Exceptional customer service, all of the staff was incredibly friendly, especially Chris who was able to answer all of the questions I had. The prices were also great for the mattress I was interested in. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a new bed. read more

After visiting several mattress stores, we walked into Mattress360 expecting the same sales pressure we had experienced elsewhere. Instead, we had one of the most pleasant shopping experiences we have ever had. We were prepared to invest in a comfortable mattress, and the team at Mattress360 made the process easy. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain your options without any pressure. The customer service is outstanding. Chris and Jerry are two of the most genuine people we have met in a long time. They truly care about making sure you are comfortable and confident in your purchase. The mattress we chose is fantastic and has been exactly what we were hoping for. They also stand behind their products with an exchange policy if you are not happy, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. If you are mattress shopping, save yourself the time of visiting multiple stores and start here. You will be glad you did. read more

The bald white man who works during the day yesterday (thursday) harassed my daughter and i. i had left his store without buying a mattress as one does when looking around. i walked to the smoke shop right next door only to hear the door opening to the man yelling behind me asking why did i leave? he continued to approach us aggressively and stand 2 inches from my face while asking why did i leave and why didn't i buy a mattress? i would not recommend coming here to this location because this man was insanely rude, followed me and my child to a different store, aggressive saying "i'm from chicago" while in my face. he also insinuated that i stole something. i'm not sure how one would shove an entire tempur-pedic mattress up their behind but according to him i did then we proceed to walk with said mattress right next door. read more

Jerry is very knowledgeable and explains all nuances of the many options available in the world of mattresses and advancements in the adjustable base world. Just purchased my third mattress from Mattress 360... I've always dealt with Chris, but this time I dealt with Jerry. As twice before, I knew I was getting the best deal and from the most knowledgeable people in the biz!!! Thank you Chris, and thank you, Jerry! There is no comparison anywhere in the valley (and probably even state wide in Arizona) to the customer service and quality and comfort of the mattresses and deals that you offer! read more

We have a 13-year-old who is six feet tall!! He needs a bigger bed. We ordered a bigger bed for him, which means that we need a bigger mattress! Our kid is VERY picky about comfort!! He is very active (some minor injuries or sore muscles at times), and he is growing so fast (growing pains) that we understand his need for comfort. We had purchased a new mattress for him in the past, and he did not like it!! We ended up upgrading it to a comfier option. Fast forward. We need a COMFY mattress for him to fit his bigger bed, but we want it at an affordable price!! We shopped at ALL of the furniture stores to find his new bedroom set. We KNOW what they offer as far as mattress choices and prices. We were not impressed!! I found Mattress 260 on Yelp. I called and explained what we wanted. I was assured that they had the PERFECT option for comfort at a great price! My hubby and I went and checked it out while our guy was in school. I laid on it. OKAY!! YES!! It was SUPER comfy and at a great price! It comes with a 10-year warranty!! We took our teen after school to check it out. He LOVED it!! As we wrote up the paperwork, he laid on it the entire time! LOL!! This is our new mattress destination...maybe WE need the same one?? TBD! read more

It's often said in sales that the best way to judge a business is based on how the business handles the unforeseen problem that may arise. Well, I experienced a problem with my order, the details of which are not important. The bulk of the issue related to COVID supply constraints. What IS important is how Chris and Mattress360 stepped up to handle my issue to deliver a SUPERB customer experience to "save the day." Jerry was extremely helpful, imparting a vast amount of knowledge that helped to de-mystify the mattress shopping experience. I never felt rushed or pressured and when it came down to making the final decision on my Stearns & Foster, I found that Chris was a breath of fresh air, an owner I could talk to, with whom I could strike a deal that worked for us both. At the end of the day, l highly recommend Mattress360. Jerry and Chris make a great team and place a premium on delivering an excellent customer experience. Any store can sell you a mattress. Not every store will go the extra mile to serve the customer as well as Chris did when problems arise. You can shop here with absolute confidence. I'm very very happy with my new mattress and adjustable base. read more

Although I haven't made a final purchase with them, the staff was so polite and welcoming! Chris, the owner, happened to be there and you can tell his team really loves working for him. Adrian, in particular, was very helpful. read more

Great service. Had me in the first 5 seconds on the phone after mattress firm irritated me. Could tell immediately I was speaking to the owner, which says a lot on a Saturday. Sales rep Jerry was top notch. Very thorough and compassionate. Knowledge was on point. Exceeded expectations, which for me is a rarity. I went in to purchase an adjustable base and mattress for my elderly mother that can no longer lay on a flat regular bed. Jerry was thorough in educating me on the functions of both the base and the mattress concluding I made the best choice for her. I've purchased from another popular mattress store for myself and didn't receive this high end of information. Jerry educated me as well on my base. My mother loves her new bed and is getting the best sleep ever. I highly recommend this company and kudos to Jerry for an informative purchase. read more

Nice cozy clean mattress store. Good prices too. I went to a discount mattress place and trust me when I say there was no discount at all, lol. Anyways this place has more reasonable prices and the beds seem of good quality. I just got a queen box but I did look around. I'll be back when I need a bed for sure read more

Excellent service, Jerry was insanely helpful, knowledgeable & a complete professional! Loved this buying experience. Thank you again!!!

Horrible. Spoke with Geri who seems like a used car salesman. No disposable coverings on beds or when trying pillows. I was in the store with a couple coughing sneezing sores. Asked about exchange policy told it would cost me an extra $350 dollars no refunds walked out. Bought bed in a box with free exchange not used since purchase was perfect and hassel free no high pressure sales. read more

Bought a mattress here a few weeks ago everything went good and price was good. Had the Sealy I was looking for.

If you're looking for a mattress at a reasonable price, do yourself a favor and check this place out. After spending about two hours driving from store to store at the furniture and mattress stores on bell road I found that what I was looking for was around the $500-$600 mark. Not wanting to spend that much I started driving home.....but then I saw sign for a sale at mattress 360 and I decided I would make one last ditch effort to get the mattress I was looking for at a reasonable price. I walked in, got great and friendly service, found exactly what I was looking for....and it was only $118. A comparable mattress was going for $600 at mattress firm. Couldn't be happier. read more

Mattress360 is exceptional and highly deserving of a 5 Star ranking! If you need a quality mattress and you want excellent customer service Mattress360 is the place to go! I went to this family owned Business where from start to finish the service is top notch! Christopher, the owner of the store, was there to assist in ensuring I purchased a mattress that was comfortable and met my needs. Taking me through trying various mattresses was essential in finding just the right one; he took time to explain each mattress so I could make an educated decision. One would think a small business may be more expensive, not the case, Christopher's pricing was better than the other three mattress stores I visited. We purchased a beautiful king size Sealy Hybrid Silver Chill Plush Mattress with an adjustable base! Needless to say we have never slept better! The sheets and pillows we purchased along with an awesome headboard have made our nightly sleep the best ever! Free Delivery was the icing on the Cake! Thank you to Mattress360 for your wonderful customer service!! If you need a mattress, this is your place, I promise you won't be disappointed! read more

We needed a new mattress and prefer to support small businesses. After seeing the incredible reviews for Mattress360 we decided to purchase from them. We knew which bed we wanted so we called and ordered. The process couldn't have been handled better and we were made to feel like valued customers-and their price was lower than any other retailer. The mattress we selected ended up being too firm and we used the exchange option. We met with Chris to make sure we were making the best choice for our needs. Chris is a wealth of knowledge and the first mattress he recommended to us was a perfect match. We are thrilled with our new Stearns & Foster Reserve mattress and Chris, Jodi and Adrian are incredible people to work with. I also want to mention how amazing the delivery team is. If you are buying a new mattress you owe it to yourself to work with consummate professionals who truly care about your needs. Chris and his staff will exceed all your expectations for customer service and you'll save money too! Thank you Chris, Adrian and Jodi. You made our experience a pleasure! read more

I purchased a Sealy mattress from Mattress360, which didn't live up to my expectations. They have a great trial period, but, it is hard to tell how a mattress will wear over a longer period of time. I called the owner and he was more than happy to accommodate me, despite being out of "warranty" with the store. Mattress360 is locally owned and I could not be happier with the service I received!!!!! Support local and visit Chris at Mattress360 for all your mattress needs. Thanks so much Chris. read more

Highly recommend going straight to Mattress360 for you next mattress. Mr. Barone spent a significant amount of time educating us but was never pushy or used any silly sales tactics. And Chris was great too. Highly professional but personable and casual. We dreaded shopping for a mattress and they made the task easier. Delivery was timely and straight up on schedule. The delivery guys were polite and courteous. Pleasure to do business with these guys. And the Chi-town connection was an added bonus. read more

Mattress 360 is amazing! Chris is professional, friendly and best of all HONEST. I was helping my parents purchase a queen size mattress for a guest room. We went to several well known mattress stores in the Phoenix market. All were very high pressure especially when we said we wanted to think about it. I felt like we were buying a used car! I decided to look on Yelp for mattress store reviews and based on Yelp reviews we decide to give Mattress 360 a try. Boy, am I glad we did. Absolutely no high pressure tactics & Chris gave us the best deal out of every other mattress store we went to. I highly recommend this mattress store if you are in the market for a new mattress. read more

We needed a new mattress but dreaded the whole process of mattress shopping. We didn't really want to do business with the big chain that is on every corner. We like supporting small business and found Mattress 360 and based on their reviews, decided to check them out. What a pleasant buying experience we had. Not only is the store, immaculate, inviting, and appearing well organized, the owner, Chris, took all the time we needed, and did not push even a little. We never felt like he was selling. He provides all the safeguards the large stores offer (90 day in home sleep trial, etc), delivery was quick and professional. We will recommend this guy to any of our friends who are in the market for a new mattress. He even followed up with us with a thank you note. It felt like going back in time getting this level of customer service. If you need a mattress, go! read more
