What a great experience at Bed DRS. Anthony and his team couldn't have been more patient and understanding as we visited the store time after time trying to get comfortable with a decision. I can get used to a pretty wide range of plush or firm mattresses; however, I married the fabled princess from the fairy tale, "The Princess and the Pea." That moved us straight to the top in mattresses and our first adjustable base. Bed DRS flooded the zone with practical advice and helped us focus on how we sleep and as we age how we find relief and comfort from the day's collected aches and pains. Today our new bed is set up and working beautifully. The princess just proclaimed the bed comfortable. I'll take that as a victory! The folks at Bed DRS are terrific- no pressure - fair dealing - no hidden BS fees - great mattresses. Highly recommended. read more

I just want to say we had a phenomenal experience working with Adrian. He was very composed, knowledgeable, and professional. Informed us on the differences between all of the Aireloom mattresses we were looking at and was patient while we were able to try different ones in the showroom. Not only that, he secured us with the best possible price I have seen (in area or online) for a brand new from the factory Aireloom M2. Thank you so much, Adrian. And while he was out, I was able to speak with who I believe was the owner on the phone - a very pleasant guy as well. Helped us get the delivery scheduled in good time. read more

I bought my Casper bed with adjustable base 3 or 4 years ago. Window installers damaged 2 of the legs dragging the bed. Anthony was very helpful and I had the replacement parts within a day. Thank you, Anthony! read more

I have been on the hunt for a good mattress for years. The last few mattresses I purchased were through mattress firm and was not happy at all. They never stood behind the products sold and I was extremely dissatisfied with my last overly expensive purchase. My purple mattress didn't last 2 years. That is when I found Johnny at Bed Drs and I am so happy I did. Johnny has been in the business for years and is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about sleep. He knows his products. Plus, he is super patient and a real pleasure to work with. He is a good human being. He went above and beyond for me after I came in 5 times to test out and finally purchase a new mattress. He never tried to upsell or force me into making a rushed decision. He told me he would stand behind the sale and he did. I initially purchased a mattress that was a bit too firm for me. So, he was able to switch that out for a new fabulous Aireloom mattress. I also added an adjustable base, pillow, sheets and a topper (for another previously purchased mattress that was too firm). I am so happy and as you can tell it is Teddy brewski approved. I am so excited that we got it right and I appreciate Johnny's standing behind his products, knowledge, follow up and for being concerned for my well being ultimately so that I can have a good night sleep. He was very fair with his pricing too. I recommend Johnny highly. Bonus: His delivery people are fantastic also. Very efficient and knowledgeable and also a real pleasure to work with. read more

I had a great experience at Bed DRS. Adrian was very helpful. He was patient and took his time making sure we found the perfect bed, pillows and sheet set. Excited about our mattress and the adjustable frame. Excellent customer service and large selection to choose from. We will definitely return for our next purchase. Thank you! read more

Stopped by to look at specific mattress and bought a completely different set. The owner was amazing and able to manage multiple customers at once. Offered amazing deal. Had bed delivered to my home about 2.5 hours drive with complete set up within days. I expected weeks and it was only days from purchase. Highly recommend. read more

Had a great experience in this store today. I had read about a Puffy mattress that is supposed to be good for back issues. My Sleep Number, which I have loved, is hurting my back now and I realized its over 10 years old! Wanted to try a regular mattress that I can turn and this store carried the Puffy. Tried it, plus half the store! lol Ended up with the Puffy. I 'm happy to know I have quite a while to try it to make sure it works for me, so that made me happy. Cannot wait yo get it next week and loved the experience here!! read more

I don't write a lot of reviews. BUT! Everything about this mattress store is worth the visit. We shopped four stores prior to going here and so glad we didn't buy elsewhere. Anthony was great. Attentive. Listened to what we wanted and needed. Truly took great care of us! read more

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new Stearns and Foster pillow top Lux mattress with Anthony over a year ago. I was reluctant to buy a pillow top mattress because it can't be turned over, just rotated. And this mattress is just so thick and heavy, too much for me to be able to do myself. Anthony understood and offered to rotate the mattress for me every six months himself! Who does that? Well he does, and came over to my home again today to take care of it for me. He is an amazing man and I'm so happy I purchased with him. He takes care of his customers and I love supporting a small local business. read more

Definitely a 5 star experience! The Bed DRS team was beyond helpful and friendly and gave us an excellent deal on the mattress of our dreams. Super flexible in scheduling delivery too. Highly recommend!! read more

This is my third or fourth purchase of product from Bed Drs. You will get personalized service from caring entrepreneurs rather than going with a corporate chain store. Both Anthony and Johnny are fabulous to work with, experts in their field who care about doing the right thing for their clients, properly matching needs to product. Their delivery person, Charlie, is also like no other, responsible and caring. This is why I refer friends to Bed Drs. I know they will be well cared for and my reputation for solid referrals remains in tact. read more

So far so good! We came here based on Yelp reviews, dealt with Johnny and had the best experience ever. Confirmed our delivery time and we are looking forward to sleeping on our new mattress!! read more

This was a five star experience. My wife and I were bed shopping were bed shopping and went here upon the recommendation of a friend. Johnny was the salesman at the store when we went in. He knew the products, was very personable and took excellent care of us. We bought a TempurPedic that day and paid half up front. We set up the delivery day for about three weeks later by our choice. Three days prior to delivery, we paid in full and confirmed the day. The day prior to delivery, Anthony called to inform us that TempurPedic had sent the wrong mattress. Long story short, he called with an acceptable solution that would get us our mattress and make up for the inconvenience. That is what makes this FIVE STAR service. The owner spotted the problem, became involved and remedied the problem. Kudos to Team Bed DRS for a demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service. read more

I was looking for a new mattress and was lucky enough to find Bed DRS on Scottsdale Rd. Anthony listened to all of my needs and concerns and showed me several mattresses. I thought I wanted one brand and they had a sample. Then Anthony showed me another bed. I was "wowed". I went in a few days later and Johnny let me "try them again". I made my choice and was so grateful for their help. Charlie, who delivered my bed, was kind, careful and super fast. I will highly recommend Bed DRS to my friends. PS: I LOVE the mattress! It was just what my back was needing! read more

I really wanted to give this place a 5 star review, and let me make this very clear; the drop of a star is solely because after 45 days sleeping in my new bed, it seems like the middle is already sinking, which is SUPER frustrating. As far as the store itself, I have nothing but great things to say. I showed up one random week afternoon carrying a little dog I was dog sitting and the salesman immediately told me I could let the dog walk around, didn't need to keep holding her. So sweet of him. I wish I could remember his name but he was this sweet and super friendly African-American man. He wasn't pushing me or trying to oversell me in anything. I told him how much I was planning on spending and he stuck to my budget, being honest with me and making The whole process fun for me and the dog :) I got a great set and everything in the process went smoothly. The delivery is done by a third party but they also deserve credit because not only the delivery folks were awesome, but I also got a call from the owner a few days later checking if everything went well AND offering me a free bed frame since he noticed I just bought a mattress and box spring (the bed I purchased elsewhere so it wasn't listed in this order). I had never had experienced this level of genuine care so they sure deserve a shout out! This place offers great prices and great customer service (at least during my only experience there while buying) but I hope this doesn't mean bad quality considering my mattress doesn't look so good after less than two months :/ read more

I strongly recommend Bed DRS, and if I could give it 6 stars, I would. We have a la-z-boy sofa bed, that has a slumberair mattress that is part innerspring, and part air mattress (and as far sofa beds go, it is incredibly comfortable). Anyway, the air mattress was no longer holding air, and we had family coming to visit for Christmas. After researching on the internet, I found out that the mattress is made by Leggett and Platt (and is used in many well known sofa bed and RV manufacturers, by the way). The search began for a replacement air mattress, but nobody could deliver before Christmas, and all wanted over $300 for the mattress and pump. I found Bed DRS, and they not only carried it in stock, but also transferred it to the store that was close to my home (for free) and sold it to me for a fraction of the cost of all the other places. There were honest, prompt and knowledgeable. When I need to replace my next mattress, I will definitely come here. read more

I was under a time crunch to get a bed. No one could meet my deadline so I went to the BedDrs. Anthony was terrific! He helped me find the right bed for me and he delivered it within my time frame. The prices beat every other store I had gone to. The bed is terrific! I would not hesitate to recommend this store for your mattress needs. I hope they are successful in their business for a long time. read more

My first mattress choice had to be returned. Anthony credited me on an upgrade with no problem. Looked again at traditional mattresses and new hybrids. No pressure from either Anthony or Johnny. The Dream room, where you may try any mattress for up to 4 hours, cinched the deal on a Sealy Hybrid! Never thought I'd be going from an ultra firm to a soft plush, but when I explained my hip pain, Anthony suggested I try the Sealy High Point, which I did. In the Dream room. Now, my bedroom is the Dream room! It's been over a month and with each week my pain diminishes to hardly being able to remember it. It was more $$ than I anticipated spending, but worth every penny in the long run. I think I laid on nearly every bed in the store and came back again to try more on a later day. Anthony's response was "Take your time and ask any questions you may have." With my selection, he suggested a 3" box spring as I am 4'11" and weary of having to "climb up" to bed every night. Works perfectly. Do yourself a favor and give serious consideration to shopping for a mattress at Bed Drs. read more

Highly recommend buying your mattress here, amazing customer service and owner. Best experience!!

This place is amazing! The customer service from both, Anthony and Johnny, is exceptional. They give you the information and direct you to the best product without being pushy. They gave me time to think about what I really wanted and to decide what price I wanted to committe too. Returning several times to make my final purchase of the Sterns & Foster Cassatt mattresses for my daughters and myself, I was so appreciative of their experience. I am truly pleased with my purchase and quality of service being top notch at this location and would recommend this store to everyone. You won't be disappointed !!! Thank you for my amazing purchase and your seevice. KM read more

It's been almost 10 years since we bought a mattress, and things have really changed! I did alot of online research before visiting this store, but still wasnt sure what would be best for my husband and I who are very different in size. Johnny was incredibly helpful and patient as we tried different options and ultimately took a week to make our decision. There was no high pressure sales and we got a very fair price. Hoping for some sweet zzz's and I feel very confident with their 4-month trial policy. Unfortunately, there was a mistake on our order and part of it was damaged so we're waiting on the replacement which means having to sleep on the wrong mattress they delivered until then. read more

After months of frustration trying online bed in a box mattresses, I gave up. After a totally painful, sleepless night on my latest try I dragged myself into Bed Drs. I was helped by Anthony who patiently listened to my bed saga. He made several recommendations and advised me to test each one in the store. I asked a million questions and spent easily 2 hours there. Once I laid on the Tempur-pedic I knew it was the one. Of course it's a pricey bed so I had to also try pretty much every other bed in the store just to be totally sure. I never felt rushed or pressured. I decided to take the plunge and was even more excited to learn I qualified for two years of zero % financing. Delivery was impeccable and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I highly recommend Bed Drs! Sleep is detrimental to your health. Spend the extra money- you'll be happy you did! I'm sleeping totally pain free and through the night in the wonderful recommendation I received from Anthony! Thank you!!! read more

We bought our beds at Bed DRS because the mattresses were top quality, at the best price. The closer for us was the customer service. Anthony was patient, caring, and genuinely interested in us getting the bed we wanted. He didn't pressure us, yet was helpful in any way he could be. Bravo! Excellent experience. Felt no pressure while taking my time choosing between a few mattresses. Did a lot of research on pricing and shopped around before making a trip to Bed DRS and their pricing was far lower than the big chains and department stores. They also offer a trial period which gives piece of mind. There was a short delay from the manufacturer because of COVID and they updated me every time they had new information. The morning they had it available to them it was on a truck and on it's way to my home. Delivery guys were great also. Highly recommend! Love my new mattress. Thanks! read more

Make this your go-to store for mattress and sleep gear. After buying products from a large warehouse company that everyone knows, getting jacked around on delivery, then jacked again on returns I decided to work with a local business, I don't care what the cost! However.....the cost was less, the service awesome. I didn't even visit the store just ordered by phone based on other's reviews. I spoke to Anthony, one of the owners and gave him an order. The next day he personally delivered to my home! Couldn't be happier. If you need a bed, call. I you have friends in need, send them to Bed Drs. Jeff. Gainey Ranch. read more
