If there were a way that I could give zero stars I would. We found a bed that we really like on Facebook marketplace and messaged the seller to see if it was available. They replied that it was available and sent us the address and store hours. I sent my teenage daughter down to see it only to find that the bed that they are interested in is not on site and needs be ordered. It's unfortunate that my daughter drove 45 minutes to see something under false pretenses. Not only was she disappointed, but she's a teenager and doesn't have a lot of extra gas money. When I messaged the seller on Facebook to express my frustration, their response was.... " life isn't cheap. You'll be OK.." Definitely will never give this place my business and I would suggest you don't waste your time ! read more

They advertise furniture online that they don't actually have in stock. I found a dining table and chairs I wanted, messaged them, and was told they had several available at the store. After traveling across town, I discovered they didn't have it at all. I even showed the employee that it was still being advertised online and pointed out the false posting. Truly a disappointing and misleading business practice. read more

Do not buy from this place. customer service is awful. item is not as described and supposedly no manager to speak with.

very disappointed and the stuff very. disrespectful and they don't deliver in time ! Don't trust them and if you buy from them expect they don't deliver in time and the stuff is from 0 to 10 ,0 read more

I found an amazing dining room set on facebook marketplace and when I messaged I was told multiple times that they had it in stock & boxed. Drove over an hour to look and was told they didn't have it at all. Complete waste of time! Will never go back & will discourage anyone from coming. Marcus wasted tons of my family & I's time; it was a scam just to get us to visit. I would give a negative rating if possible read more

Great value for cost, friendly staff! Always willing to help find the best fit for your space

my experience with unique uniqueites was extremely frustrating and unacceptable from start to finish. if i could give zero rating that is my actual rating. my husband and i visited the store to purchase a couch, and before finalizing the purchase, we specifically asked--twice--whether the couch was in stock. we were assured that it was, only to later find out that no one had even checked their system to confirm availability. this was later confirmed by the employee responsible for handling deliveries, who admitted that the sales representative never verified the inventory before selling us the couch. we used the financing company they offered, trusting the process would be smooth. however, days passed without any follow-up until i finally received a call. during that call, i was informed--very casually--that not only do they not offer scheduled delivery (only same-day delivery with no planning options), but also that the couch i purchased was not even in stock. i was then told i would have to wait until may to receive it, despite having made the purchase at the beginning of march. when i attempted to contact the store to discuss options, my calls were repeatedly ignored. it was only when my husband called from a different number that someone finally answered. even then, no effort was made to resolve the issue or offer any form of accommodation for their clear mistake. when i requested to speak with a manager, both employees involved--including the sales representative and the person handling delivery--refused to escalate the situation or even consult management. when i finally reached the sales employee to cancel the order, she refused to cancel it on her end, even though that was all that was required--simply canceling the order on the store's behalf so the financing company could complete the process. instead, i was told i had to handle it myself through the financing company, which was completely inaccurate and contradicted what the finance company had already confirmed to me in writing. to make matters worse, the store continued to ignore communication--not only from me, but also from the financing company, who attempted to contact them multiple times via phone and email without success. it took nearly a month for my account to finally be closed due to their lack of response and accountability. this entire experience was stressful, time-consuming, and completely avoidable had the store simply been honest, communicative, and professional from the beginning. despite their affordable prices, i would strongly advise against doing business with unique uniqueites. the lack of accountability, poor communication, and disregard for customers is not worth the headache. for comparison, i had a completely opposite experience with nick's furniture on 53rd ave and cactus--i was able to purchase a couch and have it delivered the very same day without any issues. plus then gentleman who helped us was so kind amd professional!!!! do not buy from here read more

Bugs in their furniture. I was really disappointed because it was a beautiful piece. Company has yet to refund.

This place is awful. They are unprofessional and sell cheaply made furniture. My delivery was late and they tried to blame it on me not answering my phone. I missed their call by 1 minute and I was receiving nasty messages from a woman that works here, basically threatening I would not be receiving my furniture. Terrible customer service. When they told me my couch would be delivered in 5 business days "if I order on Sunday since that's the day they need to send there orders." It was nearly 2 weeks before I got the couch. This place is a joke. And to top it off they have the audacity to argue with their customers. Seems like a lot of people have had bad experiences with this place. ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE IS BETTER!! read more

Yes, I recommend them because they're always very helpful and very understanding and they get you what you need and if not, they offer other options and they're always very patient read more

Don't sign the receipt!!!!this store is horrible!!!!! They sale expired mattresses and they sale items with bugs living in it. If you try to talk with them, you will get the run around. Also, check the merchandise soooooo well. What kind of merchant doesn't understand customer service and work with their customers. Read all the reviews!!!!!If there is ever an issue.... look at how they ALWAYS respond to reviews. Nothing like other stores that apologize and say we are sorry for your experience and please call to work something out. All this place does, is say it's not our fault and you signed the receipt. Don't believe me, read all the bad reviews. The store response is priceless. read more

Went through a lot of their 1 star reviews seems as though a lot of people are having the same issues I did with their furniture and customer service. I notice they only have rebuttals to the issues people have had with their merchandise, yet have no solutions. Saying this again, save your money! read more

Super packed and crowded with furniture so not ADA friendly. Restroom toilet broken. Prices are reasonable though, and they do try to work with you by bartering down prices so you don't go elsewhere. At least they have items on stock. read more

The reason I have a 2 stars is only due to I like the model and price for my dining room set. The seller was very attentive and nice. However, they told me one day (Friday) but Erika called to inform delivery was delayed, then I called Saturday and she said the same thing I went ahead and decided to go on Sunday and despite they didn't call me my furniture was there. I asked her to please I needed to measure the boxes to see if fits in my car and she got upset and throw the pencil to the desk of the seller. That was very disrespectful. I will never buy anything there just for that action from that lady. The rest of personal were very nice except her. read more

I called before heading into the store and told rep that I was looking for memory foam. She told me there was a cheaper one at 160 for a queen size and a 179. I told her since it was for my disabled mother I would probably be wanting the 179 went into the store about two hours later told them I was the one who called, the sales rep pointed the other direction to what I thought was the one that I called about when I was looking at it and asked if I was able to test it out she told me there was a cover on it to protect it. I didn't question that the color was different than the one online since she told me it had it cover once I got home Is when I realized it was thinner than pictured, and that was the color of the mattress, not the cover I went online and realized that I got But was charged the more expensive one. I called this morning and the gentleman I spoke to said they could refund me back the I told them no I originally just want the one I paid for don't want my money back and he told me because it had been open Because I should've seen the color, but I told him I was told it had a cover. Online 160 and today after I called and complained, they changed it to 179. Here is the screen shots showing yesterdays price and todays price they changed after i called read more

While there we talked w/ the dynamic duo that is Laurie and Daniel who helped us to buying a great sleeper sectional that has allowed us to get a great night's sleep w/o a bed (we just moved in, movers aren't in yet). After having a great/ funny conversation they delivered my new furniture into my apartment. To the owners, thanks for the Az Recommendations and for the warm reception to the state. read more

I had been looking for a narrow, long and tall entryway table for weeks and had been to all the stores up and down Bell Rd to find one. One of my husband's coworkers told us about Uniquities, which is tucked away in a shopping center on 59th and Bell. I was super happy that we were able to order anything we wanted from the catalogs. There was a table that I found at Ashely and the Ashley store told me it would take up to 4 weeks to get it. Uniquities was able to order for me and it came in about a week. It was a fantastic price too! When we came to the store to pick up the table, the sales team were really relaxed but still helpful. That was such a welcomed change from all the high pressure, awkwardly lingering sales people at all the other stores. While I was waiting to load up my table I tried out some of the mattresses and looked at some of the other furniture. There was so much to choose from. I will most definitely be coming back to see if they can help me upgrade our other furniture pieces. read more

I did purchase 2 mattresses from the store. It was for my Airbnb pricewise they were good quality and 2 spring boxes and 1 mattress cover. For the delivery I had to pay $60 for delivery the guy was not too friendly first he got lost and second he delivered and did not want to open the boxes( Its a gel mattress) so I had to pay him extra to do that he did agree for the extra $$. We just moved to the area from out of state and have zero furniture. We saw several great deals advertised on offer up and decided to go to the location to buy furniture for every room. We walked in and was greeted by a male sales guy. He was friendly and asked how we were. We replied good and yourself and he responded that he was hung over and started laughing about it. I looked at my husband and we left. I was about to drop a ton of money but the lack of professionalism was remarkable. Who is this guys boss? Will take my money elsewhere. read more

I recommend giving this company a shot when you are out shopping, look at their magazines with other selections. Mine came as advertised in the photo undamaged. I got what I wanted after not finding it in stock at the store. Uniquities honored the advertised price posted over a two months ago. The queen frame I ordered came in a respectable time frame. The construction was solid wood pieces. Quality fabric and the design is nice. No heavy box or pieces, good hardware provided. Metal threading into metal hardware ect ensuring a tight fit on all corners... I really was expecting to be somewhat disappointed in some fashion with the construction but I am not. Great value for my 150$ considering other frames I considered with similar looks costing 2,3,400$+ just for the frame.. Construction time was about 45 minutes, taking my time and tightening everything again once it was together. Following the instructions, I ended up with a nice sturdy frame. Amanda answered the phone each time I called. She was very prompt and professional. The salesman who I met on a Saturday morning was very professional and made the order process simple with no pressure. I received a call when my frame arrived. I was loaded out and on my way without issue.. Support local family owned businesses. Thank you Amanda and team. read more

At first I was incredibly impressed with this business. They had very nice furniture for a very reasonable price. Customer service was wonderful with the sale and helping load all the furniture into our vehicles. Because my home was under construction, I was unable to check the merchandise until the work on the house was finished. Once I opened the boxes and put the beds together, one of them had 3 different parts that did not match up that support the bed. It is at a point where if somebody were to sit on the bed or lay on the bed it could collapse. This is a danger. I have been trying to call the business all week. Six times between Monday and Friday. I keep getting their answering machine and leaving messages but no one is returning my call. Very poor business on the back end of the sale. If they want me to recommend them to others they should be calling back to make good on the sale. read more

Update!!! They have all of their friends and family post 5 star reviews to get their numbers up. DONT BUY FROM THEM. This is by far the worst furniture store in all of Arizona. They overcharge you for everything, it is very, very, very, very, cheap and non-quality furniture. It's all made in Malaysia or China which they get for pennies on the dollar and they overcharge you for everything. And it falls apart in less than days. Do you not buy furniture from them ever if you have the money to spend on nice furniture I recommend going to a higher end place to get your furniture because this is 100% the worst furniture you could ever buy. read more

Bought a bed frame from here 3 weeks back. That was my first mistake and the second was that I picked up the bed frame without opening the box and checking it out. I was told by the salesman Danny that if any defect is found, they will replace it at their own expense. And guess what, I brought it home opened up the box and found two big tears on the headboard. It's been 3 weeks 6 emails and countless phone calls that I've made and I still not received any refund or any replacement. Bed frame is cheap quality. It's meant to sleep in one position cuz whenever I move thewhole thing moves with me and it feels like it's going to crack cuz it makes all those noises. I'm giving them one star because the salesman was nice as he wanted to get that bed out of the store and make some money on it. read more

I review this a 0 STARS. I do not recommend buying anything for this store, I put down a deposit on an item and I came back another day and turns out they already sold the item and did not respect their policy. I came in and told the two girls I have been talking to Someone through offer up and said I could come get this white full size bed frame for 150.00 she said oh who ever your talking to on offer up dosnt work here anymore that's probably why. Then I said it was Sloan and then showed them the picture and they said oh we only have the floor display left in white that's probably why he said he would do it for 150.00 instead of 180.00. Then I showed her the message were he told me it would be in a box brand new. I told her we are moving in a week I need it in a box so it stays nice tell we move and I was told I was going to get that way m. Even showed the girls that I told him that was the day I was coming and he said ok no problem . So then they said oh well we sold a bunch on those today so that's why we don't have anymore. I then again told her and showed her the message we're I told Him I was coming and at what time. They didn't se to care and said I could have the floor display but they need to take It apart. So I said ok. I paid for it and right after I signed she said ok well do You want to get it tomorrow because we close I'm 40 min and do not have anyone to take it apart. I then said no I can't come tomorrow if you told me ahead of time I would of came back when I could and paid for it so I could take it. She then walks away rudely calls a guy to come in and take it apart all by him self. He was supper nice and a gentlemen. They weren't helping him so I stepped in and helped him take it apart and load it into my truck . Why I was doing that two different customer cake in. One bought a bed and took it home without and problems and the girls treated this man way different then they treated me. Honestly the whole situation was so weird. I thought it would be way different based of the conversation I had with Sloan on offer up read more

My husband and I have purchased a king size bed and mattress, bedroom set for the guest room with mattress and a dinning room set in the past from Uniquities. All have been excellent quality and all have lasted a long time. While there showroom is small they carry a huge variety of furniture options for every budget range. They have a catalog that you can purchase items from different furniture manufactures. Personally, I like the look of a lot of Ashley Furniture- which they carry! At a lower price! Basically it seems like anything I saw in the Ashely showroom, they could get as well. Very happy with our multiple purchases from here and would purchase from them again in future. I also felt like staff was super friendly on each encounter we had with them. read more
