I shop at this At Home at least once a month! It amazes me how clean and organized this store is! The customer service is beyond amazing, very friendly, helpful and attentive! Sara, the umbrella department supervisor is incredible! She helped me with selection and assisted me in getting a umbrella stand from another store! She was wonderful and so helpful! Kudos to Sara! There are a number of stores to buy stuff for homes, but the one that has the right name and some great items at great prices is none other than At Home, which has a store near me. My wife enjoys shopping here, and I enjoy taking her and keeping her company as we both look around. We most recently stopped by At Home looking for black out curtains and for a rug/carpet of a certain color. We ended up finding both but only bought one for now. My wife had a birthday coupon to use for a discount off an item. We also found other items that we put aside in our mind to come back and get another time. On previous visits, we either got outdoor patio cushions, grilling supplies, holiday items, or framed pictures to name a few. If you visit the At Home Phoenix location website (https://www.athome.com/store/arizona-phoenix), you will find plenty of items listed including sales and clearance items, a store map and directions, store hours, the return policy, Q&A, and more. Shopping options include pickup and delivery. The store hours are 9 AM to 9 PM daily. By joining their Insider Perks (for free!), you can get a 15% coupon off on your next purchase, a birthday coupon for 15% off, exclusive Insider Perks Deals, hassle-free receiptless returns, gifts with purchase, sweepstakes and more. I have enjoyed past contests and sweepstakes in the store including a scavenger hunt during the Winter holidays of 2024. Also on their website, you can take advantage of a free 2-hour pick-up or same-day delivery starting at $10. This store has helped us make our home feel like a home thanks to At Home! read more

Bought so much the last 6 years and the staff is pretty great. I went in today and needed some help with backyard fire pit chairs. A gentleman I believe his name is Filipa was truly amazing, great service and very kind. Wanted to say thank you to this man answering all my questions and picking up the boxes. Class Act!!! 5 star because of the service he provided. read more

Awesome store. We found tons of great stuff for my new apartment, including the coffee table of my dreams for such an amazing price, I was very surprised at the value. Rebecca checked us out and wrapped all of my delicate items with such care and a smile on her face. We really appreciated her kindness a positive attitude even as a line started to form while she wrapped all of my (many) items. I'll definitely be back soon to get more finishing touches for my apartment. read more

This store is a sensory nightmare. If you have any sort of migraines, sensory issues, hate loud noises, or just want to talk to the person you're with, don't go to this location. As you walk in, there is a high pitched store alarm going off at the entrance. You can see the box and the lights flashing, indicating an alarm is happening. No employees seem to notice or be able to do anything about it. They just keep doing whatever they're doing. Then as you walk further into the store, that aforementioned alarm gets much louder to the point where at least 1/4 of the store is unshoppable. It gave my wife and I both terrible headaches almost instantly. We tried to escape that area and went further back into the store. Guess what? Another loud and annoying section with a broken air conditioning system vent that sounds like a jet engine. It is so loud you literally have to yell to communicate with someone 2 feet from you. All the while, employees just wander around doing their job. One did stop to apologize for the noise while my wife and I were shouting over it to pick out throw pillows. We honestly had to give up and get out of there. What a fun environment they've created at this store! If you or your loved ones suffer from migraines, headaches, or sensory issues, avoid this store at all costs!!! read more

Great Halloween decor right now, Christmas and still lots of garden decor to make my home look spectacular. I'm never dissatisfied when I come here because the store is clean, well stocked and great associates! A plus is I don't have to "self checkout" which I absolutely hate. At Home isn't a store I go to often (not in a convenient location for me) but I noticed quite a difference in a recent visit. It was particularly well stocked, and for the most part, prices were very reasonable. I saw a few things that made me say "what?" but I also scored well on some great clearance buys. The store seemed cleaner and I did not notice the "musty" smell of the past. Employees were helpful and one gentlemen in the rugs just went out of his way to assist me. Am wondering if there is new management? I left with a lot more than the one item i came in for! read more

Fantastic customer service! Went to look for curtains and curtain rods. Sarah not only took time to take me to dept, but also explained ideas for what we needed in a friendly professional manner. We will definitely be shopping at this store again! read more

Return policy is archaic. Unlike every other retailer, they won't refund your purchase to the original form of payment without receipt.

This store has everything you could need for new/existing home owners and then some! Not only that but the customer service we had was phenomenal, Ivan up front was extremely kind and thoughtful as well as knowledgeable about the store/products and good deals to look out for in the future. read more

I just wasted 30 minutes putting together the perfect mix and match lamp in store and because the lampshade that worked flawlessly and was still on the sales floor happened to be a $.01 mark out according to the manager, was unable to be sold to me. That's not my problem! I've been here several times and now I'm reconsidering visits in the future. Such a horrible experience. read more

Amazing! So many choices! I was on a mission to get some new planters for my front patio and I was not disappointed! The prices were reasonable. I replaced my front door mat as well. The best part was the delightful person who checked me out. She was so thoughtful and patient -and nice. A perfect Saturday night. read more

First off I LOVE At Home stores. LOVE! So why the two stars? My husband and I wanted a canvas print they had but couldn't justify the price tag. Get a email that certain prints were 50% off. Low and behold our print was included. I order online because I didn't want to walk around in the store. The whole social distancing thing. Get a confirmation and wait for the email and text my order is ready. Four hours later, mind you I ordered like 7 in the morning, hours before they open I receive my email that they are "sorry" because my item is unavailable. Fast forward several hours later my husband was in the area playing golf and decided to swing by to check if they still had them. Yep, in a different spot than they once were but they still had several in stock. My guess is the person that was assigned my order just didn't look. This print is massive 48"x60", you can't miss it. And a week ago they did the same thing with a table runner I wanted, maybe they don't really want to sell their sale items thinking I'd pay full price next time I'm in the physical store. Two stars because I really love this store and I got my merchandise anyway! read more

I tried to return defective Christmas lights that literally went out on Christmas Eve and they wouldn't give me a full refund bc it's after Christmas. The cashier was laughing about it and so was the manager that they called over. It says on their website that if an item is defective or damaged it can be returned within 60 days, yet because they are Christmas lights they wouldn't let me. And we were never told we had to return them before Christmas if they needed to be returned. I would understand if it were any other Christmas item, but these literally stopped working and we tried everything to get them to work again. Terrible policies and customer service. We had them less than a month before they stopped working and obviously couldn't take them down on Christmas Eve to return them. I will never shop here again or buy their poor quality items. read more

I received a very odd, mentally off, not normal, harassing message regarding this review almost two years after I wrote it. This is very bizarre to me since I did have this experience and Yelp is a review site. No photo on the account and I believe to be a fake account or someone who might have been denied Elite status. I am led to believe it might be a store employee so beware. read more

We have all heard about then outrageous inflation that the country is experiencing but my review is a stone cold example of corporate greed using "inflation" as an excuse. The three mirrors I bought already existed and were already marked at $14.99 and after the fact we're REMARKED to $19.99. (I didn't notice till I got home.) They manually marked this item up by 33% because the economy is dealing with a astronomical and all time high inflation of 7.5%. Way to screw over your customers for corporate greed. read more

incredibly helpful and great craftsmanship Dan always has great ideas and his work is impeccable and timely read more

The term fit for a queen when it comes to decorating is the term I will use for this hidden jewel. At Home in a huge warehouse store right off the freeway is a like walking into a Barbie doll house and finding all the charming touches to your dream home. The moment you walk in your not sure which way to go as there is cute stuff everywhere. When I shop there I walk down almost every isle to make sure I don't miss anything unique to add to my home. You will find items from paintings, pictures, frames to mirrors. You will find plants, pots and vases. To all the home decor. Need a fancy chair or bar stools there are hundreds of seating items. That's not all you can find bath, kitchen and dining room supplies. I find many items I like the only down fall is the items are much higher priced. I find many similar items that I see at Target, TJ Maxx or other stores priced much higher. There is no incentive ins shopping there such as rewards or killer sales. I found a set of bars tools that I got from TJ Maxx for $59.99 a piece that were there for $99.99 each. There is an isle that has markdown on items but not anything to find people fighting over. The store is great don't get me wrong but definitely do your home work. Plan on spending some time at this store. It is fun. Plus the lines are not crazy long. As far as service I have never been greeted not have found help in the isles but the cashiers are always friendly. read more

I drove all the way from Florence to here to get a window treatment panel for the wife but I didn't mind as I got to use it as an excuse to take my bike out for a spin. It's been a long time since I've been up here but it was worth the trip, as they had the panel which she has been looking for all over the state since it's discontinued. The store is massive of course, and so is the parking lot. It was a good thing I was on my bike, as otherwise I would have spent waaay to much money on patio cushions which we need that they were having a sale on. Sooo, I guess we'll be going back this weekend. read more

Let me start by saying this, the manager here lacks the ability to show ZERO empathy! Why are her representatives so much nicer than she is? Her name is Dana. I went in and was looking to buy a wicker couch for outside. I found the perfect one, but it was too large for my car. So, I asked a manager about delivery. She explained to me that it is a 3rd party and they would pick it up that day or the next day. This was Friday as soon as they opened. Days went by and nothing! A few days later I call the store and they said that I had to call the 3rd party company with no apology or anything! I ended up calling the company for delivery and they said they had not received any orders! I was livid at this point and I called the manager back and she said I could get a refund or deal with them. I let her know that she could at least apologize, which their were crickets on the line. I rented a Uhaul and visited the store for a refund on my delivery. I spend LOTS of money at this store and to be treated like this is appalling. Not one apology or empathetic statement by the manager Dana, because from her point of view it was a 3rd party deal... Why is At Home in partnership with this Pickup company!? If they will just let your purchased product sit in their back room for days without a call or a simple apology. Even when I went to the store, Dana looked at me like I was stupid. I am seriously not making this up. At home, you need to do a more thorough job at locating management, as Dana is losing you money. The store is an absolute nightmare and unorganized compared to other locations! read more

I loved the way my freshly moved friend has been decorating her home and asked where she went. Her reply, "At Home." I thought she was joking but decided to look them up. If I could give zero stars I would . I purchased several Christmas pillows and bought more than I needed to see what would work well in my space I liked all the pillows but one and wanted to return I had my receipt and it was before 30 days. The more I come here, the more dissatisfied I become. Red line through the drapes means 50% off? Nope not the case. It needs a red clearance sticker as well. Most of the curtains did not! YOU GUYS - This place is the motherland of all things home! We recently added on a big front patio and were in need of patio furniture and cushions. We didn't want to spend a whole lot since the project itself was pretty pricey and At Home came to the rescue! Their patio cushions happened to be 50% off of their already great prices and they had the EXACT cushion pattern that I was looking for! I literally got pillows for our adirondack chairs for $5 each! YES! They also had 50% off of select furniture and I got a wicker coffee table for $35, along with super cute lanterns for under $15. They have something for every home, every room, and every style! If you're moving into a new place or even just updating your current home, this is the place to come! I will absolutely be back for future home decor needs, holidays too! read more

HUGE selection. If you haven't been, stop by. Every season there's an abundance of merchandise to pick from. I would say a lot of it has that "made in China" feel to it, so you feel like your paying a little more then you should for some stuff but other stuff is worth the price. Their Christmas holiday selection is insane! But go there before black Friday to get anything. They started putting Christmas up in July I think but I figured I'd wait to buy anything. I went back the 1st week in December and 80% of it was gone! read more

If you want holiday decorations this is a great place or if you need plant pottery. However, the overall quality of their merchandise is quite poor. We purchased curtain rods for a large window and while we knew they were plastic, they sagged in the middle and the tiny nails that came with it were not adequate. Finally, after finishing the install and hanging the draperies, we recognized that the middle section would just fall apart w a single tug on a curtain. So, our $35.00 curtain rod purchase was thrown in the trash given how the torn packaging made it impossible to return. I think if you prefer higher quality products and merchandise, this is not your store. If you don't mind Made in China or elsewhere mass productions, then it's a place for you to shop. (People were not wearing masks in the store, although this is a Phoenix jurisdiction, and a store clerk said they were not permitted to say anything to customers who didn't comply) read more

Here's the deal: great store but customer service is HORRIBLE. I was determined to not purchase my Christmas tree from them due to lack of customer care. I ended up finding it myself at the Tempe store are they were fantastic! The story goes like this....the tree we absolutely loved was out of stock. Like a previous yelper pointed out they will not call another store for you. They offered to sell me the floor model. Me: "Ok great!!!" "Do you offer a discount?" Manager "No" Me: "Oh ok well I see your offering a Black Friday sale of a free storage bag so that will work to transport it home because you don't have the box correct?" Manager "We don't have the box and the free bag is tomorrow not today" Me: "How am I supposed to get this messy flocked tree home without a box or bag? Not to mention I have to pay full price for it?" Manager: "Yup that's right **she said rudely and then walked away** Go to the Tempe location if you want better customer service! They took great care of us :) If not shop at Walmart or Hobby Lobby or heck even Target where people are nicer and way more helpful!!!! read more

This place is seriously a dream for anyone who is interested in interior design and home decor. It's a one stop shop for all of your home needs like your kitchen, your bathroom, your bedroom - they even have a pet section! The best part? It's affordable! Whenever I feel the need to update something in my apartment, At Home is the first place I go. On the occasions where I have stopped in to either browse or if I come with a mission in mind, I can be pretty confident that I'll find what I need here. My sister recently came up to spend the day in Phoenix and this was one of our stops because I knew she'd love it. I was right! I'm happy to have a home goods store like At Home! read more

If I could give zero stars for customer service I would. Reason: having 4 chairs, I felt it reasonable to order 4 chair cushions. The site allowed me to order 4, then told me that only 2 were available. Noticing that there might be other of the same items at other At Home locations, I asked if it would be possible to.be able to have another store send the additional 2 items to my local store. In a very annoyed manner the person told me that each store is separate. So if I want the other two chair cushions it's on me to drive 90 miles round trip to the location that has the other 2. Very POOR customer service. read more

If you are looking to purchase things from at home definitely go to the Scottsdale location. The location on 32nd St. is the worst customer service. I called ahead to get a last piece of a furniture set that they said they would hold for me and when I got there they said it is now being sold to someone else. They had a display and wouldn't give me that at a small discount. When I tried to speak to the manager Edward he was so disrespectful and rude. This place is huge!!!!!!!!!!! It's October and they are already full steam ahead into Christmas with aisles and aisles of trees, ornaments, and decorations. Whatever you are looking for your home they have...curtains, rugs, bedding, lamps, art, kitchenware, patio furniture, pottery, decor items, housewares, baskets, mirrors, and gift items. The selection is massive and the prices are very reasonable. For whatever reason the place is almost always dead but but being that I never see any advertising for this place I am not surprised.
