I had gone to a few other furniture stores, several times, but still couldn't find anything I liked. I walked right into Furniture Express and boom, I found exactly what I wanted for a great price! Jean is AMAZING! She is very helpful, HONEST and patient with helping customers find what they want. You even have the option to custom create your own look for your furniture (patterns, colors, etc). Jean is unreserved and very laid back. This was my best shopping experience in the few years that I've lived in the Valley! I never thought purchasing furniture would be so fun and pleasant! The process was easy and quick. So I have this huge fridge in the middle of my kitchen now that does not fit but I am stuck with it because I have no other option to store my food. The installer knows he messed up and leaves without installing the oven either. The next day I wake up to the smell of all of my food in my fridge now rotton. Since the installer never installed it, just plugging it in (which I did when he left) did not turn it on. Now hundreds of dollars of food has now gone bad. AND MY OVEN IS STILL NOT INSTALLED. I go to Lowes, spend hours there getting it taken care of. They set up another service date for them to come out and install the oven they were supposed to install last week. They give me a time of 12-4pm. They get here at 10am when I am in a work meeting and my phone is on silent. They do not knock on the door and they just leave. I am now having to call to get it RESCHEDULED FOR THE THIRD TIME. for tomorrow. Can't gurarntee they will even show up when they say they will. I AM ABSOLUTELY LIVID AT THIS EXPERIENCE. DO NOT..WHATEVER YOU DO.. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HERE AND HAVE THEM INSTALL THEM. THEY ARE HORRENDOUS AND DO NOT CARE AT ALL. I will never shop at this place ever again, when I originally purchased my couch they told me that they would be able to have it available, when the day came for me to pick up the couch I was informed that the couch was sold and they would need to order Another one. When the time came for the couch to arrive I was informed that they were deliver the couch at 1:00 PM, they did not arrive until 7 o'clock that night and when they did they brought the wrong couch. I called i called the store and requested to speak to a manager and the manager by the name of Steven was absolutely no help at all he did not take any ownership or try to rectify the situation instead he kept reiterating how his hands were tide and was not able to do anything further but deliver the other couch another day. He continued to be short and unprofessional. I encourage everyone to not waste your time with such a unorganized and unprofessional furniture store. You are better off going somewhere where your time, money and business is appreciated and valued.. read more

This is the absolute worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Our whole entire weekend was ruined by waiting on these guys to deliver our bunk bed for the kids and we are STILL WAITING. It was supposed to be there with a 6 hour window mind you which was 12pm-6pm which if not delivered till 6 would be bad enough but to still not be delivered by 6 and told it should be there by 3 during that window and THEN told it will be there by 8pm and IF NOT it will be there the next day between 12 and 3pm. It is currently 4:40 pm and we still have not received the bunk bed and when expressed how our whole entire weekend for our 3 year old was ruined waiting on this bed we paid to have shipped by Saturday they said they couldn't do anything about the shipping cost or inconvience fee and that "they can't control traffic". If you want quick delivery a professional staff look no further than literally ANYWHERE ELSE. read more

Amazing Customer Service. I walked in to find there was so much furniture and couldn't wait to start looking. Was so Happy I was not bombarded by sales people when i had just walked in, instead a couple minutes into looking i was approached by a nice gentleman who introduced himself and asked if i needed any help, i was just looking for the moment and let me know if that if I had any questions to just let him know and he will be happy to help. Purchased what I thought was an Italian couch and chair. Apparently Woodbridge sells Natuzzi from China; which I come to find out is far inferior to Natuzzi from Italy. You guessed it. Multiple breakdowns with the chair AND couch. Woodbridge Interiors' first repairman said that the chair is unrepairable because it's out-of-square, apparently. See pic. It got stuck! After only a few months! When I tried to get the less-than-a-year old couch repaired (for the second time!), the owner, Supai Chiao, called me directly and said that unless I pay an ADDITIONAL $1,300 in fees for service he won't help. I explained that I paid in full before delivery. After a bit of silence, Mr. Chiao agreed that I did pay in full, but STILL insisted that I either pay the $1,300 fee or call Natuzzi directly and HUNG UP on me! Unbelievable. I can prove it. Simply, Mr. Chiao, the owner, is lying. I am now forced to seek third party remedies. Check out all their complaints on BBB. Do not shop Woodbridge. And don't believe them either. **FOLLOW UP to the owner's reply** Please see the owner's reply. Not true. And the owner said so. The story about a balance due and a "custom upholstery product" is fabricated. See proof. I NEVER ordered any "custom" ANYTHING. Woodbridge is confusing me with someone else, and they know it. I told the owner that on the phone. Mr. Chiao was insistent about the $1,300 before he would send a repairman. He then hung up on me. No kidding! That's why the Arizona A.G. is involved. I look forward to the mediation. I have receipts showing "Paid in Full" They wouldn't have delivered the original items if they weren't paid in full. Those are Woodbridge's rules, and I fell for it. Why would I buy again from Woodbridge after this fiasco?? Ugh. I have shareed this same reply to the Arizona Attorney General along with the BBB. *AVOID WOODBRIDGE INTERIORS*

When I requested if they ship to LA, he didn't hesitate and got on the phone right away to try to work it for me. I had been talking to other stores in Phoenix and none of them were willing to set up a shipment. Not only did Jason get the shipment arranged, but he did it really cheaply! I was able to get it in my home in LA, in less than a week, for a shipping cost of only $117! Jason then called me the next week to ensure that my sofa had arrived and to tell me that he had personally wrapped/packed the sofa. It arrived on time, looks great and was great quality. The delivery of the items that we purchased off the floor was done quickly and professionally. Unfortunately we cannot claim the rest of the items purchased and ordered was the same experience. We were informed that a console table was delivered from the manufacturer as well as the bar stools. We had some consignment items we needed to deliver to the consignment shop so we asked to come by to pick up our purchases instead of paying a delivery fee. The store is 45 minutes away with no traffic. We coordinated our rental truck to deliver and pick up only to be told the console table really wasn't there, Thingz had been asking for full payment because they said it was ready for delivery, and the bar stools were not available for pickup as they were somewhere into warehouse. According to Thingz policy 24 hours were asked if you were going to pickup your items. That 24 hours had been met. We were told they were sorry and they would deliver the bar stools at no cost. We canceled the console order as they couldn't give me any indication of when it would be shipped. It had been 6 weeks already. They delivered the bar stools only to have one of the stools not match. We were given the option to have the floor model delivered since it matched the new stools. They delivered the floor model knowing there was a red stain on the stool. We were disappointed in the quality of the floor model. They ordered new cushions to replace the soiled stool. I received a phone call letting me know that the new cushions were available and we would get a phone call to schedule a time to replace the cushions. A month later, no phone call to schedule the replacement as promised. We ended up bringing the stool in and they replaced the cushion at the store. Our experience at Thingz was they over promise and definitely under delivered in their customer service department. Across the months that this took place we had asked through email or phone calls to speak to manager or the owner and they never communicated with us. The "customer service" person was very delayed in communication and did not follow through with what was happening with our orders. Very disappointed at what appears to be a quality store.
