointed out some brands that meet that style. Be advised... this is quality furniture and the price reflects that. These pieces will last decades. That said, I will not be purchasing entire rooms but more a few pieces to complement my existing ones. She has been a designer for many years and has a good eye and knack for blending styles or existing pieces with new. As I am in transition housing-wise, I was not ready to purchase but will definitely consider utilizing Sam and her expertise in updating my style and furnishings. **She let me know that she is now at the Tempe location but can meet up at any of their locations if anyone is interested. Update: I changed my rating from 4 stars to 5. I had been contacted by them to find out what could they have done to earn a 5 star review. I try not to give out 5 stars flippantly. What could they have done differently? Actually, nothing. Sam was really easy going, and not into hard selling tactics. Based upon reflection, I upgraded them to 5 stars. They have a good selection of quality furnishings but the extra star was solely earned by Sam and her ability to quickly develop rapport and cultivate relationships.

Seat cushions are terrible and did not hold up for what is supposed to be quality furniture. The company denies and delays until client is one year past warranty. I've even been willing to work with a compromise but they are stubborn. Say they're willing to help but not providing evidence or such or any progress. Plenty of other vendors out there save yourself the aggravation.

The gentleman working, advised it wouldn't be able to be delivered for about 4 days. We just said hey whatever you can do to get it to us earlier we would completely appreciate. Here it is the following morning at 7am and I just got a text that it was put on the schedule for today. Simply amazing! I would highly recommend them. Their quick customer service and willingness to help. Even down to the warranty they offered. $149 dollars, comes with a furniture cleaning kit and it's a 4 year no question asked. If they can't fix or repair we get a replacement. On top of that if I don't use the warranty in 4 years I get the $149 back on store credit!
