My love for Furniture Affair continues to grow, I've been shopping there for 5 years. I love everyone who works there, they are so giving of their time and honest when it comes to advice on pieces for the rooms I'm working on improving. The moment I walk in the door there is always a friendly face greeting me and offering their help. Tyler is always in the know about the coolest new furniture and accessories out on the floor. Herb helped me today and was awesome! I go here weekly on the weekends because that is when the new model home furniture is restocked. This is my go to place for home goods, I shop no where else. I appreciate the staff for all their fantastic input and endless help making my dream spaces come alive. I highly recommend finding a great discount on designer furniture at Furniture Affair! read more

Such an interesting eclectic place. Different things every time you go. And the staff is very helpful

pretty good place but the owner is will scream at you, there are no returns, not that I was trying to return anything, I can read your sign. I bought from here twice but no more. Worst service in town. read more

Shop cautiously as you cannot return anything after purchase. I bought a few things from the store but the sales person made me feel like she was doing me a favor by allowing me to shop there. The delivery charges are very high so if you have your own truck or van I highly recommend you use it. Some of my purchase worked out fine - some did not and because of the no return policy I had the throw out decorative pillows I bought because of a bad odor. Would I shop at Furniture Affair again? No. read more

I love this place. I was made aware of its existence through the owner's mom. My husband and I made the two hour trip here and it did not disappoint. I want to shout out Becky in particular. Becky went above and beyond to make sure I found a table I loved. She also helped me entertain my daughter as I shopped. She ran circles for me, the whole team did. I never experienced such great customer service. The whole team treated us like family. Thank you all for everything! I'll be back as soon as I can! read more

Nice try "Sara." I never said anything about my budget expectations. I can afford to pay retail for high quality items. However some of your items are overpriced for the amount of damage that exists. read more

Taylor was such a pleasure to work with and the selection rotates frequently. I've found things I wasn't expecting and almost every time I've visited I've come out with something I either needed or didn't but happy to buy lol. Definitely recommend! read more

I hate to write this review because I don't want to many people to find out about this amazing gemstone of a store. I have been shopping here for the last 2 years since moving back to the Phoenix metro and I can say for a fact if you want amazing furniture that is quality with out breaking your bank then I would suggest you try this place. The ladies that work are kind, professional, knowledgeable not to mention easy on the eyes. But no matter what room of your home or all of the rooms you can do it all right here and you won't regret and don't worry there are two or three studs that enjoy helping you get loaded and on your way they are fast and quick. read more

Love it but I do echo a comment someone made about prices seem to be going up compared to what they used to be. I picked up a West Elm vase in there that was marked 59.99. Did a quick online search, that same vase was still online for 39.99. While I was there, someone bought the vase!! So, I think their pricing is sort of all over the place. I've seen bargains but then other things that were overpriced. The designers who stage homes go all over including Target and Hobby Lobby so not everything is an expensive item. However, I think the staff in the store is excellent, always helpful, quick checkout! I would be oh so happy if you posted pictures on FB or other places before you opened on Thursday. read more

I have shopped at Furniture Affair in the past and was satisfied. My recent experience was no different. I had a specific type of item in mind and "would know it when I saw it". And I found it there! The price was fair and the sales person was wonderful and accommodating. read more

The good things about this shop is that they have a nice collection of eclectic pieces and good to go for ideas. However, I STRONGLY recommend against purchasing from their inventory. Their prices are a scam. Of the 4 pieces of furniture I priced in store (used or "factory direct") I found for 30-75% less from other stores in new condition. They could not and will not work with you on pricing. I did end up buying several small pieces. When I got home I found price tags on them that showed I'd been completely ripped off. One of the pillows I bought for $24 had a tag on it from Ross for $6.99. Shop somewhere else if you value your money. read more

I love this place! I go every Thursday AM and find great treasures for my newly remodeled home! The people there are soo nice and helpful!!!! And, the staging of the items is beautiful! I would suggest you go every Thursday! read more

We have been furnishing our home and Taylor provided us with exceptional advice and design. The pieces you can find here are generally from high end stores and have been professionally curated. Furniture Affair consistently beats prices and quality of other stores we have shopped at. They will also have an option for delivery set up through Ali. Ali is extremely professional and goes above and beyond in how he is careful bringing our selections to our home. Make this a weekly stop if you are wanting great ideas as their inventory is always being refreshed. Attached are a photos of the dining chairs, queen bed frame, mirror, dresser, night stand we purchased this year. read more

Pricing structure has changed, it seems. I bought a large metal wall art piece for $49 a while ago and I saw on a YouTube store walk-through video that they had received another (the exact same). I was so excited, I drove there right away to buy the 2nd one... but the price on this one was $279!! Needless to say, I did not buy it... I've noticed that I've had a difficult time finding bargains like I used to, wonder why the prices have increased so drastically. They still have beautiful furniture and accessories, just not at the bargain prices they once had. read more

Being new to this area after relocating from Florida this store was conveniently located close to our new home, therefore we chose to come here for a couple pieces of furniture. Once we stopped in we had chose a couple pieces that we really liked but in the end we ended up just taking the sitting chair for our living room. I loved the colors of the chair which will end up being the colors I'll work with, love the blue, gray combo. Everyone was helpful & FYI they do have a wonderful GM, Leslie who was gracious enough to assist us in anyway possible to make sure we left as happy customers!! Thank you so much Leslie, other managers could definitely learn a thing or two from her!! read more

What a treasure trove of furniture! Becky, the manager is unbelievably helpful and such a pleasure to work with. I spent a couple of hours in this fabulous store with my designer, and we found about 15 pieces for my new home. I could not be happier! You have to spend an awful lot of time walking through the store because he will miss things if you walk too fast. There is just so much here and most of it is very high-quality and an excellent condition! If you ever have loved the way, model homes are designed or Homes are staged for selling, this is the place to go. Some incredibly high-end pieces are available for sale, but you have to act fast and snap them up because they won't be there long. read more

Worst place ever very cluttered and seem liked a upscale good will very disappointed don't bother or waist your time not worth the hour drive. I would not recommend this place at all. read more

I hate to leave three stars for any business, but I was not satisfied in the slightest with furniture affair. Not only is the store hard to navigate, which I can certainly get over, I noticed how everyone who walked in was greeted happily by the owner. That being said, I received no welcoming to the store with an explanation of what was on sale what direction to go to Nor any advice. I did have a gentleman asked me how I was doing, however he was not able to help much due to the fact that he was carrying inventory. The store has a decent selection, but for consignment it is not priced appropriately. I'll take my chances elsewhere- Hopefully someone will be interested in taking my money so I can get our home furnished. read more

I visited Furniture Affair for the second time last week and have to say my experience this time was not any better than the first time that I visited. On my previous visit I was not acknowledged at all. I was made to feel like I was beneath them. I decided to try again as I enjoyed looking at all the decor that they offered. This time I did get a hello from the owner and was helped by a very sweet blonde lady who was very helpful (sorry did not catch her name). I had a question about a product and asked the older dark haired women, who looked down her nose at me and seemed like I was really putting her out. She didn't even stop and make eye contact, she just said NO. Once again, I was treated like I was beneath her when all I wanted to do was make a purchase. This lady has no business in sales! I have read many other complaints of unfriendly staff and this issue really needs to be looked at. Thank you to the very sweet gal who helped me out, she was the only reason that I ended up making a purchase. read more

I must admit, I first decided to check out Furniture Affair because I used to drive by their billborad on my way to work every day, and I thought their ad was cute and catchy - a girl in a leopard-print dress laying upside down on a couch, with the text that says "being cheap isn't always a bad thing". Well, Furniture Affair, I couldn't agree more! I was impressed by the size of the store, and the selection of furniture, which was in good condition, and home accessories galore. Rugs, comforters, lamps, framed wall prints, and of course a kids' section. Although I didn't end up purchasing anything on my visit, I feel comfort in knowing that I stumbled upon one of Phoenix's bargain gems. Once I buy that new mansion, I know just the place to find everything I need to cheaply furnish it... in a classy way, of course. read more

Thoroughly disappointed in their business practice. The sign said $79, I said I'll buy it, a guy comes up and says we have the footboard in the back. Next lady changed the price to $299. They raised the price nearly 40% right in front of me after I already said I would buy it for the listed Price. Shady business! read more

I Love Furniture Affair!! My husband and I have been coming for years! I came in after seeing some news coverage on their diaper event to donate to the needy years ago and have been hooked since! We have purchased many furnishings- our bedroom set, coffee & end tables for living room and our dining hutch! The staff is always helpful and friendly! Each time you go there is something you hadn't seen before! I've found so many unique things for my home, that it's Always the First Place I go to find things for decorating my home! So many things that I usually walk around the store several times because it's just Full of Good Stuff!! The prices are always very reasonable and sometimes there may be opportunities to negotiate a bit if you're purchasing a lot! If you're looking for interior goodies that are unique and a staff that will treat you well then look no further! Be advised that sales are final so doing your homework- like measuring and being sure it's what you want before you buy are Key read more

I'm breaking my default 3 star furniture store rule as I made no purchase, but this place is impressive. Bookmarked after Sarah K reviewed, I'm glad I made the looooooong trek to N. Phx (not too hard if you get off the 101)... there's a huge variety of furniture w/ some bargain prices. If you've shopped around, prices in your head start getting reset higher (furniture conspiracy?), so coming to this place is refreshing where prices seem at the most reasonable and w/out worrying if the furniture will fall apart. The claim is this is model home staging furniture to be cleared out. Until my home is furnished, I'll make a point to swing by to see how the inventory changes and snag me a good deal. read more

I discovered this place via a friend when we were both decor shopping for our new homes. In a nutshell this place is Fabulous however, it is not just the furniture and items that make the place great it is the employees. Walter is amazing!! My sister was in town and I took her to this store. Of course, she fell in love with everything but what really made the experience wonderful was how Walter went above and beyond in regards to customer service. I truly can not praise not thank him enough for his service. My sister and I are forever grateful and appreciative for all the efforts and attention he showered on us. Thank you! read more
