So dissappointed! I purchased a nice oak dining room table & chairs and after it was delivered noticed white paint (?) marks on the table. They were not there when I bought it. The lady there admitted she saw the marks but assumed I had sent them and would do nothing. :( read more

We had furniture (like new) picked up in Feb 2019. We were down sizing and had way too much quality furniture to just give away. Flip Consignments store isn't what the website depicts; dirty, smelly are the first two things that come to mind. We received a check for a few items that sold soon after they arrived. Then we heard not another word for a couple months. I sent an email, which they never replied to then a few days later a check came for another item, coincidence, I think not. Now several emails later and no response leads me to believe I am being ripped off. I have extremely limited ways to commute and feel an email (several) should suffice. I will never use this Consignment store again. If you need to sell (or buy) anything of value and/or if you want a good deal on purchasing merchandise, don't go here. Consider using the Offer-up App or Craig's list or a garage or estate sale. You will make more money on your items, and you won't have to deal with damage to your property, terrible displaying/marketing of your items, poor communication, inflexibility when you are ready to pick up your items after your contract expires, as well as unprofessional and outright rude customer service. There are much more professional consignment shops who care about your property and who will provide respectful customer service. I wish we had used one of those and/or sold these items ourselves. Brought furniture items after my mother's death to Flip in late May. Called in early July and three items sold. Was promised one payment on July 17 and another on August 17. Called in early Aug--"our printer is broken and it has delayed payments." Called in late August and was told "you're on my list to send out payments." Called in mid-Sep and was told my payment "was in the mail." I said I would call back in 4 days (enough time for mail to be delivered) and that after this long, I would be less friendly in 4 days. Lynn explained they had employees out with sickness/COVid, THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Has that been the problem for 3 months???? Will never use again. They are very quick to take your money but very slow to give you what you are owed. read more

Love this place, It's quirky and fun. It has a great mix of all kinds of consigned furniture, pottery, art, & collectibles from all over the world. It's a big store with lots to look at. It's definitely a treasure hunt. Things aren't super organized because there's constant movement as items seem to be coming & going quickly so go there with an open mind. I've purchased furniture pieces, a vintage decorative mask, beautiful asian pottery and some other decorative items. Someone is always there to load up my car with the bigger pieces I purchase and that's a bonus. They also offer local delivery for a small fee. The staff is always very helpful & super kind to me... This is a great shop! Huge variety of interesting stuff, all reasonably priced. Be ready to spend a good chunk of time exploring. The owners are helpful and fun, and there's absolutely no pressure to by which is how I like it. I found a set of four crate and barrel plates that looked brand new for $14, and if I had room in my place a China hutch from Ethan Allen was only $325 and in beautiful condition, along with other cool old furniture and decor. They take consignments if you are trying to sell extra things but they also sell other people's consignments for good prices. They will deliver if you ask and not too much of a fee even if you live a ways away. read more

I've been going in the business for about four months now. After today visit I finally voice my opinion to the lady there. I think the store is highly overpriced. Furniture stacked on top of other furniture (if I was consigning something there I would be concerned that the customer could not see my item). You can't walk down some aisle, they are blocked. NO air condition, who wants to stay in there and shop. Some of the items have the same high price since I've going in. When I mentioned to the lady about the prices she said she doesn't have time to keep up on the pricing, for your information it's you're job Ms. I'm sure I won't be welcomed to visit anymore. So I guess I just won't back in. read more

This place is OK; I guess it depends on what you're expecting! They're larger than a lot of consignment shops in the area, so they seem to have a pretty decent selection to look at. They discount their items once they've been around for a while and then eventually put a tag on it that says "make an offer" before they donate items- this seems to keep the stock revolving well. I purchased a piece for 1/5 of the original asking price. Some of the stuff is nicer, some of it is pretty dinged up if you inspect it closely- almost like stuff Ive found at Goodwill in the past. If you don't mind a little haggling and want a cheap project piece to refinish, this might be a nice place to look. Be aware that some of the items may be mislabeled as "oak" or "walnut" when they are actually veneer. Also, watch closely as they load your furniture and carry it to the back of the store- they weren't very delicate with the piece I purchased- it picked up a few extra scratches on its way to my car (I was refinishing it anyhow, so not a huge deal for me, but if you buy a pristine piece it's something to be cognizant of). read more
